After speaking with several companies, I found a team that could install a new system quickly and at a better price than the others. Jerome and the crew came out right after confirming our appointment and got the new AC unit up and running on a Monday. Their installation was fast, professional, and just what we needed during the heat. The new American Standard system is working great and has made a huge difference in our home comfort. The furnace repair work turned out excellent. I had multiple furnaces serviced and installed at my home. Jerome from Omni Heating & Cooling really understood every detail about the systems, and he was the only one who clearly explained the rebate process and available tax credits. Other companies made rebates seem like just part of the sale price, but here, the approach was honest and transparent. There was a small issue with communication about the exact placement of the furnaces, and sometimes there could have been more technicians on site. A final walkthrough at the end would have helped too. Blake was my main installer, and he worked extremely hard, even skipping lunch to make sure everything was finished quickly. I even assisted for a short time, but ideally, larger furnace jobs should have more than one person to keep things safe and efficient. Other than that, everyone was polite, hardworking, and the pricing was fair. After the installation, the team quickly came back to make a small adjustment without any hassle. This is a knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable group, and I would definitely recommend them for furnace repairs or installs. If I could, I’d give 4.5 stars.

After spending a few months researching heater repair and furnace options, I found that Lennox had the best reviews. I called a local company in Aurora, and Santiago came out to help. He spent plenty of time answering all my questions and offered me several great heater repair and replacement options so I could decide what worked best for my family. I had checked with other businesses, but their reps seemed rushed and didn’t have the same depth of knowledge as Santiago. On installation day, Frank and Curtis arrived right on time. They walked me through the whole heater replacement process, made sure all my requests were heard, and got right to work. In about 10 hours, my new furnace was up and running, and the house was nice and warm—perfect for those cold Colorado winters. The installation was spotless and super professional. Frank and Curtis were friendly and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Even though the price was a little higher compared to other quotes, it was completely worth it for the quality of work and customer service I received. The team went above and beyond, even relocating the furnace and reworking the vents to be more efficient and out of the way. I really disliked where my old heater was, and they fixed it perfectly. After the installation, there was no mess at all—you couldn’t even tell they had been there! I highly recommend this company in Aurora to anyone needing heater repair or installation. I am genuinely sad to have to leave a mediocre review for this company because my experience started out so positive, but things went downhill from there. Our furnace was cycling so we asked them to come check it out. They were prompt, honest, and pleasant. They explained that the part we need to replace was going to be about $1000 and would take weeks to get in stock due to COVID or they could install a new furnace the next day for $4000. Our furnace was already 15 years old and we didn't want our kids to freeze for weeks so we opted for the new furnace. I was incredibly impressed when the next day they told me that the furnace I had requested wasn't available after all, but they would give me a better furnace for the same price to honor their commitment. A new person came out to install the furnace. I think it was harder to get into our small space than he anticipated because even though he was super pleasant, the work was shoddy. The connection between the furnace and ducts was so terrible/loose that tons of hot air was blowing out of the furnace closet and the house wouldn't get warm. I let them know and they sent someone else out to try to fix it. He tried to seal of the leaks/gaps with some special tape and cement-looking material, but it didn't hold and the problem persisted because the initial connection was just so bad. They sent out the original installer again and he was super apologetic and pleasant and fixed the problem adequately so I was ready to leave it at that. Here we are 4 months later and we tried to turn on our AC only to discover that when they had taken out all of the wiring to install the new furnace, they hadn't hooked the AC back up. My husband looked at it but didn't know enough to feel comfortable wiring it back up himself, so I called the on 4/5 to let them know. They said they would assign someone to come back out and fix the oversight. By 4/12 I hadn't seen or heard from anyone so I called again. They told me that was unusual and they would move it up the priority list and have a technician contact me. I waited till this morning, 4/28 to reach out again. They once again acted very surprised no on had reached out to me and assured me repeatedly that the manager would contact me today. It's 8:30pm and no one has reached out. My husband and I are pretty easy going people, but to have paid a company $4,000 for a service and then not only still have problems almost 5 months later, but to just be ignored? I am super disappointed. I am still leaving them 3 stars because they were so honest and great at the beginning, but it has been a rough road since then.

Very likely a fraudulent business. I did schedule an appointment but they didn’t show up despite confirming the appointment twice and they then disconnected their phone so the number listing doesn’t work anymore. They quote $150 service charges so my guess is they just outsource the call to any random AC company and don’t actually service anything themselves. This is not a company to work with. I will report this business as a likely scam.
