He also found another leak that we didn’t even know about and took care of it before it got worse. On top of that, he repaired one of our toilets that had stopped working. Everything was done for a fair price. We’re really happy with the service and will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs. The first time, my kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. Preston came out, replaced the drainpipes, and at my request, also took out the old garbage disposal. Bryson arrived fast, put in a brand new water heater, added a drainage line and a pan, and even took away the old unit. Both times, the prices they gave me up front were exactly what I paid, and I thought the cost was fair. Everything looks solid and works great. Alex is the best...knowledgeable, prompt, very fair pricing.....had another plumber in before him that said my water heater needed to be replaced at a very high price....called Alex at the recommendation of the water heater manufacturer and in 30 minutes he diagnosed and installed the reasonably priced part and we were up and running. So thankful for skilled, fair and honest pros like Alex.

Great service! Our water heater failed right at the start of a long Holiday weekend but Alex from WH Experts came over the holiday to get our water heater replaced. They did an excellent job and were very polite and efficient. Paid less than quoted from a couple of other larger companies in the area.
