Billy did a great job. Senske has really done wonders for my yard this year

Senske is great! Know what they are talking about, punctual, and always professional. We have their lawn care program, and our lawn is now the nicest on the block!

Wade was the owner of the original business that I worked with. He has always been thorough and given me good advice about my lawn and trees.

Jordan from, Senske, was very thorough. He sprayed certain areas inside & did the exterior perimeter of the house. I valued his professionalism & giving detailed explanations of what we were seeing. He put his booties over his shoes when entering thr house, Overall, he was extremely knowledgeable. He also has a pleasant personality.

We had trees sprayed i think. Not sure if all or just the deciduous trees . He was very pleasant and courteous.

First of all, fantastic service from a great and honest company. Our tech, Jonathan, is always on top of things. With each servixe, he texts me a courtesy text providing an ETA. He's always working hard, is super friendly and does great work in a quick amount of time. Awesome tech!!!

Ambrosia is always very informative, knowledgeable and personable. She performs her job skillfully and without distributing the neighborhood.

Eric did not know I was watching him. I always look out the windows when anyone is here. Eric did such a great job, so much better then any of the other guys. He made sure he got all areas. Others do not do the side of my house where I park an RV & Camper. He even sprayed the weeds underneath. I wish I would have been able to go out and thank him in person. Senske is very lucky to have him on their team.

David called us before he arrived. He worked very promptly, and then gave us some advice about the neighbor's ash tree that provides us a great deal of shade. He was very professional. We always enjoy working with Senske.

Service was good and on time. Fertilizer for grass to maintain strength against heat and little rain a reduce weeds. Their service provide updates on date of service and type via text or email. Easy online payment system, chemicals safe for dogs and kids

I was leery when Senske took over from our previous lawn care company. But I have been pleasantly surprised. The rates have stayed the same and the service is outstanding. The tech texts when he is on his way. Jules was very professional and courteous. Our lawn looks great!

I had a horrible encounter with the staff at Senske services. I saw a sign posted at our local park saying pesticides were applied and left their contact info. I called to inquire about what pesticides were applied in that area. The first time calling I was hung up on as soon as I explained what I was asking about. The second call I was told, “I don’t know”, transferred to someone else, told “I don’t know, bye”. And was hung up on again.

Billy was great today very thorough and efficient! Senske does a good job, though I would appreciate more direct feedback and communication about services prior to them coming to perform them. All I get is a text one day prior to you showing up and it’s pretty hard to know what you’re coming do to!

Blaze was very personable. We needed to round up the dogs in the back yard so he offered to start in the front yard while that was being done. He then went to the backyard and was in and out in no time.

Steve seemed unaware that I had complained to the main office that trouble areas hadn't been addressed and that I was supposed to get a call to set up a STAT appointment. He was apologetic and diagnosed the problem as one of two possible issues. He assessed both and advised on how to assess success before the next visit and how to contact them if I dont see improvement. We was friendly and professional.

We have had the “same” lawn care service for 10+ years. It has changed hands several times and Senske is the current company. Like the others, they have been great. We would not get around to fertilizing and weeding and aerating ourselves, so it is very nice to have an ongoing, reasonably priced service that will take care of all this for us. We get their seasonal package that has seven services per year, and the techs are always great, working quickly and efficiently and leaving us personalized status reports after each treatment. (Thank you Wes, Billy, and Parker!) There have been a couple times when the weather was not conducive to the treatment they were applying and in those cases they automatically rescheduled the treatment to another time at no additional cost. Definitely recommend these guys if you would like great lawn care with no hassle.
