Dara was so friendly when he showed up today. We had a very rude run-in with another contractor this morning and decided it would be best to look elsewhere for help. Dara couldn’t have been more professional, eager to help, and he actually fixed the problem! Our heat went out this morning and we were freezing, but Dara came in like a superhero and fixed it so fast! I would 10/10 recommend this guy. There’s some bad contractors out there, but he’s actually one of the good ones! We will be using him in the future.

I had an issue with a water leak and Primary Air came to the rescue. The communication and promptness alone was 5 star. Dara walked me through start to finish what he was going to do and the cost. He was super thorough and even taught me a few things along the way. Can't recommended this company enough.

Had Dara come out to install an A/C unit and furnace. He went above and beyond. The A/C compressor was completely replaced with all pipes welded and insulated perfectly. In addition he replaced a furnace in the same day!! The work looks great and he was extremely friendly. He showed how to use all the equipment at the end. Would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Primary Air Home Services delivered for me yet again! My water heater decided it had enough after 18yrs of use. Woke up at 1am in the morning to find our laundry room was flooded with water from the water heater leaking every where. Shut of the main line and called Primary Air Home Services the next morning. Dara was able to make it out to the house and help access the issue. Got a brand new water heater and lines installed the next day. Couldn't be more happy with the quick service.

Dara and team was great. They removed and installed the Heater unit with no issues. They were professional and told me every step of what they will be doing. I would recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with their Home services. Best price out there as well.

We had furnace issues with cold weather forecast in the next couple of days. I called another company and set up an appointment for the next Saturday. They called me on Saturday and said they were unavailable but could come Monday and I agreed. When I didn't hear any more from them and they did not answer their phone, I called Dara. He said he was available the next day. He showed up on time, quickly did the troubleshooting, went to get the necessary part and had our furnace working in a couple of hours. Dara came out to take a look at our heater that had stopped working and diagnosed the problem quickly. He did some educating alone the way. Unfortunately for us it made the most sense to replace. Dara provided a quick estimate with a couple choices with fair pricing. He scheduled us with a next available date and just installed today. It was a very big job, but he and his coworker got it done and cleaned up after themselves! It’s heaven to have heat again and we are so grateful to find Dara at Primary Air Home Services.
