I would highly recommend WHE Plumbing. I had a water heater that was leaking at my home in Aurora, CO and wanted to replace with a tankless. I called WHE Plumbing to request an estimate. Alex came the next day and prepared an estimate for the work to replace water heater and install a tankless gas water heater. He spent some time at the house taking pictures and measurements.

When I contacted WHE Plumbing and accepted their estimate, they were able to come out the next day and start work. Due to the cold weather, we were having, and other work going on, Alex did the job by himself and he was fantastic. He was very professional. But at the same time very helpful and accommodating. When I ask about placement of the Tankless, Alex listen to my concerns and was able to move it to fit my needs.

As other reviewers have said, the final bill was exactly as quoted, and the work was completed promptly and professionally. Would call WHE Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

We came home today to water leaking into our crawl space and see our hardwood cupping only to find the water heater was leaking at a fast rate from the valve stem. We called them and they came within an hour. They had the system functional again and even took the extra step to make sure our faucet worked right because after turning the water back on the kitchen faucet didn’t have the pressure it had. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They advised us on what needed to be done in the future and were fair about the process. If you need help call them. Our water heater was failing and finally started leaking. We called several reputable companies, but settled on WHE Plumbing. We went with a new tankless water heater. WHE was able to promptly start the work within a day of the initial visit. They also found a new location for the tankless in our mechanical crawl space area to free up the utility closet that used to be occupied by our old 50 gallon tank. Very happy with the install and function of the new tankless system.

Alex is the absolute best! He replaced our water heater years ago when we bought our house. Today we couldn’t get our pilot light to come back on, so no hot water. He replies quickly and always goes above and beyond. He came out late today to fix it for us. Always very knowledgeable, upfront with pricing, and trustworthy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would - would definitely recommend him to anybody having an issue with their water heater!

Alex and Water Heater Experts were phenomenal! Our water heater stopped working, and Alex came over the same day to see what the issue was. His price to replace the unit was much lower than some of the larger names in the area. The install looks and performs great, and he made sure to explain what he had done and how to operate the new unit. If a friend ever needed a new water heater, I would recommend Alex without hesitation.

I highly recommend Water Heater Experts if you are having any plumbing issues. These guys are my go to now. I recently had an issue with valve failures on my water heater due to a shoddy install from the previous homeowner that was causing me some grief. Alex came out the same day (and on time!) and fixed the issue. He was thorough, efficient, and clean. Best of all he explained everything he was doing and taught me a few things to keep in mind to ensure I am able to maintain and troubleshoot issues on my own. The pricing was also fair. Very happy with service provided by Alex. Showed up when promised; explained everything that needed to be done and completed the job in a timely manner. Followed through on everything he said he would do. Pulled permit and passed city inspection.
