I recently had Jason from Big Apple Plumbing handle some much-needed work in my kitchen, and I'm thrilled with the job he did. First off. the whole job of doing a drain cleaning was done really, really quickly... he told me he actually would've been done faster, if he didn't have to first fix some mistake patchwork done a few years ago by another company!

The work done by Jason made me trust Big Apple Plumbing, and I’ll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

We had a very urgent situation in our home. We had an old leaking water heater. I frantically called plumbers looking for someone to answer the phone. The owner, Jason answered himself and walked me through how to shut off the water going into the tank. The next morning bright and early his team came out and installed a new top-of-the-line tankless water heater. We are super impressed with the way it turned out. His team members were very polite and helpful. They answered all the questions we had and even threw in a free maintenance next year. This is by far the best experience we had with a plumber and we will only be using Big Apple Plumbing from now on.

I had a hidden leak inside my wall from the master bathroom. I got an immediate call back from Jason (the owner) and he made time to fit me into his schedule the next morning. Providing excellent communication about the process and pricing (very reasonable!). The leak ended up being behind a load bearing beam and Jason was able to figure out a solution for a fix by working around it and taking minimal time to complete. He talked me through what he repaired double check the leak was fix and explained the 1 year warranty. Big Apple Plumbing was a referral from my neighbors and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you Big Apple Plumbing and Jason! I would absolutely use them again!!!

Jason came to our residence on short notice for a basement leak. He was responsive and professional and very clear about the house visit costs.

He was able to diagnose the cause of our leak within minutes but was still very thorough with checking out all other possible causes and solutions. He explained things clearly and even communicated to my husband on video call everything he was seeing.

I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink during Christmas week, called Big Apple and they were so helpful and Jason was able to come out the same day! I had a new sink installed, which included new valve replacements and expanding the countertop space to accommodate the new sink. I had a water heater malfunction and needed help urgently. The technician was courteous, professional, and diagnosed the problem in no time. Returned VM for service request within a couple hours and was on the schedule for next day water line leak. Service rep Disraeli called 1.5 hour before apt to infrom he was running early, confirmed exact time for service and was on time. We reviewed all areas of concern and quoted on the spot. Little pricey but was able to choose what was important. Service was fast and clean. After inspection we actually noticed another small leak at a joint and was informed that Thornton water and its minerals are corrosive and eat away at the copper from the inside. Very informative about this specific area in home had the pipes too close together and expansion and contraction over the years next to each other probably didn't help, so he fix the leaks and also separated the pipes more
Took half off the second section price had all the parts, very quiet, friendly respectful of the home. Just all around, good job. Thanks guys!

Jason replaced my water heater and did a great job. While working he pointed out some problems with some copper pipe that he was able to fix during the same visit. Jason answered all my questions and was very personable.

Needed repair on my Navien tankless combi boiler water heater (a bit of a specialty task / need). I consulted Navien's website first for service providers (they were not listed there), but consulted BBB(Better Business Bureau) and did a quote request (the request went out to a number of companies)

Based on my (detailed) request, I would have appreciated if they said they don't specialize in this work, however they were did schedule a consult quickly.

The tech that came out, while punctual and respectful, didn't appear to focus on and provide a suitable solution for my specific needs (I was quoted for a replacement of the pressure release valve - something outside the water heater that was making noises / having the issue). After getting advice from others, I would have had to spend more time and money as the pressure release valve would not have solved the issue.

Quick response and quote, but not really what I was specifically looking / needing. Not to say I wouldn't consult them in the future for other, more general repair needs.

Gabriel was an excellent technician. He took the time to explain the problem and potential solutions in a clear way, and then once we decided on a solution he executed it skillfully and conscientiously. Big Apple was able to dispatch Gabriel to our house on the same day we called, which was greatly appreciated. The service seemed fairly expensive, but the promptness, interaction and results merit a 5-star rating.
