We had a great experience with Brandon Gallegos. From design to finish. He was professional and responsive. The yard turn out awesome. We had stamped concrete, rock, mulch and plants installed. The crew doing the work were professional, courteous, answered any questions and hard working. They checked in several times with me on their progress and on how things were looking. I would recommend to anyone.

We reached out to several contractors and had 4-5 contractors bid the backyard landscaping project. We could not have been more happy with choosing This & That. Steve was extremely responsive and very helpful with the process. The crew who came in and did the work was very respectful and was willing to work with us as we voiced any questions and concerns.
We got so many compliments from our neighbors and several of them used This & That for their landscaping. Working with them made our experience very easy and will definitely use them for any future projects.

We used This & That Property Services about a year ago to re-do the backyard for our recently purchased house. You can see from the images, we added a new stamped concrete patio, installed sod, new sprinklers and a new fence. A year later we're still very happy with the result. The whole process only took a few days which gave us ample time in the summer to enjoy it, we appreciated the guidance on landscape border, colors and stamp styles for the concrete and layout. It was fantastic working with This & That property services.

Note: There was a minor issue with a portion of the sod dying (we're unsure if it was because the sprinkler heads aren't powerful enough to reach this certain section or it was a bad piece of sod), but after informing Steve he said he'd come and replace that piece of sod this month and replace the sprinkler heads with more efficient and powerful ones to ensure the new roll of sod got plenty of water. We appreciate this follow up service, and we'll update once that's been installed.

Steve was a pleasure to work with to design and install back landscaping for our new build home.
Steve went above and beyond; met us at our lot before completion and put a plan together for our landscaping. We ended up with stamped concrete, grass, trees/plants, and a functional path on the side of the house.
Steve was responsive, answered all of our questions, and was very courteous when discussing our budget.

We needed trees and bushes to meet our HOA requirement and we wanted a concrete path poured for easy access between the front and back of the house. Landscape design turned out amazing! Had some input on the design and he was very willing to make it happen! Patio turned out amazing as well, design, boarder and stone was top notch. His team did an amazing job with cleanup and making it look seamless.

I moved into a newly built house and had to finish landscaping. I started to collect estimates from landscaping companies and referrals from my neighbors. I saw Steve and his crew working on my neighbor's and the feedback from my neighbor was 100% satisfied. Steve is very professional with lots of ideas, alway on time, and a great communicator.

Steve and team did an amazing job on our backyard. He was one of the few to provide some high level design of the proposal up front and focused on making sure that everything was up to par as the project was going on. We went from having a backyard that was un-usable to a fun, well laid out, and easy to maintain one! I would highly recommend This and That, you will not be disappointed with the work they perform!

This and That Property Services did an amazing job transforming my backyard into a low-maintenance oasis! They replaced the grass with artificial turf, created a putting green, added beautiful xeriscape beds, installed a water feature, created a stunning dry rock river, and even incorporated a custom porcelain walkway. The new trees and lighting complete the look.

Steve, the owner, is a true professional with great ideas and a commitment to customer satisfaction. His crew was hard-working, detail-oriented, and willing to adapt when I made changes to the plan.

It was a pleasure working with Steve and his crew. They added two 50’ x 8’ planting beds to my backyard, added soil, trees and mulch. They removed tons of landscaping rock from another bed, transplanted 2 mature trees and completely reworked my sprinkler system to accommodate the new planting areas. As with most bigger projects, there were a few hiccups along the way, but Steve and his crew addressed them and corrected them right away. Pics of before and after on one of the beds.

Steve brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to a large landscaping project that we had to do on our brand new home. In summary, it turned out beautifully. Steve was easy to work with, attentive, flexible, very communicative. Would recommend.
