Dwane and his crew are professional, courteous, and really know what they are working with. We had a 20+ year old boiler and hot water heater replaced. The work they did was clean, and the whole team from office staff to apprentice were exceptionally professional and friendly. They were also easy to have in the house for 3 days and left the space clean and put back together. Custom HPACES were recommended to me from a neighbor and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have HVAC work done.

I want to say that I found this company due to a little search of what service company others used for heating service/repair. I didn't think that anyone would name a place if they hadn't been happy themselves with the company. I was right and I can recommend them as well.

Will was able to come out and take care of the issue I had with my heater as it wasn't staying on and the took the time to not only repair the furnace issue, but explain why it was happening. He made adjustments and explained what he was doing and why. I can say that no other company that has come out to do a service on my newish (4 yrs old) appliance did anything to ensure that had a well educated and happy client. I will definitely take the recommendation made by Will and move forward with parts replacement. Ideally, I would love for it to be under warranty, however, this is proving to be more of a normal "wear, tear, & replacement" part of the furnace. I am really happy with the service provided.

The team replaced my entire HVAC system, installing a new compressor and 5 split units. It was undoubtedly a challenging task, as wiring had to be installed from the circuit box to the compressor. Some sheet rock also needed removal and replacement. It was a messy job, but the team, including Hunter, Trenton and Jude, prepared me for it and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. One of the units had to be sourced from afar, but they liaised with the regional representative to ensure its timely arrival. I was only without AC for one night, and the team worked tirelessly to minimize even that. Like any substantial job, there were some unexpected hiccups. But even when it required a few repeat visits to rectify, the team was at my doorstep at 8 am, ready and eager to tackle the issues with a smile. Their dedication and professionalism restored my faith in customer service and professional integrity.
