If you’re looking for no nonsense straightforward service you’ve got to call for Dara at Primary Air Home Services. I look forward to additional services being added momentarily but for today I needed a “flux capacitor” replaced on my AC unit outside. I don’t know what it’s called but, he came through with the universal component ready. He was able to take my payment right here on the spot and I’m very very happy with my cool flowing air. It is so hard these days to find an honest, caring and trustworthy HVAC company, so many of them just try to stick it to you and upsell things. While I understand costs have gone up on absolutely every thing,but if I’m spending my hard earned dollar I expect high quality in workmanship, high quantity materials and a huge sense of pride in workmanship and detail. Was very courteous, on time and explained the maintenance well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! BRIAN LIED TO ME. TOLD ME HE WAS INSTALLING A 2.5 TON AC COMPRESSOR. INSTALLED A 2 TON. CONTINUALLY .SAID THE DUCTS WERE THE PROBLEM BUT HE GROSSLY UNDERSIZED THE UNIT. YOU CAN NOT TRUST A LIAR.

Saved me $1300. Asked them for a second opinion and they spent over an hour checking out the system and explaining everything to me. Recommend.

I called at 4am because I had no heat. They didn't call back until 7am. When he did, he explained to charges to me and I said OK. He said the soonest they could come out was 7PM. I told him I couldn't go all day without heat. He just said OK, bye and hung up......
