Good fast service. Charged me $350 for a part available from Ace hardware locally for $35. Should’ve asked what part it was and paid the $100 service fee and got it myself. Charging 3-5x parts is typical. 10x is egregious

He didn't try to upsell me, didnt want to just keep replacing things that "might? be the issue and addressed the problem. Hartzell installed our heatpumps incorrectly leading to a refrigerant leak. This meant our system ran so badly that our energy bills for the year are over $2200 so far! They said that the amount of energy we are using is not their problem. They did not follow the Mitsubishi commissioning checklist. Avoid at all costs.

During the recent cold, Terry posted on Facebook that if anyone is without heat due to a furnace problem, he was available to help. My tenant who is a single Mom with a baby called me last Sunday saying furnace out, 48 degrees inside - 8 Degrees outside. She found Terry's post and sent it to me. I called him because my furnace guy wouldn't pick up. Terry came and got the furnace up and running. His fees was just for a Service Call, so reasonable for saving the day on Sunday. Thank you so much! I think your my new furnace guy.

Had these guys replaced my furnace and AC. Their price was the most competitive of all companies. They showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional work and high quality.
