Wholeheartedly give them five stars. They respond to calls promptly. They come when they promise. They have all equipment necessary for whatever is needed, and it is clean and in good shape. They clean up after themselves. They are professional.

I recently hired Heartwood Tree Care for tree services, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

They helped us with the removal of a dead Cottonwood in the front and treated a diseased tree, in the back. Everything was done with great care for the surrounding landscape. They clearly know what they're doing—both in terms of tree health and safety.

Scheduling was easy, communication was prompt, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The work was done efficiently, and they left the yard spotless, which I really appreciated.

We have really enjoyed working with Heartwood. Reed was so helpful, and our trees look great now! We needed to cut some down, and they did that and all the tree trimming without making a mess, and not tearing up our yard at all. They have also been super responsive after the fact, answering questions and giving advice. We will definitely keep using them for all our tree needs!

This is the third time I’ve hired Heartwood Tree service to prune our large and small trees. Reid is very professional including a walk through bid. He always provides insight into the best way to handle the results I’m looking for. His crew is also a pleasure. He hires respectful and competent tree climbers. And they are very thorough with the cleanup. Simply I just love working with Heartwood and will continue to have them take care of our small property with big trees.

This is the 2nd time we have hired Heartwood Tree Care. They do excellent work. This was a hugh Honey Locust totally over grown. Now it looks great. The men do an excellent job cleaning up at the end also. I give them 5 stars.

Kudos to Reed and his mighty tree team. I have a very large Ash that needs lots of TLC every other year or so. This is my first time using Heartwood, and I am so happy with the outcome. They had to do some bucket-truck, tree-climbing magic to clean this one up, but the results are really great. The tree and I can both breathe easier. They tidied up some small trees too, and the whole property feels so well-tended and ready for the growing season.

Beware of this company they are negligent and careless with their work and don’t seem to totally know what they are doing. Caused damage to my property and didn’t take any accountability for it and stopped responding to my calls regarding this.

Really impressed with this team! The lead arborist spent a ton of time answering all my questions and the work team was super detail-oriented when it came to cleaning up the job site.

woke up in the night to see a tree scraping its way down our bedroom window. A 50-ft crack willow had fallen over and was settling in with the weight of the snow. Called AAA Emergency Tree Service, who called 303 Tree. Ehren (of 303 Tree) has the bucket lift to handle it quickly and efficiently. Every other contractor is unresponsive, doesn't have the equipment or is too busy to get it done within 2 weeks-Ehren will do it in a couple days. Only hold up is the insurance company (ANPAC).

Excellent work and results! I highly recommend them. We're dealing with a massive Tussock moth infestation in the area and their spraying is hopefully going to save our trees.

My big old oak needed some cleaning up to get more air flow and stay off the roof. The team did a great job—easy to schedule with, took care of my porch planters and protected the yard lights, and the yard was clean and free of debris when they left. The tree looks balanced and healthy now. Highly recommend!

Eric is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained in great detail what my wife and I needed to do regarding fire mitigation on our property. He was a great help and my wife and I can't recommend him highly enough. We will definitely use him again in the future.
