Max called about 20 minutes before he got here to let us know he was on his way. he showed up right on time and was ready for anything. not only did he fix the busted pipe fast, but he also checked out the rest of our system and found out the pump needed to be replaced—that’s what actually caused the pipe to burst in the first place, since hot water was just sitting in the pipe and not moving. luckily, he already had the right pump in his truck, so we didn’t have to wait for a special order or rush out to buy one. max was super professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. we’re so grateful for how quickly and smoothly they took care of our emergency and got our heat and hot water working again. from now on, this is the only plumber we’ll call in broomfield.

We had an excellent experience, not only did we get a picture of who they were sending, for piece of mind. Disraeli was absolutely awesome, he did the job at a fair price when other plumbers tried to charge well above what he did. I highly recommend them not only because they were fair but because during the job he took the time to explain what he was doing and he did it in a timely manner. He also took the time to explain how we as home owners can possibly prolong the life of our water heater.

Jason did a fantastic job installing a new water heater in a very tight utility closet, installing a new sump pump, and (with Disraeli) repaired and moved our main house water shutoff and sprinkler shutoff to be easily accessible. Great to work with, excellent communication, and a willingness to answer my (many) questions. Highly recommend, and will definitely be using Big Apple Plumbing in the future.

Big Apple quickly diagnosed my plumbing issue as a bad tub/shower cartridge and quoted me ~740$ to fix it, after some negotiating they agreed to do the job for 550$ but wave the 1 year part guarantee, which I thought was still way too high. Bro said 'you cant just get these parts at home depot'.. Well Home Depot had 4 in stock for 90$ and after watching a Youtube video I was able to do the job in less than an hour. Its sad that companies think its ok to try and charge exorbitant prices for these type of simple jobs.

I wish I could give a 4.5 because that is what I would do. Great service from Disraeli. He was kind, knowledgeable, and timely. I would take off a half star due to price. Everything is so high these days.

Our first stop was Lowes and it was quoted 4300.00, than our second option was Big Apple Plumbing. Not only did was his pricing significantly lower, his craftsmanship and detail was on point. He was honest on levels. I would and will recommend Big Apple.
