They completed an overhead sewer installation at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The workmanship was excellent, and the crew maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the project. They explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Truly dependable service that i would gladly recommend to others.

Service was prompt and thorough. Disraeli did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and offering solutions. In the end, he replaced a tankless hot water heater and did an incredibly good job getting things working in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

I called Big Apple Plumbing to see if they could detect where a very stinky smell from under my kitchen sink was coming from. Non-emergency, but they were able to get out the next morning. The service tech (Disraeli) alerted me that he could come over earlier and I agreed. He did an inspection and made suggestions on what I could have him do (a diagnostic on everything under the sink). Also he suggested a senior discount. He installed a strap to hold the dishwasher drainage hose up higher (as it should be) as that could cause a problem. My dishwasher had quit working about 9 months before and he came to the conclusion that there was not enough water left in the trap and it was causing the smell (he added water). I have been putting this off far too long and at least I know everything else is OK under the sink (garbage disposal, other pipes, etc), until I can get a new dishwasher. Very grateful for the service and I would use them again. Disraeli was super nice and helpful.

We had a leak develop in our ceiling that became a huge bubble! I call Jason at Big Apple Plumbing who responded promptly. We had a repairman, Disraeli, show up within an hour. He fixed the leak quickly and was so professional and polite. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!! 5 stars

Big Apple Plumbing responded quickly to my request for service.   They came out the same day and found an old honeycomb in the exhaust line of my water heater.  They removed the honeycomb and the water heater is working again.  They even supplied a new screen for the exhaust pipe to prevent future occurrences. Thanks for the quick response and excellent work!  I highly recommend this company.

He was able to help us on a Sunday evening after a day when nothing had gone right and we were at our wit’s end. Jason responded promptly and performed the work very efficiently, without compromising quality. The cost seemed very reasonable for an emergency call. Our hot water heaters went out the night before Thanksgiving…Big Apple came out after hours at 10:30 PM and did a wonderful job installing two new hot water heaters for us. Went to Jason and his team after their initial scope showed damage to the original cast-iron sewer lines. I was having additional work done and they were willing to help coordinate with the other crews and ensure no damage was done to the new lines after they left. I'm very happy with the results, the new lines look great and easily passed inspection. I would go to them again for any large project due to their willingness to accommodate the individual needs of a job, and their clear expertise! Well worth the price for the peace of mind!

Fast response! I just sent a request/inquiry on Friday night and Jason immediately responded within minutes! They scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning and arrived on the dot at 9 am! Disraeli was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient as he explained about my sump pump issue. I am a returning customer for years now. They are my go-to whenever I have plumbing issues.

Jason was early for our appointment and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I'm house sitting and cannot make the necessary decision for a new water heater, which he understood completely. He fixed the old one to limp along until the homeowner returns. If I were the decision maker, I would have had him install a new water heater then and there - he is very knowledgeable and inspires confidence in his work.

Disraeli at Big Apple plumbing did an outstanding job finding and repairing a pinhole leak in a copper pipe above our living room ceiling. He worked quickly to repair the pipe then checked all the other water systems in our home to ensure everything was working. Was reasonably priced. We won't hesitate to to call Big Apple again!

I was recommended Big Apple by my brother-in-law who is an architect and used them for his home. From the beginning with a phone call, Jason was very compassionate and cared that we had no hot water and wanted to make sure he get someone quick. I had an appointment scheduled for a few hours later.

Disraeli showed up and was very professional and respectful of the property and great with my two crazy dogs.

He pointed out the issues and recommended a new water heater. He understood our budget and wasn’t trying to oversell but find the right water heater. He also installed a water pressure regulator as our house didn’t come with one.

He was very attentive to his job and paid attention to all the small details like water pressure and temperature for the hot water.

He also wheeled the old water heater away too which was a blessing because we were concerned how we were going to do that.
