SCAM SCAM SCAM They refuse to honor a $59 Groupon for three rooms when I turned down $150 pre-cleaning charge. He literally would not even try to clean the rugs ( rugs, I had previously shampooed the night b4 in anticipation of his arrival) . He said he wouldn't do the job unless I paid the additional $150.

Amir with Doctor carpet made my carpets look brand new! He was in an out very professional and focused! I definitely recommend Dr. carpet for all your carpet cleaning needs!! I am a real estate agent and will be referring oh my clients to this company! I finally found a permanent carpet cleaning company!

Roy is Absolutely amazing!!!! Found them on Groupon, and he did my whole apartment for a third of the price against another competitor. The carpet looks amazing and after 4 years of living here with children, the carpet looks brand new!! Roy was great!! Was a very nice guy, polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. He was very professional and did an excellent job!!! He was Extremely punctual. I was in middle of moving and he worked with me around my schedule, He even offered to help me move my things!! He was very Nice! Was thorough and fast. I will recommend Roy to anyone I speak with or who needs their carpets professionally cleaned. 5 star rating all the way across the board. Definitely give him a call. They have 24 hr emergency service and available to call at any

Amir did a very thorough job restoring my carpet to its original white glory. He takes a lot of pride in his work and really does the best job he can. I opted for the deep cleaning service and he was able to remove all the stains that were possible to remove, I'm very impressed! Excellent job and value.

Great experience. Easy to contact and schedule a cleaning. I was hoping the carpet can be salvageable and cleaned after the basement flooded, but Roi was honest and said they can clean as much as possible, but the carpet will still smell. He ended up just tearing up the carpet and pads and cleaning the concrete floor. It smells great now :) I am giving a 4 star review because I did not realize he didn't take the old carpet and pads to the dump, so now I need to figure out what to do with it.

Very friendly staff did a great job took out all the stains an made sure to dry my carpets before leaving unlike a lot of other businesses I have dealt with before....

I wish we would have taken pictures before the cleaning. The outcome was unreal. The previous homeowners had pets & the carpets were destroyed. Amir was effective, efficient, knowledgeable & literally brought our home back to life. Anytime I need services done I am requesting Amir and Amir only. & you should too. You won’t be sorry. Very satisfied with this service. They confirmed the appointment the day before, contacted me prior to arrival day of, and most importantly did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and achieved results better than expected. Friendly technician as well. Would certainly recommend.

Worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. This company is a *SCAM*, please beware. I bought a Groupon for a 750 foot steam clean. The fine print said no pet stains and pre-vacuum. My carpet had no pet stains, and we pre-vacuumed. When the technician got there, they said they would not do it unless I upgraded a couple hundred dollars more. I did not go against any of the fine print but they wouldn't do it. It felt completely sketchy and manipulative from the FIRST second he walked in.

I talked on the phone with the administrative assistant, and then the manager, or maybe the owner of the company (wasn't sure who he was). And they were all horrible. Entitled, rude, borderline emotionally abusive. Seriously stay away from this company!!!!

Purchased a voucher on Groupon. They agreed to only do the services on the voucher when making the appointment. However, once they were on site, they refused to do any cleaning on the voucher, unless we pay them more money (a few hundred more). SCAM! Be aware!

Amir came and saved my carpet Thursday afternoon and I couldn't be anymore impressed!! What I was trying to accomplish with a regular carpet cleaner for months Amir got done in less that an hour, all the horrific stains and the smell is gone! Will be recommending this company to anyone looking for carpet cleaning!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Doctor Carpet. I saw a Groupon and wanted to schedule a cleaning because the price was great! I held off on buying the Groupon because I wanted to make sure that I could get my carpet cleaned on my desired date first. When I called, I was looking to purchase a service for $104 for cleaning (which was the Groupon price).
During a brief three-minute phone consultation, I was told that there is an extra charge for stairs and for deeper stains, but no explanation was provided. I was also told carpet doctor would not honor the $104 Groupon price but would honor the $149 Groupon price, which I also saw on Groupon. I was advised to accept the $149 price because paying for the Groupon instead of going directly through the company would’ve placed me in a different scheduling category, and I wouldn’t have been able to have my carpet cleaned on the my preferred date. I conceded, and additional charges added brought my estimated total to $233 before they arrived (each stair is an extra $3). This was more than I originally thought, however their explanation made sense so I scheduled an appointment.

However, once the technician Amir C. arrived, he did his walkthrough and suddenly quoted me $431—nearly double the estimate—due to additional charges and upgrades that were never properly explained beforehand. When I declined the high-priced services and requested just the standard cleaning instead of the deep cleaning, the technician became even more pushy and rude. He outright refused to proceed with the basic service, leaving me feeling pressured and taken advantage of.
Ultimately, I refused the service and told the company I did not want to work with them. This experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch, with hidden fees and aggressive upselling. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for transparent pricing and professional service.

If I could give them 0 stars, I wouldn’t because even 0 seems to be to high of a rating.

They destroyed our carpets….DESTROYED them!!! On top of destroying our carpets, they refuse to rectify the situation which is why I am here sharing my experience.

There are “browning” spots everywhere!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We already reported them to the BBB.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning by Amir from Doctor Carpet!

We recently had Amir from Doctor Carpet clean the carpets at our house, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results!

Amir did an absolutely great job – our carpets look incredibly fresh and clean, almost like new.

From start to finish, Amir was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to address specific areas of concern and ensured every spot was thoroughly cleaned. We really appreciate his attention to detail and the care he took while working in our home.

If you're looking for a top-notch carpet cleaning service, we highly recommend requesting Amir. He truly delivered an outstanding experience!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This company and the Groupon are a SCAM! I purchased an $80 Groupon for carpet cleaning in five rooms. When I made the appointment I was told that stain removal and stairs would be extra. Cool, no big deal. Mind you, I get my carpets cleaned once a year so I had a pretty good idea of what the extra costs would be. After the walk through, the technician explained the $3 charge per stair and that stain removal would be extra. I was a little shocked when he pulled up the estimate of $280! In total, with the Groupon would be $380. I have never paid that much. I was hesitant and questioned the price. The technician never gave a straight answer as to why the cost was so high. I WFH and needed to get back to work so I acquiesced and hoped the money would be well spent. First, the technician took chunks out of our drywall in several areas and also chipped freshly painted baseboards. This is going to take a whole weekend of work to repair. Secondly, the carpets were soaked and made our house smell for days. I have had fans running nonstop since the carpets were cleaned on Tuesday (it's now Saturday) and the carpets are still damp in some areas. Again, I have the carpets cleaned once a year and it's never taken this long for them to dry. Lastly, there are still multiple stains on the carpets but I couldn't tell until today because of how saturated they were. I wish I would've read the reviews on Google because they are terrible and describe a similar experience I had with Doctor Carpet.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This is perhaps the worst customer experience I have ever had with any "professional" service, and I use the term professional sarcastically because they are not professional.

I am amazing how a company like this can still even be in business.

From the first minute, all they did was try and upsell EVERYTHING. And it is interesting that they are a carpet cleaning service, yet the technician did not even wipe or take his shoes off when entering our home. Wouldn't you think that as a company that cleans floors, you would be more mindful of that?

Ultimately, they overcharged me for service and left my carpets in worse condition than they were initially. And throughout my communication with the company, they are unwilling to fix the problem or provide any sort of resolution.

I had purchased a Groupon for a carpet cleaning for up to eight rooms and 1750 sq ft in advance of scheduling. Upon arriving I did a walk-through with the service person (Roy) and showed him some areas of higher concern and concentration. We do have pets and there is also heavy traffic in some areas, which I noted. Roy informed us that he would need to do additional deep cleaning(of course at an additional fee) and also removal of pet stains. This was an additional$180.00. He did ask if we had done anything ourselves or previously and I told him that we do regularly vacuum and that about a year ago, we had a different professional company come out and do a cleaning.

Even though the Groupon said it covered 1750 sqft and eight rooms, somehow he still calculated additional charges and stairs, leaving us with a $395 bill. I wouldn't be complaining if our carpets actually looked good and cleaned, but they look the opposite of that and in fact, in most areas, look worse than before the cleaning he performed.

After letting the carpets dry overnight both my wife and I started to notice brown spots all over our carpets. I text Roy and he said to let it dry longer and it is called browning and should be better in a couple of days, and if it wasn't better to contact him. A couple of days passed and it was no better, in fact worse. I again text Roy and this time he said that it would need "neutralizing" and that it would cost an additional $60 for the trip out.

Why on earth should we have to pay more for a job that was left unfinished and incomplete to begin with? It is a total scam!

Instead of fixing the problem, the "owner" Amir claims that they are refusing to do business with us because they feel as though we are threatening them and disrespectful. No Amir, we are telling you that we are going to leave an honest review of your company, and giving you the opportunity to provide real service and correct it! We are asking you for a resolution. That isn't a threat.

We will not pay more for a job that was left unfinished and incomplete. We have asked to speak with the owner who is unwilling to help or correct this situation.

If you really want your floors and carpets cleaned, use someone else or do it yourself, because if you use Doctor Carpet, you'll be having to do it anyway after, the only difference is you'll be out a few hundred dollars to this scam of a company.

I purchased A Groupon they offered in my city. They left a number on it that's out of service for 719. I had to track them down Online. Instead of honoring it, they accused me of making a mistake by purchasing Denver, despite it having a Colorado Springs phone number and being sold in a 10 mile radius of my address. Now I have to spend hours dealing with Groupon. The company should have honored their error in advertising rather than put me through this headache.
