I have used this Company many times over the years. My residential AC stopped working. I called and a service tech named Brian answered the phone directly and scheduled an appointment just a few hours from then. He took the time to explain in detail the inner workings of the AC unit, the diagnostics process, the fix actions and the future maintenance activities which need to take place. Very knowledgeable. He was also very tolerant of my mischievous dog. Nothing is cheap anymore, but the work was done well.

Joe and Grand Home Services manage the cleaning and maintenance for our short term rentals and always do an amazing and timely job. I never have to worry about the state of the house for our next guest's arrival. Communication is seamless. Highly recommend.

Vlad the owner was promptly available next day to install a new fan-powered humidifier. He advised the best humidifier fitting our home and didn’t push the costly one. Unlike other contractors he set up the humidifier in a different location after furnace filter allowing the humid air flow directly to the distribution ducts. Everything works well as intended! Highly recommend🙌

During my business trip, my AC unit in Aurora decided to take a break due to a slight electrical glitch. Coming home after 4 days to a stuffy and hot house was unexpected. However, salvation came in the form of a AC repair service! Walter managed to fit me into his schedule the very next day. Regardless of the issue being minor, he took the time to explain the root of the problem, how much load to put on that specific circuit, and the current rating of my other minor appliances. i learned a lot from this encounter and can't praise Walter enough. He's friendly, well-informed, and down-to-earth!

UPDATE: Curtis recently visited for a semi-annual HVAC system inspection and cleaning. His professionalism was admirable, taking time to explain every procedure and its necessity. The entire process took roughly an hour, leaving my HVAC system spotless and optimized. UPDATE: I had Walter and Blake back to handle a few faulty switches throughout my home. As always, they were quick and effective, even realizing one of the pricier switches was actually fine, which reduced the final bill significantly. Key points: punctual arrival with notifications via text and call, completed the job faster than anticipated, identified unnecessary work and adjusted the bill accordingly. Still a solid 5-star service. UPDATE: Blake performed the first scheduled maintenance on the furnace. He inspected inputs, outputs, potential gas leaks, temperature differentials, etc. He was punctual and thorough in his checks. UPDATE: After a burst pipe flooded my garage, affecting multiple outlets and the garage door motor, I requested an electrician to address any potential issues. Walter and Blake examined the affected outlets for any moisture or damage. They fixed some faulty wiring, reattached the garage door mount, but couldn't fix the flooded wall outlet. During a diagnostic trace, they found a hidden outlet that had been plastered over by the previous builder! Excellent detective work! I plan on calling them back for additional work, including the newly found electrical outlet. I had to replace a 21-year-old HVAC system due to a failed compressor unit. I chose this particular HVAC servicing company, and it's evident why they receive high ratings. The sales and installation process was seamless, and everyone involved was friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to superior customer service. Their workmanship, from the phone staff to the installers, was impressive. Among the four bids I received, theirs was the second lowest. Unlike other HVAC installers who charge extra for credit card payments, this company accepted them without additional fees, making the payment process convenient and hassle-free. The installers were punctual, kept me updated, and took care to cover the floors during the job. Post-installation, they thoroughly cleaned up the work area. In a delightful gesture, they gifted me a beautiful basket, handcrafted by Rwandan women, reflecting the company's community engagement. I wouldn't think twice about calling them again for any HVAC or electrical work.

For our two external units and four internal units, we were informed that the complete installation would be done in just one day. We also received two Kumo Cloud units for remote, Bluetooth control. On the installation day, our team of installers, Walter, Curtis, and Blake, arrived right on time, confirmed the plan, and got to work. We also had two electricians join to make the necessary adjustments. All of these professionals were courteous, skilled, efficient, and kept the workspace tidy.
