We needed a whole house deep cleaning and the cleaners did an amazing job, very friendly and courteous and helpful.

Cannot say how impressed I am with Sondra and Claudia! My home is immaculate when they're done, the sofa throws are folded, and my fave: all the Kleenex boxes have little tissue 'flowers' on top...feels like a hotel. I knew my other cleaning service wasn't great, but didn't realize how bad they actually were until I started using the Cleaning Authority. Plus - it's only a few bucks more and totally worth it! Couldn't be happier 😊

The Cleaning Authority is the best money we spend, hands down. They come with a team of two people, always here when they say they're going to be, generally take about three hours, and just bust their butts the whole time. And it doesn't even make sense how clean they are able to get everything - we live hard in this house. When they're done, everything is detailed, shiny, smells a million times better, the carpets have those cool lines all over from vacuuming. And the ladies are always SO incredibly friendly. They maintain my sanity and bring so much joy to my life - literally dancing. We've had cleaners in the past but have never come even remotely close to how satisfied we are with our experience with The Cleaning Authority. If you're thinking about it, do it. I promise, it will be the best money you spend too.

After breaking 4 items ($1k total in damage), chipping a sink, and not completing the checklist they provide for the 5th time. I cancelled. The managers response was to text, not call or handle things, but text. I provided pictures, feedback, and was understanding until they broke an expensive item. It’s unclear if they’ll pay for the damage at this time

Milli has worked at our home since we started using blue spruce, she is always on time, very polite and does an amazing job! We have kids she has to work around and is always kind and has a smile on her face! We highly recommend both blue spruce and Milli personally!!

We have been customers of Blue Spruce Maids for over a year now, and have been nothing but pleased with their services! Their attention to detail is unmatched. We have a 10 day old at home and I was a bit nervous about having them come in and clean with the disastrous state our house was in. We left the house for two short hours and came back to a completely spotless home. They even folded all the baby clothes that I had thrown in the crib, organized the diaper station and hand washed the sink full of dishes! The team is professional, organized and does an amazing job each time; highly recommend!

After some trial and error to find a cleaning tech who was the best fit for us, we now regularly have Rebecca clean our home and she is PHENOMENAL. I am pretty picky and a perfectionist, and Rebecca not only meets but exceeds my high standards every single time. And she's so friendly and considerate! We have also received excellent customer service from Cindy and the whole admin team anytime we have a question or scheduling need. The price is more than fair, I always say it's the best money I spend all month :) Highly recommend!
