I’m personally asked you guys to give me a call before you come. I wanted to be there I had questions regarding my lawn. But you did not call me. I am very dissatisfied with the service right now. My lawn is not looking healthy at all.

Wes was phenomenal!!!! Pleasure interacting with this gentleman. He answered my questions, helped me with getting you guys to contact me through text messaging a day previous to the next visit and all around a great guy! Send him out next time please.

We received exceptional service from Ambrosia and Jordan recently. I asked Ambrosia questions about our apple tree that has produced lots of apples, but they have black spots and other weird markings. She thinks it might be fire blight, and did a lot of research she was here...and said she would contact her boss when he returned from vacation. Jordan has been here twice recently, once for lawn service and again with Ambrosia for the trees. He was very helpful and made suggestions to help our lawn and answered all our questions. We are very impressed with your services. Thank YOU!

We have been using Senske Services for quite a while now and they have always done a great job. Today Ambrosia came to late season fertilize our trees and shrubs. She was friendly and professional and truly a pleasure to talk to! She even double-checked with her office on our future scheduled services to make sure everything was in the right time frame. Also, in the past if I've ever had to call their customer service to reschedule or anything, I always got a real person to talk to who knew what they were doing and not a stupid automated system. And as we all know, that's a plus!

Lazy employees do not cover the garbage and go down the road throwing all the garbage they collect

Absolutely terrible work and horrible service.

They have been extremely unprofessional. I had an agreement with them on Monday for them to cut my grass on Tuesday before 10am. The time came they still weren’t here. I called and talked to them and they we’re supposed to do it before 12. I waited till 1 and they still weren’t here. They have been extremely unprofessional to even call me or text me saying whats going on. I had to contact them. Would not recommend.

I came across these folks because they left a flyer on my door. I connected with them in February, they visited my property and we agreed they would do the first the service on April 15. I purposely set up the date with them a month in advance so I could plan ahead and because I know in the spring these Lawn Care businesses in Denver are in high demand and get very busy. They were supposed to arrive on April 15 at 9 AM. On April 14 at 4 PM I got a text message saying they weren’t going to make it in the instead of asking me what else would work for me, they simply stated that they would come on Saturday.then a bit of a text back-and-forth started in which I explained I couldn’t do Saturday and I would prefer they keep the date that we had scheduled over a month ago. In the end they said that no one was working on the day that they had scheduled services for me. I was still patient and asked they call me to pick out another date, never heard from them again. I don’t know what their deal is but pretty bad experience before the services even started. I do not recommend them because they clearly have some staffing issues and cannot honor the date scheduled and when they cancel on you they don’t even follow up properly to reschedule.

My irrigation system broke after just a couple of months because they used extremely cheap parts. I had no idea how cheap the parts were until I dug it up myself to try and fix it. I called Solares, and they tried to charge me $280 to fix their mistake! There are so many other quality landscape companies in Denver.
I would avoid Solares at all costs! Also, biggest gripe is the lady that runs their office. She is rude. While they were still working on my yard, she harassed me for final payment!

We were looking for help maintaining our yard but were still apprehensive about committing to using a lawn service. They came out to discuss weekly upkeep (cutting grass, pulling weeds, and tree/bush trimming). We agreed on a price and the crew arrives like clockwork every week; 15-20 minutes later the yard is done. We also have them do a Fall cleanup to cut back our plants to prepare for winter.

The team leader is a gracious young man. He is always open to your input, and strives to have his team fulfill your request.

Every week the quality of the work increases in precision. Lawns evenly cut with pristine edging. Our lawn looks like a luxurious carpet of green, thanks to Solares Lawn. I strongly recommend.

We contracted with Solares to provide lawn aeration and seeding last week. We were confirmed for last Friday. No one called or showed up. I called the office, left a voicemail, and emailed them a couple of times to see what was happening with no response. They were referred to us. I let them know their services are no longer required and our disappointment. Customer Service means a lot to us, this was not a good experience.

Found a flyer in my door for landscaping services by "Sun Family Landscaping." The flyer had the same telephone number as Solares Lawn. Looking through my Ring camera the person who left the flyer walked right through my garden and crushed newly sprouted tulips - by a landscape company??? Will never use them.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SKECTHY GUY !!!! Asking for money before even scheduling something ?? Unprofessional, and desperate, I wouldn’t trust this guy as far as you could throw him

Scheduled 2 different days times for sprinkler activation and lawn service. Stayed home 2 entire days waiting. Never showed...no message saying they were late. Nothing.

This company is not reliable. I scheduled two months ahead of time and they still have not shown up for service as on November 28, 2021. Plus, they want to provided nine man hour in service time. We have had service at our home for over 21 years and it has never taken anyone nine hours to complete a lawn mower
service job. The longest has been only two hours. THere are not much leaves on the lawn.

Chris, their irrigation specialist showed up on a Sunday and could not have been more polite, professional and helpful. I felt like he was giving a Ted Talk on everything irrigation-related; from nozzle heads, to programming patterns, to Archimedes principle. He was incredibly thorough and spent so much extra time to get things right. He is flat out amazing!

I will definitely use Mike's for other projects in the future. They are quick to reply by phone or text, and project professionalism from the time you call until the time they leave your property.
