My dryer was working horribly due to lots of lint build up and he got everything clean and in working condition again. He had a smile on his face the whole time even though my laundry room is the tiniest maze and I had no idea where the exit vent was. He figured everything out and did such a great job! GREAT SERVICE!! Stuart was on time, friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do and showed me the discarded parts after cleaning my vents. I have a very expensive dryer that has not worked correctly for over a year due to dirty ducts. He installed the new duct from dryer to the wall and I am so happy to be able to dry towels now!

My brand new washtower was throwing an error code during the dry cycle. I contacted the manufacturer and LG said the vent was clogged and needed to be serviced by a professional. So I found Stuart online based on his reviews! He pulled the unit out a little feeling as though the clog was actually due to the installers pushing the unit too far back against the back wall, Since I had the vent cleaned out the year prior and my laundry usage is much smaller than other households, Stuart decided to start simple and see if I saw improvement with a slight adjustment of the unit placement. I just did a load of laundry and no error with the dryer! Problem solved.
