I am extremely pleased with the cleaning provided to me today. The cleaners were very thorough and my whole house smells wonderful and is immaculately clean. Couldn’t be happier with the results. I will continue to use TCA in the future and confidently recommend them to my friends.

I love The Cleaning Authority. They are punctual, trustworthy, affordable, and thorough. Emma and Rita have been cleaning my house for over a year now and I am so appreciative of the great job they do. I also love that they do additional tasks on different areas on a rotational basis, so we get extra attention throughout the house as we move through the rotations.

We appreciate the rotation schedule to do deeper cleaning of specific areas. We also need to occasionally adjust our cleaning times when situations arise and they are very accommodating. It's always so nice to come home after they have been here and have shopped a lot of cleaning services in the past 10 years. This is the best service we have used by far.

I've been very pleased with how clean my house is, and how clean it stays because my family isn't tracking schmutz from room to room. My only complain is that they tend to be a little early! So sometimes I'm scrambling to get out of the way before expected. But that's just my way... they are very accommodating and respectful. And I'll take it.

I so appreciate the excellent work that my cleaning team does every two weeks!! Yesenia and Isabel are fantastic and always brings their “A” game. I can count on them to do a great job every time! I prefer a start time from 8:30/9:00
Too much noise(talking laughing) makes me wonder if things are getting cleaned. When the third lady comes the noise level increases quite a bit.

The girls were friendly, got right to work, and did a pretty good job. I would have given 5 stars, but I had to point out some missed areas. Over all, they helped me clean this large house.

This was the first visit of two for deep cleaning, then we move on to regular visits every two weeks. The cleaners were friendly and professional and did not waste time talking or spending time on their phones (a problem for me in the past). A third person from CA came by to check in to see how the cleaners were doing and ask me if I was satisfied. Such amazing customer service. My house is sparkling! We have been so happy with the work The Cleaning Authority has done for us over the past 2 years. The team is so friendly, professional, and thorough. They even do special personal touches such as posing my son's stuffed animal collection in his bedroom which he now looks forward to every week. Very happy, would highly recommend!

The two workers did the usual excellent job of cleaning my 1st floor level. The only exception was knocking the baffle off the front of one of my large HI- Fi speakers. They did not mention that to me before leaving, so that I could make sure that it did not happen again.

Very disappointed! I was really looking forward to my first cleaning. They said it would include extra attention to bathrooms and kitchen, as well as the usual general cleaning of the whole house. Maybe I got unlucky with some new cleaners working for them, but it was unbelievable how much of the house looked like they had not even been there. I was really confused when I got home how they could say they cleaned the house. They did a decent job on the master bathroom, but every other room of the house had many areas that were not even touched. The kitchen floors had not been touched and mats not moved. The stuff on the counters had not been moved. The bedroom carpet hardly looked vacuumed. I am attaching photos of various areas right after they cleaned. I should have asked for at least a partial refund but instead just called to cancel the next appointment. I was surprised they did not even say we are sorry you weren't happy with it. (I read other reviews that say they had great customer service and even came back to clean a house to someone's satisfaction.) I'm not one to complain usually but this was amazingly incomplete work!

SO HAPPY with this company! Our local Broomfield location worked wonders on my home! Every step of the way has been easy and the app is great. When the manager came to the house for the estimate, I was extremely pleased with the quote. I couldn’t sign fast enough. Lol. Today we had our first cleaning. The two people were so friendly and professional! They were great with our animals and I couldn’t be happier with our home! Walking into a clean house on a Friday is absolutely amazing! My cleaning team did a an incredibly thorough job today! We hired The Cleaning Authority during the last months of my pregnancy, and just planned to use them for a few months until I was back on my feet. Almost 9 years later, and they're still with us. The value they bring to our home is just to great to let go!

Check Yelp and trustpilot reviews, because the reviews here on Google are pretty suspect.

Just finished paying $63 an hour per cleaner, for very subpar results. Do the math on the average time they spend in your home, there are far better services available out there for much less.

Love that they have an app! Has been really easy to schedule and plan around. We enjoy every time we come home to such a clean house.

Reliable and communicative, but the cleaning itself was fairly mediocre. Over about a two year period, my general observation was that they did the bare minimum and cost didn’t match the level of service expected or required.
