Richard was my technician the last two times and he’s been great! The first time we called him, it was because our A/C wasn’t working. He showed up and was thorough. Turns out, our unit was hooked to what looked like a light switch and our kids turned it off 😂 he didn’t make us feel stupid for it and still checked the entire unit to make sure there wasn’t anything else. Our system needed cleaned and he did a great job doing that, as well. He was so polite, professional, and friendly. Definitely will use them for all our needs!

Nick came by today to winterize my swamp cooler. He was quick, thorough, and efficient. I have an annual contract with Heart and it really pays off. I have always had great service from Heart, and Nick was awesome.

Richard reprogrammed my thermostat. I hope he succeeded where others have failed. He gave it his best shot. He did not rush. Only time will tell if he has the magic touch. I will keep the faith.
