This place stood me up today. I made an appointment yesterday before noon and was told they have an appointment available for today between 11-2pm. Ok, kind of a large window but sure. I waited all day for them to show. Once it was past 2pm, I called and asked where the employee is.

“Oh his last job ran long and he’s going to call you soon with an eta once he finishes up there” was the excuse offered as if that is my problem. When you make an appointment and tell someone you will be there, then you be there. That’s what an appointment is for! That is unfortunately not how this company operates. If you can’t make a 4 hour window for a customer with an appointment, I will look elsewhere.

Trent, James and Luke did an awesome job. They were very professional. We really appreciate all the hard work.

Our furnace went out a couple days before Thanksgiving and we were hosting. Ben with the Denver branch was able to get everything up and running and was a pleasure to work with. We recommend Heart to anyone with heating and cooling needs!

Trent Barrance was outstanding. Called and said when he would arrive, and was on time. Did a very thorough furnace inspection and clearly explained his findings. Highly recommend him.

Seneca was a delight to work with. We had a 3 prong 220 that wasn't sufficient anymore in the basement for the clothes dryer, the breaker should've tripped, but wasn't.
He replaced the dryer outlet, upgrading it to current code. While doing that, he also replaced several outlets, a couple light switches and the breakers in the breaker box while labeling them.
Very appreciated and feeling safer with some of the loose outlets our 1985 cookie-cutter house had.

Daniel from Hawaii came all the way out to take a look at our ejector / lift pump situation. Jk he lives here now, but he did an above and beyond job correcting some prior work that should have done properly. He clearly knew what he was doing and I have confidence that the issues we kept having are behind us. Heart needs to keep employees like this!

Taylor was awesome! Helpful, knowledgeable, quick and super friendly. Plus my skittish dog liked him so that’s automatic points!

Daniel was incredibly kind and explained in detail what was happening to our pipes. Would definitely recommend him and will be using him for our needs in the future.

We couldn't have asked for better than our electrician Seneca. His integrity and expertise were clear from the moment we met him, and he took care of every question/concern we had with professionalism and an engaging sense of humor. Where I'd made mistakes in my DIY attempts, he corrected and taught with a kindness that was never condescending. If we could give 10 out of 5 stars, we would!

Heart HVAC provided us with excellent work again today! The technician Trent was very honest and also recognized that I was a veteran so we received an additional discount! We have used Heart for over 5+ years and are always pleased with their work!

James arrived on time for routine maintenance check on our heat pump system for the winter months. He was efficient and knowledgeable and answered our questions. We have used Heart since 2023 and are always pleased with their service - this visit was no exception! Thank you James and Heart !

Daniel serviced our water heaters and expanding tank. He explained everything very clearly and was incredibly thorough with his work. The result looks and works beautifully. We will definitely request this plumber for any future plumbing needs.

Daniel was my plumbing technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and transparent in what he was doing. A great representative for Heart Co. I was pleasantly surprised as I’ve had some head scratching, frustrating experiences as a customer with other plumbing companies.

Heart showed up quickly when we called about our leaking water heater. They installed a new water heater the next morning. The plumber was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done.

Heart is not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for. It's nice to have the peace of mind with the lifetime warranty.

Ben was great! He explained what needed to be done in the immediate future and showed me all the reasons why. I didn’t feel pressured to spend extra money today , but was informed that I needed to make the repairs a priority. I really appreciated his expertise.

Daniel and Joshua were very talented with their work and work ethics. Both answered all my questions and helped me to understand. Not only would I recommend both Daniel and Joshua. I would recommend the Heart company. Jim did work for us years before and we was very pleased. I am very sure that we will call again if the needs happens.

Aaron stopped by our house to repair our heating system, he did an amazing job. Aaron did everything in timely manner and broke down all the information in a way we can understand. Very kind and friendly repair man that cared about our furry friends as well!

Ben Miller was here for an annual check up and did a wonderful job. Not only was he professional, courteous, and technically knowledgeable. He found a few things that definitely needed additional attention. He did that work in a timely manner and added his best effort to make it a good value to us. Ben is a five star employee!
