Seneca T. was super helpful and walked through a lot of processes and troubleshooting. He found and isolated faults and was able to help us come up with a plan to fix some issues. Saving us a ton of money! Super grateful for his expertise and insight! I highly recommend him and will be working with him again!!!

I am very pleased with the excellent service I received from Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. I am also really impressed that they were able to get me scheduled so quickly and I did not have to wait long to get my issue resolved. Their quote was a lot less than the other quotes I got and what they quoted was exactly what they charged me.

Everything went great and all is working as it should be. Undoubtedly, I will be calling them again next time I have heating, cooling, plumbing, and/or electric issues.

Their licensed plumber (Chris B) was personable and very professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home and he was very informative as he was taking care of my issue.

Chris has great work ethic and attention to detail. He walked me through the project and was very open and communicative when plans changed during the project on our old house.

I had an excellent experience with Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical from start to finish. Technician James came out first and did a thorough job diagnosing the issues—very knowledgeable and professional. Victor, the project manager, clearly explained the plan and followed through exactly as promised.

The install team—Ryan and Richard—did outstanding work. They were prompt, professional, and respectful of my home, taking great care throughout the installation. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was done exactly as described.

Senior citizens BEWARE. My elderly parents called them because their furnace was not working. Mark from Done plumbing came out to thier house and quoted them 4000 dollars to replace some part that was no longer good according to him. He even had his manager back up his story about that part needing replacing. Luckily my parents declined. I took my buddy who works in hvac for the schools to take a look at it. He got it working in 5 minutes with no need to replace anything. So either the people from Done plumbing didnt know what they were doing or they were trying to scam some senior citizens. Either way I'm glad my dad's only out the 100 dollars for the inspection Done charged and not 4000 dollars more that they were pushing for. Anyway BEWARE !!!

Terrible/shady business practices. In 2022, DONE! recommended and complete full sewer line replacement for over $22,000, which we did. That line has never drained properly. Their own technician (Evan) who came out admitted the 2022 (Duncan?) was not done correctly and may not even meet code. Despite their advertised “lifetime warranty,” the company refuses to acknowledge or stand behind their improper work. They tried to charge me $83 dollars yesterday for something, then backtracked and attempted (unsuccessfully) to clear the backup. I currently can’t use water in my home per their recommendation yesterday 10/27/2025 until this matter is resolved I would avoid this company at all costs.

Yet again Mark McNally our service technician did a phenomenal job, service and recommendation for upgrade humidifier suite for our home. A very thorough and professional, knowledgeable technician and provides excellent service and company representation.

Great experience! Our water main burst during the winter and they were able to come out within an hour of me calling them. I would say they were really greatly priced. The plumber who fixed the issue taught me a lot of stuff and was really helpful and kind. I am not native to Colorado and had no idea about what I needed to do during the winter to prevent this from happening and this person went above and beyond to help me and inform me. 10000000% recommend this company. I will be using them whenever I have any issues with plumbing. Thank you so much for your swift help.

When I phoned, I said I wasn’t sure if I needed plumbing or appliance repair but thought the clog was in the clean-out drain for my washer and dryer. The two gentlemen who arrived promptly were delightful beyond just being professional. They checked it out thoroughly and determined the plumbing was not the cause so not only did they not charge me, they told me they would contact their appliance repair team and explain the trouble. I made the wrong call thinking it was the drain pipe, but Done! made it the right call anyway. No loss, and I can look forward to getting it put right with just the one call, despite my inability to diagnose the problem myself. Done! has my back.

I can not say enough positive things about the interaction I had with Dylan. We had multiple complicated plumbing issues arise this week. Dylan's work and communication were both excellent. I would not hesitate to use Done again in the future. Thank you to Dylan and the Done team for taking care of us!

Love using this company. They are sometimes a bit pricey but their customer service and expertise is often worth it. Even if I’m unable to afford it they have given me tips and advice of things I could do to and solve the problems. This is my third time calling them (for separate issues) and each time just solidifies me as a loyal customer to get their opinion first.

Daniel was just a great tech he explained everything and made us feel comfortable about the work he was doing and was able to show us how and what he did. He was great technician and I would ask for him by name again.

Place was great! Called and was scheduled the same day Robbie even came the next morning to finish the job. He was overall responsible respectful and communicative was 100% always gave us an ETA if timing changed. Definitely recommend this company again

Very upset with their service. They were hired to connect a vent pipe and did the service while I was away at work. While doing the install, they upsold a "minor technical service" to my wife for an additional charge of $259 without talking to me, the one who hired them, for a final agreement. They completely took advantage of a situation.

I’ve used Done! Plumbing multiple times over the years. They are professional, timely, and get the job done right without costing an arm and a leg. Highly recommended!

Done is my go to plumbing company. Initially they said the company was short staffed today but then Josh was dispatched to my home. He was so polite and knowledgeable and gave me advice on a toilet as well as unclogging my kitchen sink. This company ALWAYS comes through for me.
