He complete the assignment with such ease and was just so wonderful.

Pat and Brian worked so hard putting piping and wiring around the trim of our house. They were able to hook up heaters and shades on our patio too. They spent 2 days in the heat, working late to get the job done, and even came on short notice to install everything before our scheduled house painting. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work that they did. It looks great and will be a nice space to hang out with friends and family! We will definitely use Custom Heating, Plumbing, and Air Services in the future. Thanks guys!

Custom did a good job of starting up our swamp cooler. The technician was friendly, efficient, and on time, Overall, another very positive and professional job from the people at Custom. I have recommended them to my friends and will do so again in the future.

I have used Custom HPACES for several years and knew it was only a matter of time when my A/C and furnace would need to be replaced. When the tech came out this year to do the A/C maintenance and I told him the house wasn’t cooling sufficiently, he clearly presented me with alternatives, including replacement. I asked for a quote and received one the next morning. I found the price to be reasonable and a week later I have a new cooling and heating system.

I talked to the owner, Dwayne Haskins, twice to make sure I understood the system being recommended and the work to be done. He answered all of my questions in a way I could understand them and made me feel comfortable with using Custom HPACES and the equipment being installed.

The techs doing the work were very professional and pleasant to work with. They were so quiet, I barely knew they were in the house and they made sure not to track any dirt, etc inside. They, too, answered all of my questions and made sure I was kept up-to-date on their progress. The job was actually completed in less time than originally estimated.

Given my nervousness on this type and size of purchase, I am very pleased.

I am very happy with the service from Custom HPACES. Five years ago they installed a new furnace in my home and everything has been great. In 2021, I reached out to them again to replace my Evaporative Cooler and they made the experience seamless. They were on time, made great recommendations, professional, efficient and extremely friendly. They lived up to their word on everything. I’m a loyal customer of Custom HVAC. For years they have been servicing my heating and cooling equipment with competent and professional skill. All of the employees I’ve had the pleasure of meeting have been remarkable including Derrick, the most recent technician who worked on my AC. I trust my home to Custom.

I feel scammed. After scheduling an appointment 2 weeks in advance, the technician was here maybe 10min looking at our swamp cooler. Said he would give me a quote the next day. I paid $89 but never heard back from them. Every time I would text, I would get an automated reply from a chatrobot. After a week, I finally called the dispatch and again they told me they will get me a quote but I still have not heard back from them since (3 weeks ago). So $89 for nothing...

It was easy to make an appointment for furnace/humidifier service. When the service rep was on his way, I received a notice that he was on his way and a map of where he was. Derik was very professional and did great job for us. Thank you.

Custom HPACES is really great. I would recommend them many times over to anyone. They are quick to respond, fairly priced, and everyone I've ever spoken with has been beyond kind. Before having a new furnace installed this past winter, I got quotes from 6 different companies in town. Custom was not the cheapest (they also weren't the most expensive by far), but they offered the very best in quality and service. I've never once regretted my decision.

Tech was on time and let me know when he was on his way as requested. I always appreciate how courteous Custom staff are in person and on the phone. It is nice to have a company give an honest evaluation, complete the service requested and not try to upsell me $1,000s. Thanks!

I am adding a brand new AC system and furnace. Custom Heating’s Techs arrived timely and left no trace. Dion, Tracy and the crew were Awesome! I appreciate that they cleaned up after themselves and provided excellent service. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

I am pleased with the response from this company. The technician arrived on time and completed checks on both my furnace and air conditioning system. The cost was fair and not a penny more than was estimated when I called to schedule the appointment. I will definitely call again when I need help.

The tech came out and serviced our Amanda air conditioner. Was very thorough. He checked all part of air conditioner, cleaned completely and also checked all the readings down in the basement with the furnace to make sure no stones un turned. Completely satisfied. They also installed both my furnace and air conditioner a few years back

Derik came out, on time, and did a start up for my evaporative cooler. He did a good job. He made some adjustments and fixes for me to ensure everything was working smoothly. Friendly and professional. Reasonable cost. Will use again.

Highly recommend CustomHPACES! Our AC went out and they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment in 2 days due to a cancellation (everywhere else I called was scheduling out 2 weeks). Dwayne (owner) came out to our initial appointment and was super professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They needed to order a part and come back to finish another day which they also did promptly. All of their scheduling, processing, payment, and appointment reminders were extremely professional and well done as well. Our dog was super appreciative as well (see picture). Grateful for this great business and will definitely use them again!

Nobody is stoked to drop the price of a new car on a heating and AC system, but when that time inevitably comes for your house all you really want is to know the folks taking that money from you are doing quality work and gonna treat the house as if it were their own.

Not only did Dwane get out the next morning after returning an after hours call, but he went above an beyond in the replacement of our system ensuring his employees helped to clean up shoddy DIY work from the previous owners and set everything up properly. The guys he's employed are solid dudes, every interaction I've had with Derik and Deon have been incredibly pleasant and professional.

Genuinely this was the biggest thing I had been looking for as a new homeowner and that was experts to help do right the things out of my wheelhouse, and that's exactly what we got with Custom. Am already looking at other projects I can get taken care of now that I have a trusted set of guys I know I can count on for any job in my house.

I am giving Custom Heating and Air 4 stars. They are receiving this because of canceling an appointment and not getting it rescheduled for two weeks. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. Having said that, when the technicians do arrive to do swamp cooler start up, they are really good and efficient. They are also friendly and know what they are doing. I’ve used Custom for many years because the actual service is done well & the cost is average.

Custom Heating, Plumbing & AC has handled all of our home’s HVAC needs I using replacing the original furnace 10 yrs ago, and replacing our hail damaged A/C Unit 1 year ago. The office staff is fast acting and professional. We replaced our furnace humidifier today. The service technician, Derik, was very kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything. Jake, the apprentice, was kind, respectful and helpful. Such a breath of fresh air. Custom Heating is our only choice for HVAC systems needs. Thank you Duane, the owner, and congratulations on having a great staff, work ethic, exemplary service and finished product!

Person showed up without an appropriate ladder to access the furnace in my attic but luckily I had an extension ladder available. 5 minute job that cost $175, then technician still ask if I wanted to add a tip to the bill. Could not support and do other plumbing repair I requested in the ticket so now paying someone else to do that job at added cost. Would of hired different contractor to both jobs versus now paying for 2 service calls

Custom Heatng helped me today- my furnace went out last nighy. They were very responsive, quick to come out, friendly, Informative and just perfect to work with. I especially appreciate that the owner, Duane, called me back last night within minutes of calling and leaving a message. Also wonderful was that they scheduled someone to come out at the time I needed (rather than giving me just a window of time). And, today is Christmas Eve. It really couldn't have gone smoother.
