Constraction reviews in Aurora, Colorado

They installed 2 solar powered attic fans for me. The did a great job, everything works, they were on time, they finished on time. Sorry, no close pictures, I hate getting up on the roof.

As the owner of Priority Restoration, Inc. we use Monumental Construction for most of our gutter and siding work. Dan is about the easiest sub to work with out of the 20 or 30 that I do business with on a daily basis. He is thorough, insists on measuring and quoting first instead of hitting me with surprise charges after the work is complete, and the workmanship he provides is top notch. He is often on the jobs himself when he knows a little extra expertise is needed. I both appreciate and highly recommend Monumental Construction for anyone else in need of their services and you can absolutely contact me any time with questions. Keep doing what you are doing Dan! We appreciate you.

We recently had damage from a hail storm repaired by Dan and Tamara at Monumental. They handled everything including roof, gutters, painting, power washing, and door replacement. They got it done on schedule, kept us informed of the schedule for each phase and handled the insurance claim. Would highly recommend them.

Monumental Construction installed my new gutters and gutter guards at the time I was also receiving a new roof. The young man was on-time, efficient and the installation was trouble-free from my perspective. They matched the color of the downspout to compliment my house color. I would recommend them easily.

Monument Construction and Dan did an amazing gutter job on my house. I had an issue with my previous gutters leaking over my front porch causing ice build up in the winter....they totally corrected that. I also had my house painted before my new gutters went on and they actually found an aluminum gutter that was precoated a matching color. If you are looking for a company that goes above and beyond for their customers....this is your company.

Just wanted to thank and let you know how happy I am with the completed repairs to our dormer (racoon related) and siding (standing water related)! From start to finish communication back and forth was incredible and I certainly felt a part of the team! Workmanship and cleanup were both top notch and the overall cost was minimal considering your generous veteran discount and the peace of mind I now have. I highly recommend Monumental to others and will remain your trusting loyal customer for future exterior house repairs. Alison B

We at Bradley Brothers Roofing have been using Monumental Construction for all our gutter work for the last three years. They do great work!! Their prices are very reasonable and they are work hard to accommodate our needs and schedules. They’re always professional, detailed and leave our customers very happy with their work.

I had a very positive and professional experience with this company. I ended up having a warranty for my siding that covered a repair but just prior to that I was working on my own with Monumental Construction. Phone interactions were kind and down to earth but I was also impressed with the estimate interaction with Dan. The estimate was fair, he was on time and taught me some important things about my siding in just one interaction. I think they are very professional and efficient and I would recommend you give them a call.

This is a long review but please read.
First started working with monumental way back in 2018 when they finished an order to put in gutters and the rest of our roof when the previous company and who they hired just bailed, so we use the money to pay monumental. They did an extremely great job.
They had helped discover that there was a leak an extension of the house where a window install took place only it wasn't noticed because my mother kept plants crowding the window. They worked diligently in fixing that leak and it was great for several months. They did say that the patchwork was not going to last long and was going to need that section of the roof replace because the original design was faulty. Since they guarantee their work for 2 years, it leaked again in a few months and they patched up the work again but said they did such a good job that the entire roof does not need to be replaced they could have very well replaced the entire roof and charged us. But they did not. Their work stands today in 2024 no issues and no problems.
They recommended an interior person to help fix and reinstall the old wood paneling that my parents liked. The same person also insulated my garage and discovered the pylons holding up the living room on the extension that was built above the garage head rusted through.( that's a long story on my house foundation)
My father offer them to build our back deck, and normally they don't do that kind of thing just Roofing and gutters what they did that as a favor to my dad. Unfortunately, due to covid lockdowns project was unable to get underway until a year and a half later. My father passed in 2020.
When they finally got the deck underway they even pitched in a plaque in honor of the passing of my parents and finish the deck. Before the deck was constructed the meticulously made sure the materials were spot on and there were multiple mistakes by the suppliers and they made sure to return those materials and get the correct ones.
Unlike most places that I've dealt with they usually charge or come up with some reason do not return materials or just work what they got without telling the customer and you don't find out till someone else points it out past the guarantee. Tamara made sure the suppliers were held accountable. That project was finished in 2022
The most current project I asked them to work on was installing a solar-powered attic fan because the attic fan was holding in heat and raise my energy costs along with cooking the shingles. Unlike the other company that I was just going to install some plastic extenders that go under the shingles I had a feeling it was bull crap I just wanted to see what they would say. Monumental did they install at almost a third of the cost.
Monumental has always been honest, open, reasonable, and diligent.
In my book they are a six-star company!!!!

Monumental Construction installed new gutters for us as part of our backyard patio upgrade project. They were very easy to work with. In addition, when we identified one area of the new gutters that needed more work, they fixed the issue quickly and without issue. We would highly recommend them!

I have had the pleasure of working with Monumental Construction. They did work on one of my properties where new gutters and downspouts needed to be installed. They were able to schedule right away and they did a great job. They have provided free estimates for my other properties. They are great at communicating during the project and have very competitive pricing compared to other companies I've used. Would highly recommend, they are my go to gutter company for any of my properties.

Monumental Construction did a great job replacing my roof, gutters, facia and window screens. Dan and his team were great to work with and their communication was even better. They did all the communicating back and forth with the insurance company and kept me in the loop when needed. I would recommend them for anyone needing exterior work on their home. Thanks again Monumental Construction!

I would highly recommend Monumental Construction. The outside of my home needed a facelift. I had multiple problems which required multiple people. Everyone I met from the company was professional, personable, respectful, and incredibly patient. All of my questions were answered and I was included in every step in my home repairs. The process was easy, fast, and painless. The owners of Monumental Construction were amazing and really care about their clients and people. I heard nothing but positive things from their associates. My house looks brand new. I'm so happy with all of the work everyone did. I will never hire anyone else. Thank you again Monumental from dethroning my home as the ugly house in the neighborhood.

Monumental replaced my roof after significant hail damage, they were great to work with, very friendly, professional and had great communication throughout the job and beyond. New Roof has held up well through the winter and looks great. Appreciate all they did and will definitely look to them again for future needs!

We love supporting family owned businesses like Monumental because the owners care and take pride in the quality of their work. Dan and Tamara were super responsive when we had a roof leak after our recent string of hail storms. They were kind, professional, knowledgable, and treated our home as if they were repairing their own home. They were also willing to provide follow-up services to ensure that the work they did met our needs to prevent any further water penetration. We highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to work with professionals who care and put their heart and soul into their work. These folks are not just doing their 9-5 jobs.

That was a second time when we used Monumental Construction services. First service (gutters and pipes) was done by them about 3 years ago and everything that they've done back than works perfectly well now. This time we used them for fascia board repairs.
The quality of work both times is exceptional. The company members and owners take pride in what they do. They are honest, caring and going above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. We are very happy that we found a good company that we can trust. Highly recommend Monumental Construction! Thank you, Dan and Tamara!

I have had Monumental Construction work on three projects for me this summer. The first was to replace some siding and Dan did a great job working with me on the options, available materials, coordination with my insurance, and they did an excellent job on that project.

Shortly after that I needed the roof and gutters replaced due to hail. Again, I was extremely happy with the responsiveness, high level of service, professionalism and work from Dan, Ethan, and Tamara, as well as the crew that worked on the roof. I would highly recommend them.

We have worked with Monumental Construction twice now. They first did gutter cover work for us. Then, after our roof was damaged in a hail storm, they replaced our whole roof and gutters.
Each time they did excellent work. They were friendly and highly professional. Most importantly, when we had a few minor issues to iron out, Dan himself came and resolved them for us at no charge.
I would highly recommend this company. They are friendly, professional and trustworthy. If Dan says it, it will happen. That's hard to come by in this business, but it's absolutely the case here.

Hire these people and relax. They are the real deal.

TL/DR: Monumental Construction is the company you want to trust your home with.

I do not even know where to begin.

Like some of the stories in other reviews, I had been left in a position with a house that was 100% sided incorrectly.

I called Dan at Monumental to see if he could provide me with an estimate to show my insurance company as I was trying to fight for it to be fixed. Dan came out and spent well over an hour walking with me around my property and explaining, in detail, what was done incorrectly, and how it should have been done. At this point, I did not have business to bring to Dan, but he jumped into providing me with an overwhelming amount of help, support, and information.

Over the next 6 months or so, I fought with my insurance to get my house fixed. Dan would check in periodically to offer any help that I needed in advocating for myself. Again - he did all of this with no guarantee that I would be able to provide him with business.

Finally, last month, I was able to move forward and have my house resided. I immediately called Dan. His team was out the next week and my house was completely redone in a matter of days. His workers were professional and Dan was super communicative the entire time. My home is absolutely stunning now and I could not be happier!!!

If you are even thinking about new siding, this is the company you want to trust with your home! You will not be disappointed!

Monumental Construction has been a godsend for us with our roof and siding replacement/repair. Dan and his crew were professional, courteous, and helped us every step of the way. I hate dealing with insurance companies, and Dan helped us advocate for every penny. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Monumental again or recommend them to others.

When the manufacturer of my gutter guard failed to honor their guarantee, Dan stepped in on my behalf. Not only did he get the manufacturer to honor most of their guarantee, but he had Monumental Construction honor the rest at their expense. Very customer oriented and very helpful in getting the situation resolved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at gutters or gutter guards
