The appointment was same day and I was not charged for an "emergency" service. The technician came and determined that my furnace needed a lot of cleaning. So he came back and finished the job. They were honest about the pricing for the service. I was very pleased that I'm going to hire them to do duct vacuuming.

We highly recommend Done Plumbing for their customer service, the professional experience, and promptness. They answered our call late at night and deployed a technician the next morning. Tony P. was our tech, he was professional, explanatory, and courteous. He asked if he could wear his shoes in the house, brought in a package that was left on our stoop, and explained the root cause of our clogged kitchen sink. We will be using Done for future plumbing and other needs!

Over the past two weeks we have had two excellent service teams at our home from Done. Both times, appointments were readily available, the service team members were incredibly professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and why and most importantly they were able to fix our problems. I want to particularly call out and complement Robbie W. for his excellent work at our home.

We had done plumbing come out for a check up on our plumbing in our house. Dylan Knutson was fantastic! He was very thorough in his checkup. And he also addressed all of our concerns about our plumbing. He gave good advice and he was very friendly and professional and explained things so that we could easily understand what was going on with our plumbing in our home. I highly recommend Done!

I was just about at the end of my rope trying to change from a gas to an electric stove. After those expenses and being sent the wrong oven twice Javier was a breath of fresh air. He relocated our electrical outlet so that the oven would go all the way back to the wall. He was friendly , efficient and so professional! I will definitely reach out for him again!

Mark, the furnace tech, was very thorough, honest and polite. He notified me with his arrival time. Before coming into the house, he put protective booties over his shoes and didn’t remove them until he was ready to leave.
Whenever I call the main office, their customer service is very customer oriented as well! Always helpful, friendly and flexible.

My 25+ year old furnace was dying. DONE repaired it in 2014 and again last year. I decided to go with new heat pump system. Their repair/sales/installation/electrician staff were incredibly professional and effecient. I would highly recommend this company for your Heating/Cooling/Electric needs! We were extremely pleased with the ekectrical skills and expertise of Javier and James as they problem-solved and fixed an electrical issue in 1920's home ten days ago. In addition to resolving our issue, they also provided education about how to best maintain our home's electrical system. Electricity seems scary to a non- electrician, and my wife and I both appreciated learning more. We've used Done for maintenance and projects - they are professional, personable, skilled and reasonably priced.

Done Plumbing answered our call promptly and was able to sc heduled the work the same day. Neil, our plumber, listened to our problem, gave us a couple of repair options, explained the pros and cons, understood our needs and fixed the problem. Our toilet was plugged up and being only one of two bathrooms in the house (with 3 people), they were the only ones who could come out right away. Justin got here within an hour or two of my booking and he was quick and thorough. He even gave me some advice on how to avoid it happening again. I will definitely contact DONE! in the future.

I have been with Done Plumbing for a long time and always been happy with their work. This was the biggest job yet and took 2 days. They had to take the cast iron pipes under my townhome and replace with new ones. They did a wonderful job and always kept me posted as to what they were doing and when they would be turning off the heat or water etc. They had to move a lot of things in my basement and nothing was broken and everything put back where it belonged. They worked very hard and were always friendly. I was impressed that everyone had a specific job to do and did it well. I had plumbers, workers that took out the pipe, some with cameras, some that put in the new pipe and mixed the cement to cover it all up. I have pictures and an estimated bill that they went over with me. I am now going to file a claim with my Insurance company to see if I can get some of the money back and they have a special person who just does claims that is working with me. I like that they are a family business and each person has their special job to do. Many thanks to Done Plumbing for a job well done.

I have had a lot of work done by Done. I found everyone I worked with helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. A few complications occurred within the spectrum of the work I had done and they
were able to adapt and solve some fairly complex challenges to
my full satisfaction! I felt the pricing was fair and reasonable.

5 stars because plumber Terry was able to locate the source of a water leak immediately, carry out the plan to install a new shower faucet system and get it Done the next day! Another Done plumber had been here two months before thinking the issue was caulking but it wasn't. Terry's work was meticulous, explanations excellent, he waited and tested that the leak was actually fixed. Terry was recommended to me by a neighbor. So when I needed a second plumber to come check the unresolved issue, I asked for Terry. He deserves a bonus for the work he did! I highly recommend you call Done and request Terry! I know what the market is like and how challenging it is to find a competent, honest plumber, I will definitely call Done if I need a plumber again and request Terry! Thank you to Done and Terry!

Clark Brothers Plumbing & HVAC came to my rescue during a plumbing emergency. My home's main line was blocked, causing a minor flood in my basement. When I contacted Clark Brothers, they quickly provided an estimate after I described the situation, giving me a clear idea of what to expect before they arrived - no surprises. Ross, one of their plumbers, was respectful of my property and ensured no mess was left once the job was completed. He explained and showed me what had been causing the issue. The toilet needed removal and replacement, which was done with great precision. The finishing work with the caulking looks good. I'm grateful for the prompt and affordable service they provided that same evening. A quick response was exactly what I needed. A big thumbs up to their service!

I first met Wyatt when he was repairing the well pump at the business where i work in Aurora. So, when my basement water filter housing burst, i didn’t hesitate to give him a call. My plumbing setup was a mess—only one shut-off valve and a confusing layout left by previous owners. Wyatt showed up the next day, fixed everything quickly, and even spotted that my pressure regulation tank was worn out. He took the time to explain a much better design, adding easier shut-offs and bypasses so that if anything goes wrong again, my wife or anyone else at home can handle it until Wyatt arrives. He kept me in the loop during the whole process and finished the work really fast, with top-notch quality. Since then, he’s installed a full soft water system at my mom’s place, replaced my water heater when it broke, moved pipes and drains to help with a kitchen renovation, and even fixed my mom’s old sink when the pipes wore out. Honestly, the only question is what you’d do if Wyatt isn’t available, because his work is just that good. I’ve waited for his schedule before, just to make sure the job gets done right.

Geoffrey found several leaks in our house, fixed them that same day, and gave us the paperwork to get our gas turned back on. The price was fair, but the service was really outstanding—fast and polite. When our system stopped working on a Sunday night, we spoke with a technician in under five minutes. Earl was very helpful and guided me through some troubleshooting over video call. It’s tough to find better service in Aurora—they definitely deserve their great reputation.

I woke up to find a puddle of water under my sink, so I called a plumber right away. Collin showed up on time and was very friendly. He explained what was going on and fixed the problem, making sure that when I change out my dishwasher later, I won’t have any issues with the new valve he installed. Collin didn’t charge me for picking up supplies or for the time he spent explaining everything. He finished the repair in less than an hour and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this plumbing service. From my experience working in remodeling, I can say these plumbers really know their stuff!

Clark Brothers Plumbing & HVAC was recommended to me by my neighbor a while back, and they've helped me with several plumbing issues in my home in Aurora. They've repaired my toilet, fixed a problem with my kitchen sink, and stopped leaks from the first floor into the basement, as well as from the second floor down to the kitchen. Ross is very skilled and honest. He found the exact spot in my ceiling where a leak was coming from, even though the water was dripping much further away. One time, I accidentally wrote a check for more than I owed, and he noticed right away and let me know so I could fix it. I wouldn’t call anyone else for plumbing work in the future.
