Great service! Super professional, on time, and gave me a great price. Work was installed quickly and they cleaned up everything even better than it was before! Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Brian is a total rip off! He quoted the initial $89.50 service charge, did a lot of talking then ended up with a $500 quote to clean the AC and refill freeon. I would not recommend this fast talker.

Great service! We have used Grand Home Services over the years and wouldn’t use anyone else. Their service techs are very knowledgeable, they explain everything and make sure all questions are answered. Always on time and just wonderful to work with. Can’t say enough good things!

Grand Home Services was quick to respond. The technician figured out the problem and had us up and heating with in 30 minutes. My neighbor recommended them to me and i'm glad i used them. I would recommend them too.

We were quoted at $1500 to replace a Schrader valve (same as you find on a bike tire) on our AC compressor, which is about the same price for a brand new compressor. Price gouging at its finest. I would not recommend.

I had Brian over to check my AC unit. He seems to be the subject matter on such units. During the analysis of the outside unit, we had to change the capacitor which i knew was bad. Charge to replace capacitor was $305.00 This seems to be on the high end to me. Also, he added (22) ounce of the R-22 refrigerant which was $315.14 ($370.75 - 15% OFF). This was also high compared to the average price out there. Basically, i paid $229.00 per pound of R-22. Is this right? Anyways, i have paid $813.93 to replace capacitor, AC cleaning and tuning up, servicing the furnace, and adding (22) oz of R-22. Was this a fair price? Please let me know to either recommend this company or not.

Grand Home Services is an excellent cooling and heating company. We just had air installed and their technician was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing cooling or heating services. VERY good company with honest people.

Was told that I needed a new gas valve and that it would be $800.00 to replace. I called 3 other HVAC companies and all said I was being ripped off and to run, I then had a reputable company come and tell me that all I needed was an air filter and that the gas valve is completely working fine and so was the furnace. These are the facts folks, from some of the other reviews below this seems to be this companies way of doing business. I think I'll call the BBB next! Buyers Beware!

Reliable and professional service, which isn't always easy to find these days. Brian was thorough in his explanation and very patient in explaining it to me as I really don't understand how it works (I just understand when it's not working!). Highly recommend and will be using them for future emergencies.

Brian is an incredible professional who is efficient, yet takes his time making sure his clients understand what is going on and what is necessary to make everything work. His response time is super human and his prices are more than fair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Brian was a wreath of knowledge when he came for our air conditioning tune up. We had several questions and he was able to point us in the right direction. Very efficient and courteous! We highly recommend Brian and this wonderful company!

I have worked with this company for several years and have always felt that this company is quite professional. I solely have worked with Brian on the various AC/heating issues that come up with the house. He is quite knowledgeable and professional. He also always discusses the issues at hand and his great at the education piece. He also is very reliable and is able to get to the house on short notice. I would highly recommend this company.

Woke up without heat and tried to trouble shoot ourselves, but with no success. Called Grand Home Service and they were super close by and able to be out within a half an hour. All the work was completed within 30 minutes after arrival. They had to replace an ignition switch and the total was a little less than $300. I thought that was reasonable price and their service was timely and professional. I put their phone number up on my fridge because if anything were to happen again, I'd call Grand Home right away.

We tried calling 1 hour heating and air and they said they couldn't get here until the afternoon. The price seemed comparable, but the number is some central call center and they try to set you up with a $29/month "plan" thing. I much preferred the personal feel with Grand Home and, of course, the fact that we could start heating our home 5 hours earlier! Highly recommend!

I called this company on a snowy Sunday when our furnace was not operating. Brian answered the phone and took my work order. He showed up shortly and fixed the furnace working again. Brian is honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I will use him again and will highly recommend him to everyone.

I have used Grand Home Services many times to repair my 12+ year old Carrier HVAC systems. Brian has always done an excellent job at repairing, explaining the situation and making recommendations. I highly trust them and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing repair, maint. or a new system.

I contacted this company last year. Brian came out, assessed the A/C situation and had it fixed quickly. He took the time and patience to answer some additional questions I had. I've referred several people and they've all been pleased with the service they received. I'd definitely call Grand Home Services in the future.

Brian came to service our furnace. He went above and beyond to explain to me the important upkeep and the reasons why. He also was able to answer all my questions relating to the cooling system, and how to better manage the efficiency and cost of our heating and cooling.

Grand Home Services is a trustworthy business that doesn't try to price gouge customers or convince customers they need much more expensive repairs than needed, unlike other businesses I've used in the Denver area. They always check the basics and lower cost components before considering full replacement.

Being first time home owners and east coasters our knowledge of how evaporative coolers worked was pretty much nonexistent. Our swamp cooler stopped cooling on a 98 degree day. We called and were able to get an appointment the next morning, although we weren't available in the morning we appreciated their flexibility and took an afternoon appointment. Their technician Brian was able to get to us earlier than anticipated which was a blessing because our 3 large dogs were getting close to overheating due to the hot temperature inside. Brian was able to troubleshoot and fix our swamp cooler in a little longer than an hour and within that time the the house was already significantly cooler with cold air streaming through the house. After fixing our unit he offered to answer any questions we had regarding how this type of a/c works, when to run it on certain settings, and gave us invaluable information on how to keep our unit running smoothly. We can't say enough about Brian and the services provided by he and his company. Highly recommend this company and Brian was great - professional, knowledgable, very pleasant and efficient!

I called at least 5 companies from the middle of May until Brian did our installation today. R-22 refrigerant is very expensive and the more time goes on the harder it is to get your hands on it and thus the higher price tag. Our old AC unit went out and just to replace the compressor and refill the R-22 the average quote we received was 3k. Brian was very honest and let us know that at this point it was better to just receive a whole new unit. Which was the consensus from the other companies as well. He explained everything very thoroughly and was never pushy in trying to hurry us up and decide right away. Other companies quoted a higher price and were very pushy in trying to get us to install pretty much the very next day. In the end we went with Grand and a week and a half later he called to let me know he was on his way and was early to the install and also finished early and called to let me know what all was done and moving forward how to get the most out of our system. He was also very polite and respectful of our house to make sure he didn't leave a mess. I don't write many reviews at all but he definitely deserves this one! We have a brand new unit and the installation was very professional and aesthetically pleasing as well. We made an excellent decision in going with him and I have no reservations recommending him to anyone and will be using him for all of our future maintenance and concerns!
