This is the 2nd time Done Plumbing came out to assist me. My toilet was clogging up a lot, the technician came out and explained the problem with my double flap toilet, and gave me an enzyme product to help keep pipes clean. He didn't make up a problem to charge more, he took one look and recognized the problem.
I will always use Done Plumbing with any issues I have and tell all my friends to use you too!

Darrell did a masterful job of installing water heater in basement. My biggest concern was damage to doors, and walls getting old unit out and new unit downstairs.

Kudos to showing up fast, but guys..Twice you have come to my peril and tell me I must replace both hot water heaters for 7k x 2, two techs over a this past year. Both times, $300 fix and we are good to go. First one, he listened and repaired as I wished, so well worth it. The last $300 was for nothing, I found the problem (tripped GFI) so the charge to be there 30m and do nothing was $300.

I had a shower leak, Josh with Done came out, we thought is was fixed. He had to come back out due to the issue being worse and tried again but the issue was actually worse compared to the pervious day. Nothing at all against Josh, I would welcome him back again I just think minimal experience with older facets caused missing something. Then Terry Ryan came out and instead of tearing into my walls as Josh recommend he took everything apart and looked it over himself. He believed he found the issue in a seating nut and changed that out first, put everything together and my shower works great. With no tearing into the wall. Thank you Terry for taking the time to look everything over and having the experience and seeing a possible issue.
I also had my main water shut off valve replaced, which Josh did a great job with.
I am not happy with Done dispatchers and ran into issues with them but the plumbers were great.

Each time I call they are very good about getting me scheduled and communicating about the technician arrival time. They’ve been out 3 times now and every time the tech has been very personable and professional. They do a great job and I appreciate it!

Had a plumber come out cause there was water leaking. Wasn’t a fast leak but there was water and happen to be by hot water tank. I explained to the plumber I didn’t think it was the hot water tank and he was VERY insistent saying “I guarantee it’s the hot water tank. I see these all day” and didn’t look at the pipes we had exposed for him to check. Well new hot water tank in and guess what STILL A LEAK!!!! Shocking it’s coming from where I tried to show him but when a plumber that does this for a living says he is very sure it’s what it is I figured he knew best. Now I just replaced a working hot water heater for absolutely no reason. Highly suggest looking at other plumbers and don’t even bother with this company.

I scheduled online on Tuesday and a tech was out to my house on Wednesday. Dylan was awesome, very personable and fixed the issue without any problems. Do I wish the price could've been lower, yes? But hey, the problem is fixed and it was all very convenient.

Our 60-year old house developed a leak in the original copper drain line. It was under the sink and inside the wall and very hard to access. Neil Thompson came within hours and found a way into a very tight crawl space. Within a couple of hours we were back up and running. We've used Done before to replace our furnace/HVAC system and after two years have had zero issues with it. Not the cheapest, just the best.

I would love to highlight my positive experience I had with one of your technicians, Tony. He came out due to a plumbing issue that happened last night and we were hoping to get help fast! He arrived when he said he would , was quick to answer any immediate questions, survey the issue, and get to work. He was courteous throughout the entire visit, talked me through what he was doing, and helped me understand the full problem at hand. After he was done, he ensured the area he worked at was clean, tidy, and as it was when he arrived. He offered additional services with no added pressure but explained why they would be beneficial. We declined but not for reasons his doing. Overall, a very positive experience, and I imagine everyone on the Done team to be of the same caliber of technician as Tony was.

Evan was very friendly. He went right to work.
He solved the problem. We are very pleased with him. We have used DONE! Plumbing and heating and n ty hr past. We have never been disappointed with the employees and the work the have done. They always clean up any thing that was left while doing the jobs.

My toilet was leaking at the base and Josh Tweed explained all options well. My toilet was over 20 years old and he didn’t want to see me putting any money into repairing it. I agreed and decided to have a new one installed. Josh did everything he could to keep the cost down plus did some extras for me. I will call definitely call Josh at Done Plumbing again.

We had a terrible experience. We had Done out to look at a clogged sewer line at a rental property. They told us that the sewer line had collapsed and needed to be repaired and the "best case" would be about a $8000 repair. They said they had time Monday morning to do the work. We had our normal drain cleaner out to check the situation out. He was able to clear the line. We then had it rescoped by a different company and there was no collapsed sewer line. Told us to clean yearly and no repair was needed. I question the honesty and ethics of this company.

Javier did some electrical work at my house and took the time to explain everything about the problem and the solutions he recommended. He was professional, courteous, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend done.

Done was offering a free electrical inspection for the home and Javier came out for the inspection. Javier was great and offered great advice on a variety of electrical questions. I've used Done in the past for other repairs in the home and they always have very professional and courteous team members sent out, Javier being another geat example.

Javier the licensed electrician was available in one day for our electrical problems. He was extremely clear, transparent, and happy to educate us while systematically fixing everything and checking our panels, grounds, and neutrals. The service was 110% and the cost extremely reasonable. Highly recommend Javier and "Done" for electrician work.

I recently had a hot water tank replaced by Done, excelent craftsman ship, and happy with the installation but the price was way out of line. Almost three times the average price for a hot water tank. My wife could not get in touch with me due to me being in the mountians, (no reception) and she is not filmilar with pricing in this county, she is from another country so she made the decision to complete the work thinking this is normal pricing. Im retired on a fixed budget, so this year we will not be going on a vacation sorry to say.

Josh has been to our home before and he is always nice, honest and helpful. Although Done is a bit expensive Josh somehow makes you feel comfortable no matter your decision. Thanks Josh. The 4 stars are cause of you.

Terry Ryan is great. He had to fix a line for our gas fireplace and put a lot of thought into how he could fix it without having to cut our drywall and closet door frame saving us a considerable amount of money, another repair job and the headache that accompanies such things. Efficient, articulate, and clear in purpose, I highly recommend Terry.

The quote was $85 for 50' main drain. I told them I have 125' and how much would that be.
You said only the technician can tell me what that price is.
24 hours later, I received the call and was told, without hesitation, $650.
This information could have been provided at the time of original call.
The only reasonable explanation when someone needs to conceal information is only for dishonest gain.
Level with your potential customers.
I may end up needing to pay $650.00 but I'll be happy to pay it to the man who is honest about what he is charging.
I'm Done with your way of conducting business.

Had an Absolutely amazing experience w/ these Gentlemen Caeden and his Partner went above and beyond.
Troubleshooted in a Timely manner and Got our Appliances up and Running and Even added a Surge protector to Protect us in the Future.
Will be using them again and would recommend to just about anyone in the Future.

I have to say the 3 guys that came out were very nice. Unfortunately they did not know what they were doing and tried to schedule a $7,000 job to repair a collapsed sewer line for the following day. I had another plumber come out and he got the line clear by cleaning out the roots. As with any big job, always get a second opinion.

The positive is that I wasn't charged anything because they didn't clear the line.

I read some of the other low reviews and see this has happened to someone else. Wow, is all I can say. Come on guys.
