Hartzell Heating and Air is my new HVAC connect. We had a system coming up on 35 years old and finally started failing in a noticeable way during the last heatwave a couple of weeks ago. Not only did Hartzell shoot me a quote a few days after contacting them, they got everything installed within a week at a killer price. Terry (the owner) is a really nice dude that was willing to explain everything since lots of the terminology is a bit out there if you're not in that game. His workers were all super polite and fast. Good and friendly dudes. Even got my dog to like them and she's a little turd! Needed a next day follow up for something minor and he sent his boys right out, no questions. If you need an install and live in Aurora, just go with Hartzell or you just might be a little dumb. I threw that in so no dingus would accuse me of "being a bot"......popular nowadays. Shaddap!!! Sometimes, it just is what it is :-)

Joey was very nice very polite & explained everything to me about what he was doing. The company is very lucky to have him as a employee. Some companies will come & scram you out of money tell you this that & the other needs to be done. Joey explained that my furnace is old but still in good condition. Hartzell has a very honest employee working for them.

She was polite and quick to get Joey to my home the very next day, which I was so grateful for during these hot Summer months. Joey came in and knew exactly what the issue was. He was quick to resolve it and had my AC up and running in no time. He was honest and knowledgeable. If you need anything HVAC, trust that Hartzell Heating and Air will do the job well! I have lived in my home without AC for 28 years. I was referred to Terry Hartzell by a friend and was thrilled to meet him, hear his story and his business practices. I trusted he would take good care and he did! His crew, DC, Nick and Junior showed up on time Monday morning and worked tirelessly till my new unit was installed! It's sooooo nice and Terry gave me great pricing. At least 2000 under another company. Since the install, I have received several emails with my Warranty Certificate and a survey to complete. Terry and his crew are great. They showed up bright and early and got to work. They are very efficient workers and the new heat pump is working as described. I like how quiet outside the unit is, too.

After coming through a acrimonious, divorce and having to look forward to the next 30 years in my house, Terry custom fit the new appliances to my situation with minimal disruption to my life and with a quality install that was seamless in transitioned so well. The quality of equipment installed versus what was there is night and day, I’m so amazed by the technology that allows the heat pump to draw hot air out of an atmosphere. That’s 35°. Paint me as a very satisfied customer and for the fact that Terry keeps his finger on the pulse of every state, local, and federal incentive to get the purchaser the best deal I can’t rate this company high enough. If you need someone for heating or AC, Terry and his boys are where you should go. Period. Stop calling around. Look no further. I have known Terry for a number of years even before he started this business so I have had the privilege of watching this company takeoff and grow into the success it is today.
