I scheduled a visit for an estimate for the trimming of a large Spruce tree. I even texted a photo of the tree in advance. It's been 10 days--no reply, no estimate. Very disappointed.

Alex and his crew were outstanding. They helped so much and added extra services to be sure the job was done correctly. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you Alex and crew!!!!

Contacted them for a tree removal and stump grind. They came in and knocked it out quick, they cleaned up really well also. Extremely pleased with the work.

I hired Beaver to cut down my tree and grind the stump. While grinding the stump, the machine broke. Paying for both the tree and stump, Beaver promised to come back and grind the stump. It has been a few weeks. They hope to be out the last week of October to finish the job.

You can tell a lot about a company by their drivers. I had the lovely opportunity of dealing with honestly one of the most entitled large-truck drivers I have ever encountered. He cut me off on a residential road and then I witnessed him run 3 red lights, not pink, the light was red before he even entered the intersection. I will never use this company just based on that interaction.

Unprofessional person answering the phone. Multiple calls, multiple requests for an invoice. Once I was obviously waking her up. Once she was really put off I would ask for an invoice. Multiple promises, each time failing.

Their work was pretty ok. A few issues with items not cleaned up. Honestly, I'd pass simply because of the person answering phones.

I used them in the past and they were good hence why I called again, but this time around we scheduled to meet 2 days after the initial call and then they didn't show up at the set time! What's worse is they tried to confirm at 315 pm for 4pm appointment while i was in a meeting. we tried calling while waiting and no response. Very frustrating to say the least! Why set an appt then not show up 2 days later??

I've used Beaver Tree service in the past but the recent experience was terrible. The man said he was headed my way to look at the tree and then completely ghosted me. I understand that people are busy right now with the shortage of workers but ghosting? Really?

Unprofessional...called Wednesday and had to follow up with them Friday and Saturday to help remove dead trees that HOA been complaining. These guys was a waste of time do not look for their service. They stood me up with no cal back or anything. Left me wondering for the past couple days if they were ever going to come. If you want to follow up with them every day until who knows when then be my guest but these guys don’t know any customer value or support. They still haven’t had the decency to call me yet when they stood me up lol bunch of ppl who like to waste other people’s time. Plus they over charge bunch of scammers in my book. Good luck!

These people left a flyer on my door and repeatedly rang the doorbell. I was on a very important phone call and have a NO soliciting sign on my door. It was a VERY rude interruption.

We had Beaver Tree Service remove 2 trees and trim up a 3rd and they did an excellent job. They are very fast and efficient with very good quality work. I would definitely recommend using this service!

I paid to have my tree trimmed in Oct 2019 was told it would last me 4 yrs did not even for the first summer. I back to the same position I was before the tree was cut, wasted money there is a branch that needs cut down, I offered to pay them to come cut it and they want me to pay another $100 are they crazy it would take 2 mins to cut it. They should do it for free. Horrible horrible company can't even stand by there work. I think my tree is ruined but they cut the top. Contacting the BBB also. I will contact the news also its not right that I am out so much and I still have a tree that needs trimmed.

I’ve used this crew at 3 properties and had good experience with their work. Unfortunately the person who answers phone, text and email is completely blowing me off. I contacted them 4 times for an invoice for my taxes on my rental and haven’t heard back from anyone at all. That is my only problem. But in the future if an issue came up with property damage it makes me feel unconfident that I would get it resolved easily. Customer service is a big deal to me.

Did GREAT job with the trimming and tree removal. Were on time and cleaned up before they left. Also very fair pricing would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

yesterday I called beaver tree services for an estimate on a tree removal and deep pruning of 4 large trees. Not only was their estimate the best I got, they came out the next day to do the work and finished it beyong my expectations. Beaver tree service gets my highest recommendation.

Did a great job removing a big dangerous tree fast and very fair price. I went out and Received 5 estimates for the same tree and these guys were the best price and did the work fast without any problems ! Awesome job guys !

I hired them to cut down 2 trees. They were quick to come out for and estimate on time for there service. Very quick and efficient and easy to work with. There price are super reasonable compared to other quotes. I actually saved 50 percent going with these guys.

We just purchased this house in April and there was a 60 foot pine tree next to the drive way that was hitting the house and the window when the wind picked up. An apple tree that one side died for some reason, a huge tree in the back yard that the neighbors tree would bounce off of and knock branches off it when it was windy and a very ugly pine (thats all I can say about that one). These guys came in and in no time had these trees removed and the stumps ground. The team is fantastic and were always smiling. The clean up was complete and my yard looks great. I usually don't write reviews but I cant say enough about these guys. The price was extremely reasonable also. You wont meet a better team that works this hard. We loved these guys!
