Do not use this company, they’ll say your out of your service area after they’ve taken a deposit when you call to schedule, iv sent 10 emails and called multiple times for my refund over the past 3 weeks with no luck at all. Worst customer service iv ever encountered. What a scam

Roy & Justin could not have done a better job. I solely went with Roy's team because of his responsiveness, reasonable prices, and outstanding quality of work he provides. Not to mention the mentorship he is providing to Justin. Will be using again in the near future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND compared to other large cleaning companies.

Great friendly service, arrived on time, did a superior job on our carpet. We have a speckled white carpet that we thought was going to have to be replaced. But after the cleaning we figured we have another year two before they'll have to be replaced they did such a good job!

Doctor Carpet worked magic on my rugs!! These were rugs that I never thought would see the light of day. He took off years of pet hair, dirt, and who knows what else. Highly recommend, and will be using him again for my carpets!

We had Dr carpet come out and do a steam clean of our house, and not only did the tech arrive late but immediately upon arrival the technician started salespersoning us trying to upcharge us for everything and at the end of it what was supposed to be a $150 cleaning turned into a $400 cleaning. After the technician arrived about an hour late he took about an hour to clean our five bedroom house for us which is a little crazy to me because he spent majority of the time upstairs and then about 10 minutes downstairs but none of the carpets looked clean in fact they looked worse than before the cleaning. I hesitate using the word cleaning because they left our carpets in worse condition. Upon calling then to have this resolved they battled me, and roy was trying to lie and say that our carpets in our less than 2-year-old home were so bad, literally they used the word filthy, and damaged, among other words to try to justify the lack of cleanliness after they got done with it, and not only just to my face but they have the audacity to go post that publicly. I took my home steam cleaner to the few spots that we had on the carpet and it's so weird because the staining came right up! For some reason the technician said that he couldn't get them up, but for me a little dish soap and a home steam cleaner did the trick. Not only that, but after realizing one of my possessions was missing after the technician took his 45 minutes or whatever it was by himself upstairs I had to call the police and file a report, so because of that I decided to do some digging on this "comoany." I found out they are not a registered business, and have had to change their name a couple times. The last time they were in good standing with the business registry was under their prior business name in 2002 before being delinquent and then dissolving the business. An easy search on secretary of state will show you what I found. Not only that but if you go to Yelp, you can see on there all of their reviews and it's crazy because all of their positive reviews for the most part are people who are on a first name basis with them. Now to some that might not sound like that big of a deal, but literally for work it is my job to go identify and Report fake reviews on business profiles, and typically customers who go on a first name basis after one experience with a company are faulty and one of the top three red flags that I look for. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. They will not clean your carpets, they will show up late to take your money and then when you call and nicely request that they make it right they will refuse to make it right and then belittle you making you feel like it's your fault your carpets aren't clean and making you feel inadequate by making comments such as what do you know about carpet cleaning among other things. Spend the extra little bit of money hiring a legitimate business, and do your research.

Amir was very fast, friendly, and accommodating. Especially given how difficult my condo is to get to from the parking lot. The stairs were horribly stained and he made them look brand new. I'm very happy with how the carpets turned out and will be calling them again going forward.

We found Doctor Carpet on Groupon (the special was $150 for a deep clean), and called them to see if they'd honor the Groupon price to save them the fee. They agreed, but then charged us for 8 bedrooms (there are 5 bedrooms, a study, and stairs. We were charged an extra $50 for the stairs too.) The tech was supposed to arrive between 1-3pm, but did not arrive until after 3 with no warning that he'd be late. We vacuumed, and cleared our afternoon for this, so that was a bit frustrating. When the technician arrived we gave him a tour of the house pointing out a couple of spots that we needed for him to get up. He informed us that he would need to charge us extra now for a deep clean, which didn't make sense to me because of what was advertised, but I wasn't going to argue, so not only were we charged extra for nonexistent bedrooms, and the stairs, but for the deep clean too AND THEN he then charged us for "urine neutralizer" (we have no pets.) I checked the one little spot he claims to have used the neutralizer on, but it was bone dry with no evidence of cleaning, and it smells exactly as it did before in that area because it was not the carpet that smelled of urine, it was the bathroom 2ft away that slightly smelled of urine due to an un-flushed toilet (gross, I know. It's my boys bathroom, and boys are gross sometimes.) After everything our total ended up being $400. I understood because of a couple of little stains on the carpet then needing to charge for the deep clean, and agreed to that, but then after everything was said and done charging me $400 is absolutely insane! Multiple areas of the carpet were dry, clearly untouched such as closets. No furniture was moved to be steam cleaned under (I didn't expect him to move the heavy furniture, but the chairs and what not.. come on) so there was debris/staining left on the floor. Not the normal gray chunks of wet dust you would see after a steam clean, actually there was none of that anywhere, but crumbs, little pieces of paper and other debris. The staining that was not only left, but spread onto clean parts of the carpet transferred onto paper towels (I wanted to see for myself if it'd come up and it did,) so it should've been able to come up with their equipment. It took under 90 minutes for this entire process (arriving, touring the house, talking about the job, paperwork, steam cleaning, loading the truck, paying, leaving) which tells me it was a rushed, and incomplete job. My floors look about the same as they did before if not a little worse in areas. The owner was offensive when I called him to discuss the situation. He started telling me I don't know anything about steam cleaning, telling me that according to his technician I don't take care of my carpet (our house is less than 2 yrs old, steam cleaned/stains totally removed every 6 months by us, and other than a couple spots from food, washable marker, and some diaper rash cream from recently, our carpets are well taken care of.) The owner said I'm lying about the tech not arriving between 1:00 and 3:00, that he arrived right at 3:00 (I have video evidence he didnt + evidence of everything else too) He said they'd do a spot clean if I wanted, but couldn't come back for a couple of days. I did not feel comfortable with that, but would have been open to it except for the fact that we are selling our house and I told them this needed to be done before Sunday. They couldn't come out in time even if I wanted them to, so I told him unless he can make it work to come out tomorrow, then there's no point in coming back especially after the way he offended me, told me I was lying, talked down to me, argued with me, and didn't do it right the 1st time. I suggested he just keep $150 of the total we originally agreed upon, and refund me the other $250. He absolutely refused. Now scrambling to figure this out, and will probably just do it myself even though I had major surgery a week ago.

My friend had a leak that flooded his whole house. I called Doctor Carpet to help extract the water. Roy came quickly with his equipment. He removed all the water and removed the carpet which needed to be done. We were very pleased with the overall experience. I will definitely recommend them.

Lets start with I have 4 rooms and a hall to have cleaned. The quote was $89.00. The technician got here and the up selling started. It will be an additional $45 for stain guard and removal of stains will cost more. The family room is too big will have to charge you for 2 rooms. Hallways are $20.00.
They do not move furniture nor do they have protective Styrofoam or sheets to put under chair or table legs. I knew I was in trouble when he asked if I had fans to put in the rooms to dry the carpet. In my experience, done properly they floors should be dry in 6 hours without fans. The $89 quoted turned out to be $116. I did not buy all the up sale services. The men that showed up were cordial. I took a scrub brush to stains that were left. This is not the company of great reviews. I wont do business with them again.

Doctor Carpet has cleaned the carpets at two rental properties for me. Two different technicians a year apart- both times I was extremely happy with them. They were responsive, called to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, and made the carpet look fantastic again. Truck mounted cleaning. Today the tech cleaned about 1600 sq feet of carpet and stairs in about an hour. Very happy, will use whenever I need carpets cleaned, and will recommend to my friends.

Dr. Carpet has cleaned our carpets and chairs many times. No matter who comes to the house they are wonderful and do a fantastic job. SUCH nice people. Amir did an especially good job!

Thank for helping me with water damage. Roy was very professional, very friendly, joyful, and easy to talk to! When I called the office emergently I was promised 30 ETA, Roy showed up in 20 minute after I made several calls, and this company was the only one was responsive in timing manners. I’m happy with the outstanding service and pleased with way the work was done! Highly recommended, looking to do business with this company in the future 👍
