2024: I've had MaidPro come in monthly for almost 4 years now. Catalina has been coming from the start and somehow she's managed to turn my disaster of a kitchen into a nice place to visit, and best of all she's banished the Dust Witch!!

This was my first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority and it was fantastic! I love the idea of the deep cleans and the rotation approach and I was not disappointed. The ladies were professional and the deep clean in the kitchen and bathrooms made our house look brand new again.

The Cleaning Authority has done an exceptional job in cleaning of my house. From top to bottom, they have been awesome! I want these two ladies cleaning my house always, as they have been better than good.

Although I forgot to pick up the house the night before, the ladies did an amazing job and they didn't miss cleaning any part of the house. They worked quickly and did a very thorough job! It feels like a new house again.

The team has done a fantastic job of cleaning our house now for three years. They even offer extra touches and flourishes like folding bathroom towels in neat patterns or cleaning underneath my fridge. I've found the crew to be friendly and nothing but honest. If I've dropped an object behind a wall or on the floor, I will find it placed on the nearest desk, table, or counter - this includes things like money or even jewelry that I've misplaced or lost. In the rare case that I have had an issue - if I feel like the crew missed a spot or I was accidentally billed twice, all I have to do is send Tony an email or call and he immediately fixes the issue or proposes a solution. I've also found their pricing to be competitive and fair. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a good friend or neighbor.

I would highly recommend The Cleaning Authority, the cleaning is top-quality, they are very responsive to schedule changes and very flexible. They answer their phones promptly and are very good about communicating by email also. The management frequently drop by to check on the cleaning process and they are always looking for room to improve. We have been using them for over 3 years now after a number of disappointing, self-employed cleaners. I think a professional company with multiple staff is the way to go.

It is very important to me to have a kind mutual interaction with the team that comes into our home. There is some vulnerability in that I cannot produce the expert level of cleaning that they can (and just did!). Their smiles and friendliness added to my awarding a rating of 5 stars. I guess that I would rather have a dirty house (which I did for the past 16 months) than a cleaning experience that is lacking in positive human contact.

So far, I have had a great experience with this company. They have been right on time every time and are quite professional and communicative when they have questions. Billing is very easy through their website, which makes my life much easier, and I would definitely recommend.

Love our cleaning service, the Cleaning Authority. The cleaners are thorough, love our dog, and they make our house sparkling clean every time they come to clean. We recommend them to everyone.

The actual cleaning is okay, and they were flexible with scheduling (even though you are charged a fee each time you need to reschedule/cancel). What I did not care for was the customer approach. The management is not super friendly, or organized. I tried to change my cleaning (of rooms) and never got confirmation. Many items were broke by their staff during cleaning of my kitchen; I alerted the Mgr and they didn't offer to pay or fix. Also, they need to better regulate their staff working when ill. If the cleaning staff is sick, they should not let that staff enter customer homes. When I wrote to cancel my membership with them, the Mgr simply said that I was take off the schedule and didn't bother even ask why or offer a simple thank you for working with them and tipping their workers well. I find that super disappointing.

I am amending my review of their services. Years ago when I used their service we had the same cleaning crew every 2 weeks and they knew my home, my family etc. When we went back to use their service in 2021, the crews changed every visit, I didnt know the cleaning people and I found out I could not trust them as I did before. I recently fired the service because something very valued to me went missing and I do believe one of the cleaning crew was responsible. The management was provided all the documentation they requested to investigate this issue. In the end I was not reimbursed for the loss. Beware who you trust coming into your home.
