I had the experience of meeting one of the crews for landtech and it was an experience I’ll never forget. I’ve been stuck in a parking lot for two days when this crew arrives around 9:30 am and I’m excited to see another person! All I need is a jump, I have cables and I offered to do it myself, of course I wouldn’t get in the vehicle that is owned by the company, but I’m desperate and really don’t want to spend another day in the heat. I was told in very good English that they don’t speak English. I laughed thinking it was a joke. No it wasn’t. Then the crew refused to help abd looked at me with disgust. I’ve never been so I dont know what emotion it was, but never that. I am waiting on a response from landtech to find out if it’s a company thing or if the crew was just plain rude and inconsiderate. Well here’s to another day in the parking lot, looking at 90 degrees today and I’m listening to the crew chat away in perfect English.

I'm trying to reason with Zach about his employee shooting grass all over my detailed and waxed car. Just giving me a hard time about his 15$ reimbursement. It's a $75 wash and wax job sir. Take responsibility for your crew.

Since taking over a new community, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Landtech. Zach in particular has been extremely helpful in making sure our grounds look great year round and providing a thorough plan on seasonal changes. He is professional and helpful with very quick response times, which I appreciate! Highly recommend.

Landtech has been great to work with. They did the landscape design for one of my properties and have maintained a few over the years for me. Ben Z. has been super responsive and they've made a great partner for my landscaping needs!

Landtech has been very responsive to our special requirements.The staff assigned to our account works together as a team and communicate well together and with us. The team is very well trained and professional. We appreciate the service we have received which remains consistent throughout the seasons. The billing department is always a pleasure to work. It is nice to hire a company that has pride in their staff and the work they do shows. I recommend Landtech as a valued contractor for a HOA community. They are able to customize a plan to meet your budget, without compromising quality in their service.

This company is a huge disappointment. If you do not care about your grass in your community hire this company. Just in one day they damaged our grass all over the place due to carelessness and it happens every week. I will be recommending our HOA does not renew our contract.

One off jobs and i don't doubt they're perfectly adequate, however, when it comes to longer term maintenance type contracts, their standards drop dramatically. We believe they have a company policy of only concentrating on new accounts. Everyone in business knows its less expensive to find new customers than retain existing and established ones. Without a doubt Landtech follow this philosophy. If you're looking to fill long term projects, avoid this company.

DONT HIRE - forced to use for HOA and no one respects your property. Two years in a row they have damaged outside decorations in my home. I have caught them snooping on my ring camera as well. Don’t trust this company. They’re a scam and treat property like a joke. Most recent damage on Jasmine St. workers yelling all morning. Hiding leaves under bushes. Leaving litter. It’s beyond unacceptable. Your 3.6 stars is even too high.

BEWARE - this company employs workers who will not respect your property. Living in Riverdale presently & I have caught employees on my ring hanging out on people’s properties, littering & having a general disrespect.

They let our lawns die this summer, forgot to turn on sprinklers and do a terrible job maintaining the property.

Today I caught an employee on my ring blowing all the leaves onto our property rather than bagging them up.

Whoever used the blower on Jasmine street on 10/23 should be fired. Rather than doing his job he’s given me one and hid all the dead leaves in our bushes. My whole fire escape is filled with dead leaves and twigs.

I have never been more disappointed with service. The landscapers should not be snooping or over stepping onto people’s properties.
