Our heater went out and we were scrambling to get it fixed or replaced before the imminent storm that was coming. We called Primary Air Home Services and Dara was able to come out the next day. He even moved his schedule around to accommodate us knowing the weather was about to turn and we would need heat to get through it comfortably .

Dara was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He walked me through all the technical details of our system and was spot on about what was wrong with it. We knew we needed to replace our furnace because it's about 25 years old and probably outlived it's lifespan, however, Dara was able to provide us with a temporary solution to get us through until he could get us a proper quote and get the new furnace installed.

With that in mind, he even went out of his way to drive to a local distributor to get a part we needed that would cost less than OEM so we wouldn't be paying an arm and leg for a temporary fix.

The heat is working and we're going to survive until he can come back and install the new furnace! I don't think I will go to anyone else for HVAC services moving forward!

Primary Air Home Services is everything you'd want from a small business service provider. Professional, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. They responded quickly to our inquiry about getting a humidifier and air purifier installed for our house. The work was scheduled within two weeks of our initial communication and the technician showed up within the estimated window and did a great job installing the equipment. Dara is the man for your HVAC needs.

Dara was great to work with. I found out late Friday that my furnace exhaust vent was severely damaged, and that it needed replaced. Dara came over Saturday morning and made sure that there was not a carbon monoxide issue. He returned Monday morning (he had to wait for his supplier to open) and replaced it quickly. I appreciate his good honest work, and he will be the 1st one I call for any future needs.

My thermostat wasn't working and i didn't know what to do. Thankfully Dara (HVAC technician) was available and showed up immediately!! He figured out the problem and fixed the thermostat. He also changed out the filter and cleaned up his work area before he left. If I could give him 10 stars for his great service I would!!
