They were very professional. The main thing I like about Maidpro is we can actually select what cleaning we want. We don’t have to clean the whole house and spend a lot of money. According to our budget and where we need help cleaning the most was what I was looking for and they provide exactly that.

At first I was hesitant to try a cleaning business versus a private house cleaner. I decided to try MaidPro for several reasons. This is a conscientious cleaning business. They have a detailed checklist that assures more than a surface cleaning. I have a requested particular cleaning schedule to which MaidPro is willing to adapt. Also they have a guaranteed results policy that if not satisfied they will return and correct issues. Most importantly they offer feedback each time and respond accordingly.

I purchased a groupon for five cleaning sessions. I was happy at first. The maids came, worked quickly and efficiently and I thought they did a thorough job. I decided to have them come longer than I originally had planned, and after that I started getting frustrated. I had them come for a total of 9 times. 4 of those times they had to reschedule. It was very inconvenient. I also had five sets of maids come. I really liked Grace and her partner, but no one else came close. I often had to mop my kitchen floor after they left because it didn't even look like they tried. When I called to complain about those instances they offered a reclean and fixed the problem. However, I think there should have been no problem to begin with. I ultimately cancelled my service because it almost caused more stressed than it saved.

I just started using MaidPro and must say how impressed I am with both the cleaning service and account management. The cleaning service is thorough and very professional. And the account management has been responsive, personable and accommodating. Great customer experience so far!

I purchased a Groupon for three, three-hour cleaning sessions and was disappointed two of the three times. First off, it took almost three weeks of calling to actually get someone on the phone who could schedule the appointments. Then, I received a call on the morning of my first appointment and was told they needed to reschedule because of short staff. For the three hour sessions I was told two people would come for 1.5 hours, which equals three "man hours." Well, the first cleaning session there was only one lady for the first hour and a second lady showed up for 30 minutes and then they both left, so I only got two "man hours" of cleaning. The quality of cleaning was fair at best, the underside of the toilet seat was dirty and there was still dust underneath all of the picture frames on my TV stand. When the second cleaning session came around I was told the maids would arrive between 11:30-12:30, I waited until 1:00 before I called the office and was told they ran late on a previous house and should be to my house shortly. I had things I needed to do so I waited until 2:00 and left. Luckily I have a keypad on my door so when they showed up at 2:15 I was able to give them the code over the phone to let them in. I returned home at about 3:15 and surprise, they were already gone. Same as the first appointment, I was shorted an hour of cleaning and the quality was fair. The office called me the day before the first two appointments to give me an arrival time, but for the third session I did not receive a call and the maids showed up the day before I had the appointment scheduled. But this time they stayed the entire 1.5 hours and the cleaning was great, they moved the picture frames and dusted under them and actually cleaned all areas of the bathroom. Overall, I was not satisfied with this company, I can understand running a little late, but to not get the time I paid for two of the three times is not acceptable.

I loved the deep clean I got from Sadie! She even scrubbed the pesky area in the sliding glass door that gets dirty! She did all the cleaning we needed to make sure our house was clean for our houseguests! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They come to my home once a month to give me a clean slate so to speak. Every maid has been kind to my pets and although not every clean has been perfect, when I let them know they are quick to offer to fix it, and I see an improvement the next time. The customer service is incredible, which is why I chose it over other cleaning service providers. Also, it is very affordable. Worth every penny!

Maidpro has done a really nice job for me for some time. They’ll adapt to what needs done that week. Fona and paige did a great job of coming in, taking charge, making decisions if they needed making and creating a very low stress path to a clean house. As a single dad I’m thankful for the way they treat my house.

I wanted to update this to say that Andrew, my regular cleaner, has done a really consistent, great job of taking care of us. He does little things like organizing the remotes and my kids’ games.
