We hired LB to do our concrete borders They told us when we signed up that they would move any necessary sprinkler heads, and that they would provide a concrete border that would have a continuous color that would last for more than a decade and that they’ve never had complaints

What we received was a splotchy colored border, broken irrigation system, and multiple broken parts and leaks to our landscape lighting. When we contacted them to let them know the issues we are having, we were told they don’t do those things. It’s our fault and everything was fine and none of it was their fault or problem. The person who installs is very nice. The people behind the scenes walk away from any problems left behind and the product we received looks nothing like our neighbors and is not up to the standards that they promised us when we signed up. I would consider another option other than LNB landscape borders for your next project.

It will end up costing me $400 to repair their damages and the splotchy colored borders they installed were another $2,000.

L & B's did an amazing job with our concrete edging. Very professional from the initial consultation all the way through the prep and install phase. If you really want to make your yard pop, I highly recommend concrete edging from L & B's. Even Bo and Reggie love it!

I hired L&B's to put concrete borders throughout my property, in hopes that it would help with the curb appeal. To my surprise, it not only greatly improved the look of the space, it drew in many compliments, with neighbors always asking who did this beautiful job! I was happy to recommend L&B's to anyone who asked. I was sold from their amazing customer service, to the beautiful end product. Jake was one of the best and most effective sales guys out there! I am so pleased with a job well done! These guys are amazing!

L&B was very easy to work with installing 175 ft of cement border. The staff came in and did the preparation work and let us make small changes for our border and were very fast and efficient. When they brought in the cement a few days later, it only took under 2 hours to pour the borders. On a 3rd day, a seal was put on. The whole process was under 1/2 a day of work. I liked the scheduler, salesman and especially the crew that did the work. Great family run company that gave a military discount. I think pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend.

L & B's did an excellent job. Minimal disruption to watering and mowing routines as well as damage. Time lines were followed from initial contact to completion. Good crews for each step. Highly recommend. See pics from 10 days after completion of both front and back yard. Ron

Absolutely loving our concrete borders. Kids and bunnies would always knock rocks down into the grass but these borders are higher in the back to keep the rocks from falling into the grass. The whole process was simple. They came out and measured then provided a quote. Had a design meeting that lasted maybe 5 minutes after commitment. One day of prep and one day of installation. After a few days they stopped by and sealed the concrete. Pleased with the process and customer service. In love with the borders. Wish I wouldn't have waited so long!

L&B did a great job of installing both a concrete border as well as a garden path. The path is cushy and blends well with the surrounding area. There were many colors from which to choose. The work was done with minimal disruption to our existing gardens/ yard. It was done in a timely fashion with good communication from the staff as to when crews would arrive. We recommend 👍💯

We have a large yard and always wanted concrete borders but with over 900 linear feet of edging, it seemed to be cost prohibitive. I was tired of shredding my trimmer string on the metal edging and with the addition of a dog we feared the edging would cut his paws or leg so we thought it was time to look into concrete borders. After extensive research I found L & B Concrete Landscape Borders to have the best process. Jimmy came out to give an estimate. He was very personable and professional and we hit it off right away. He listened to our thoughts and interjected some of his own and we put together a design. One thing I liked was the “drop down” curbing. It was great for my riding lawnmower to go over. Once the design was agreed on we scheduled the work. With the amount of linear feet of edging, I thought it would take a few days to complete, but the crew came out one day to prep and then the next to install. I was amazed how quickly they installed it. After another couple of days they sealed it. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!! It really completed our yard! Not only is it beautiful but it has made my lawn mowing easier. I think when you see the pictures you’ll agree! Don’t wait years like we did, you won’t be sorry!

- Customer Service is horrible. As the other reviews talk about, it's almost as they feel put out dealing with you.
- after borders were installed, half of my landscape lights didn't work. When I asked them to come out repair, they sent me a copy of the agreement and a statement that asked if I marked all my "lines" Prior to install. No apology. No volunteer to fix. I marked my sprinkler heads as was instructed but didn't think I had to take spray paint to mark my landscape lighting lines.....which I had no idea where they were. Turns out, I found where they disconnected the landscape lines at a junction when they were moving rock out of the way and didn't bother to re-attach.
- after completion, I asked when they would come back and move my bark and rock back to where it was and they responded back with - "we don't have the manpower to send the crews back". Really? i copied and pasted an area of their website- "THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PROCESSES IN THE JOB CLEAN UP. WE STRIVE TO MAKE SURE WHEN WE LEAVE THE JOB YOU CAN'T TELL WE WERE EVEN THERE". So, evidently, there seems to be a disconnect! I had to finish the work by raking/moving everything back (see photo of a SMALL section).
- when I emailed them after the job was done with a recap of all these issues, the response I received a response stating that they have many satisfied customers but wouldn't respond to each of my issues. I tried to be helpful by providing suggestions of what they can do better but, clearly, they didn't care.

L&B's Concrete Landscape Borders was a very good company to work with. Their prices were surprisingly reasonable, and they were excellent at communication. The process was clear and the steps were on schedule. The designer on the project made great suggestions, and the installation crews were efficient and clean. I'm really pleased with the outcome - my new concrete borders are a great enhancement to my front yard landscaping, and a major upgrade from rusty metal edging with worn-out black vinyl cap. I'll be doing my backyard with L&B next year, and I highly recommend this company.

Outside Dreams made us a patio extension. I really appreciated their expertise and they did an excellent job on the patio. Planning to use them again this spring for more landscaping work.

We were originally considering a conventional backyard design, but Outside Dreams proposed a very nice xeriscape design. We went with Outside Dreams and have been very pleased with them. For some reason, a couple of plants in our backyard have died. Outside Dreams replaced them as per their guarantee.

Outside Dreams is the best landscape company in Colorado! We hired Outside Dreams to create a beautiful back yard space and pergola, as well as a wonderful paver walkway and raised flower bed in the front, and a paver sidewalk around to the back patio. We had our home transformed in three stages. The company did a fantastic job that we enjoy year round. They are professional and great to work with, listened to what we envisioned, and created our outdoor living space just like we imagined. We recommend Outside Dreams to everyone.

Outside Dreams transformed our back yard & we could not be happier! We started with a weedy mess & now we have a new patio, fire pit, grass, mulch, & plants. From Amy’s unique landscape design, the office’s great communication, to the crew of guys that are experienced, extremely hard working & respectful. Horrible landscaping company. They are contracted for the new build community I live in and do landscaping for all the front yards and community spaces.

In less than a year, the tree they planted showed signs of distress and was dying. I contacted a professional arborist unaffiliated with B&M and the arborist informed me the tree was improperly planted and won’t survive. There was a “mulch volcano” around the base of my tree and it was suffocating. The landscaping company buried the tree flare about 5-6 inches under mud, clay, and mulch. They also did not properly prune the tree’s roots when planting so there was a large root girdling the tree.

After contacting the home builder, Chance with the landscaping company came out to inspect the tree. Despite a professional arborist’s evaluation, Chance said the tree was planted properly and alive. Well technically the tree was still alive but clearly DYING. They consider 1/3 of the tree canopy dead and the rest of the tree with crispy leaves as alive so they will do nothing to fix it.

Not only is my tree dying, but more than half of the trees in our community are dead. My experience is one of many.

Do not waste your money with this company. They are incompetent and have poor business practices.

I called this company to get an estimate to extend the system they put in my yards when the house was being built. I waiting all week for a call back but never got one. When I called them back they said that they are too busy to do my backyard. Apparently they are too busy to call back and tell me. Sorry Chance, your card in going in my trash can.

This company put planted the trees for the builder Meritage homes. The tree that came with my house a year ago is dead. It looked like it was dying when it was put in the ground and sure enough it did not come back this Spring. I called Meritage and they would not warranty it. Our construction manager recommended I reach out directly to B & M Turf.

The gentleman on the phone was polite but said that since he was in the area still, he could come by and look at the tree and that they could not replace it. When I asked if there is any way he could cut me a deal since they planted a dying tree in the first place, he said all he could do is charge me full price to install another.... $650.

Like I said he was polite, but the one star is for not even budging on the normal price. You guys planted a dead tree and got paid by Meritage for it. At least make me think I got a deal.

Our new build came with the sprinkler system installed already. The staff, specifically Chance, has been amazing. Very friendly and patient with questions and instructions with the sprinkler system. I greatly appreciate the good customer service.

My builders used b&m turf for the landscaping of my front yard and it looks great. I had them back to do the backyard as well and am very happy with all of it a bit over 1 year in. Chance was great to work with, with good knowledge on what type of plants should go in and many other details. Great communication as well. Thanks!

Total Landscape and Lawn Care is a very reliable lawn service. Not only do they show up when promised, but they make sure the job is well done. Kenny is always willing to work with me to solve problems I may have in my yard in a polite and informative manner, and I've been happy with all the results. I use the company for weekly service and also any special upkeep I need on my lawn and garden areas. I highly recommend this company.
