They clearly evaluated and explained what needed to be done. They scheduled us quickly, came exactly when expected, did the job quickly and effectively and cleaned up everything they came in contact with. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

OMG, the crew who did our winter tree trimming was amazing! Such talent and expertise! They were prompt, respectful, eager to please, and did an outstanding and professional job on our trees. Yes, we are incredibly pleased.

Sales is not the same as the quality of delivery.

The sales team said all the right things and made all the right promises. We requested a Saturday appointment, scheduled two to three weeks out, asked to be notified before arrival, and were told the entire tree would be sprayed. We received an alert from our security camera a few days later. The video shows that they arrived a few days later that same week, without any notice, and only sprayed half of each tree.

We paid the bill but immediately emailed to cancel all future services. The response simply confirmed cancellation—no inquiry into what went wrong or how the service could be improved. Shortly after, we received a generic email encouraging a review only if it would be five stars, and asking us to contact them directly otherwise. That approach may boost ratings, but it doesn’t reflect an honest customer experience.

We won’t be using them again. At this point, we don’t trust them to follow through on what they promise, and we’ll be looking for another provider.

Everyone we dealt with was incredibly articulate explaining the process of cabling the two trees together which made us comfortable. This company was the only one (of three) which explained the necessity of including the electric company.
We have felt comfortable recommending SAV a Tree to others. Thank you to the climbers, office staff and Charlie for being professional and pleasant .

This is a good family landscape business. They worked us into their busy schedule and treated us right. They were knowledgeable and very willing to help us know what things we could do for ourselves as that's what we were hoping for. There is no pressure to upsell things we don't need.

Been working with this company for years. They provide solid support to help regain our Lawns and assistance in Tree Care. They have always been honest about what their product can and can't do and offer support when your at a loss of direction. Great People and very friendly.

Josh and his team did a great job clearing and removing 20+ years of overgrown trees, shrubs and roots at my in-laws yard in Castle Rock. We are grateful to have the yard back and no more snakes!
