Alex took my phone call right away. Was able to come out and diagnose the problem the next day and then do the work that same second day. Easy to work with and showed up exactly when he said he would. Very good communicator. Prices seemed fair.

Highly recommend!! One of the most professional companies we have ever worked with. Alex reworked his schedule to accommodate us right away. Diagnosed the problem and installed a new water heater the next day. Throughout the process, he was consistently on time and kept us informed. He was highly competent, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall was respectful. Got the job done. Had to wait a day for install, but understandable given the short notice.

I called Alex about installing a Moen whole house smart shutoff valve. Due to some timing issues I needed the work done before a planned vacation. He was able to come out the next day and not only texted me that he was on his way he was on time. The work was done very professionally you can tell a skilled plumber because they solder the copper pipe and it fits the first time.

My wife noticed a rust stain on the tile under our pedestal sink. After a closer look, I noticed that there was a pin-hole in a small portion of galvanized pipe. I'm fairly handy, but was also pretty certain with our house's reputation that something terrible was on the way. Decided to hire the work out and Alex met all our needs. The fix ended up being straight forward, but he chatted with me through the process and explained everything in a way that made sense. I would hire him again for repairs. He worked quickly and got us back to status quo within the evening.

I should also mention that WHE's hours were what really sealed the deal when we looked for a plumber. Having posted hours til 8pm meant that when we found the issue at 6pm, we still had a shot at getting this fixed. Alex took our call and after a brief explanation showed up within an hour. We were lucky as a previous job didn't take as long as he expected.

Overall, everything worked out and we now have a leak free bathroom sink :)

Our water heater stopped working so we needed to get it replaced quickly because we had guests coming over in a few days. One of neighbors recently had their water heater replaced. They used WHE. He highly recommended WHE and gave me their card. They stopped by the same day to take a look, give us a quote, and schedule an appointment for the following day. They were on time and were able to get the replacement installed in a couple of hours. The only criticism I have is they left our gate open when they left. Overall, we were pleased with the job they did.

Alex was a one man very efficient guy. He gave me a quote on the phone and that is what I paid, nothing extra. His price was much lower than other companies. Since the water heater was only leaking slightly this was not a rush job but did offer me different days and times to work from. He explained what he had to do, besides new water tank, added an expansion tank and new turnoff values to the water heater and gas line. He placed tarps down. Alex said the replacement of the water heater would take 3 hours and he was in and out in that exact time. Alex cleaned up and then showed me how the heater settings worked and how to relight the furnace if needed. Highly recommend him and his service.
