I'm so happy with this company. I have been using the service for years at my home, and have always been happy. My foster daughter bought a home with very dirty carpets. It was a full house so it was a little pricey. At first I wasn't happy thinking they didn't get it very clean. But went back the next day, and it looked so great! They are very respectful both of your time and home. The owner is a great person to work with!

Absolutely.the.BEST. From the free estimate to the finished work, everything is 5 stars. My carpet looks and FEELS brand new! We're absolutely stunned at their amazing work. I've used other companies in the past, and our carpet has never looked this good. Plus it's so soft! As a small businesses, everything rides on their name. Chapple's should be very proud of the name. I have had my carpets done by Stanley Steamers every three months for the last two years and have had my couch cleaned twice within that timeframe as well. I have never been very happy with the results of Stanley Steamers and was ultimately to the point of redoing all flooring and buying a new couch. Ended up using Chapple's as they are a local family owned company and figured I would get things cleaned before holidays since replacement of things hasn't happened yet. The work that Chapples team did was outstanding!! My couch looks presentable, they got out stains that have been set in for over a year. My carpets are completely refreshened, smells fantastic, and overall just allowed me more time to take on a huge project. The customer service was exceptional, I needed my ducts cleaned as well, and while Chapple's doesnt do this, they gave me information for someone they trust. The team was flexible within my timeframe of getting the carpets done and were beyond thorough with the work they did. I will be using them moving forward from now on!

Ryan and Jake did a great job on our carpets. They got out a cat urine stain on an area rug, saving us from throwing it away. James is very responsive and prompt and orients his crew when they start. He texts when and which member of his crew will be arriving to your home. We’ve been using them for over 30 years. They are far superior to other big name companies.

I am very pleased with the results of the services provided by Chapple's Carpet Cleaning. James came the same day I called for an estimate and the crew to clean my carpets was there the next day. James and his crew spent extra time and care to work on pet stains and took their time to ensure deep cleaning was done for all carpeted areas. They all were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend their services.
