A very good experience working with Steve McDonald and his crew at This and That Landscape Services. I am very happy with the landscaping project they completed for us. Looks really good. A very professional and ethical crew at This and That Landscape Services. Will recommend to anyone.

These guys are extremely professional and hard-working. They got our front yard and backyard one in three days. We pulled out all of our landscaping rock along with about 30 shrubs and replaced them with mulch. We literally have a brand new yard! We couldn't be more thrilled. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys.

I contacted several companies to replace our sod and by FAR This and That was the most responsive and professional. We didn’t have to check in with them as we did with others, waiting for quotes/scheduling/communication. They had a friendly, professional demeanor and such great communication that felt very trustworthy. Recommended!

We needed work done to our yard, and the crew came out with all necessary supplies in a timely manner to complete the job. They worked efficiently while they were at our house, and they followed up on any additional needs we had after the first round of clean up and maintenance was complete.

Steve and his crew were absolutely amazing to work with. We got several quotes and when we met Steve and saw some of his work we knew we found our landscaper. His crew was super friendly and very helpful. The attention to detail with the design was perfect

I worked primarily with Brandon. I got 4 estimates from different landscaping services. In the end, I went with Brandon because of the quality of work they put into landscaping and the pricing. Brandon did a great job of updating me on what was going on in the landscaping process. Communicating is key to any big project. Brandon did a great job with that. Also, he was able to bring the samples with him on what was going to be installed. Other vendors did not do that. So that helps as well. He had samples of different style and kind of rocks to be installed as well as artificial tuff. My water bill is way to high just maintaining the front yard, I definitely did not want a bigger water bill with real grass. Brandon had about 8 different samples of artificial grass available to choose from, depending on the customers budget and quality. I went with the best grass availabe since the lifespan is about 10 years. Overall, I am very satisfied with his work and will do business again in the future.

When getting quotes, I found communication with other companies frustrating and off-putting. One company didn't respond when they advised they would, another seemed very rigid and inflexible. Steve (owner of This & That) was very personable, answered his calls when able, and responded in a timely manner. We received our landscape quote the day after he reviewed our yard. Before we committed to This & That, Steve came out again to discuss changes. Once we signed our agreement with him, Steve continued to be available to receive our calls, texts, and emails and was flexible with design changes.

Steve was also very knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and sincere in his communication. We showed Steve pictures of trees that we liked and he advised that he could get these trees, but also advised that the picture did not reflect how it looks in Colorado. We told him about our HOA requirements, and he explained and put us at ease regarding how he would meet them.

Installation was also a great experience. Steve started on Tuesday, said they would wrap up on Monday. They finished early Friday, a full business day early. They absolutely overdelivered and surpassed our expectations. We were also able to make some minor deviations as they worked (made a play area for the kids larger, plant placement, adding additional rock, etc.) Also, while Steve wasn't onsite the entire time, he WAS onsite every day and for most of everyday. When he wasn't here, he was out picking up the material for our project.

My wife and I are so happy with our new backyard! This is the second job we’ve had This and That do for us. In our last home, they came out and spruced up our backyard right before our house went on the market and they did such a great job we didn’t want to leave. From that experience we knew that we would have them install the backyard for our new house. Their work, speed, and professionalism are top shelf. I would highly recommend them.

The team at This and That were awesome to work with and did an amazing job replacing our landscaping. Steve was super responsive and even sent a follow up crew to help me with sprinkler adjustments. I would absolutely recommend This and That and look forward to using their services again!

Steve did a great job from start to finish. Communication and customer service can not be beat. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and got to know us adding personal touches to our design.

Steve and his crew redid our front yard landscaping. The existing shrubs were very overgrown. We could not see the street when sitting (or standing) on the front porch. Steve was very helpful in assisting us finding suitable, Colorado-climate plants to replace the existing shrubs. Steve and his crew were here promptly at 9:00, we reviewed what was suppose to be done, the guys went to work, and we’re finished by 3:00. The guys did a fantastic job of clean up. We are very pleased with the final result!

Absolutely fantastic group of guys. They had good ideas for layout of my back yard and did everything the right way. Really impressed with Ryan and his team. They weren't the cheapest quote I got, but not the most expensive either. They finished their work quickly and efficiently and I'll be back when I do my front yard!

I was recommended This and That by a friend for our front yard project. Brandon came by on a Tuesday took at look at everything and gave us a quote that same day. He let us know he could have a crew out in about 2 weeks, ended up being ahead of their schedule and they were able to get started right away. The crew showed up around 2pm that next Wednesday and were done by 6:30p on Thursday! Me and my husband were so impressed! Friday morning one of the business partners arrived to do a walk through and set up the schedule for the sprinklers and our yard is done. It looks so good and the guys on the crew we super nice, very polite and professional, cleaned up when they were done, and were so fast! 12/10 would recommend This and That Property Service to anyone and we will be calling them again for some other projects we need done!

Loved this company! They assisted us with our backyard after another company let us down. They fixed and finished it in a timely manner. They were responsive with any issues, questions or concerns we had. Steve and Corey were fabulous to us! Wish I would have found them sooner! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent company ! Steve met me at the property and really listened to our goals, he customized our quote and followed up to see if we needed any changes. The day of the irrigation project, Steve and the team showed up on time and continued to work until the project was done. Corey was so professional and respectful throughout our endless questions and interruptions . Brandon was available to answer any questions, and help in the coordination of my 3 family members schedules . Their internal communication had everyone on board. I am defiantly using their services and their team for future projects. Priced right for our project , professional team , quality product and very much appreciated.
