Excellent communication between sales and tree experts. Our 26 year old ash tree was treated proactively for emerald ash , trimmed and shaped beautifully. The tree trimmers were efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up our property so well you couldn’t ask for better service !

They pruned my pine tree beautifully. Opened it up to sun and air and tipped back all of the overhanging branches. Cleaned out the dead. It's all set to be a very healthy pine tree.

The SavATree team always shows up on time, is polite, and can do their work even if you are not home. A great option for busy working people. Highly recommended.

I called this company to give me advice and options for my front yard oak tree. In the 7 minutes that Greg gave me, I got little actual information. I felt like he was more interested in learning about me, and my job. I know it's important to know your clients financial capabilities as a salesman. At the end I got a crazy price for chemical treatments for trees that are doing very well with no real assurance it will help my tree. Greg seems like a good Arborist but a "better" salesman. He started by asking "what are we doing here". Clearly my front tree needs saving. Thanks Save a tree!

Their staff are always friendly and very professional! They brought back trees that we thought we were losing as well as all of our grass from and back that we were planning on replacing.

Initially, I worked with an arborist who was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, she left, and the quality of service declined thereafter. Following some work performed on my property, I had concerns about the results and contacted a manager. She assured me that someone would follow up, but this never occurred. When I attempted to reach her again, I was informed that she, too, had left the company.

I had provided a credit card to be kept on file and had authorized charges for all services rendered. For some reason, after a round of tree trimming, my card was not charged. I did not receive any communication notifying me of an unpaid balance. It is possible that emails were sent to my junk folder, but I never received any clear notice.

Ninety days later, I unexpectedly received a letter stating that I owed money. This was confusing, as I had assumed that my card—on file for this exact purpose—would have been charged immediately after the services had been completed, as it had been in the past.

When I called today to resume services, I was told that because I had not paid my bill in a timely manner, I would now be required to pay upfront for all services. The representative I spoke with handled the conversation very poorly and could benefit from training in customer service.

She informed me that the manager I had spoken with previously had left the company, and then casually added that “everyone leaves.” That statement alone made me question the stability and culture of this company. She also disregarded the agreement I had already made with the previous manager, who assured me that everything had been resolved.

On top of that, she claimed that the company had attempted to charge my credit card but it didn’t work. That is simply not true—my card works without issue, and her assertion came across as a baseless accusation rather than a professional explanation.

As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I would never treat a customer with such disregard. This entire experience has left me with a very negative impression. I will not be using this company again, nor will I recommend them. In fact, I will be sure to advise the many people who ask me about lawncare services to look elsewhere.

It is truly unfortunate that in this day and age, with so many choices available, a company would treat customers in this manner.

Your service technician Miko did an outstanding job and has a great personality.
You should be pleased with his performance.

Both Bruce and I cannot speak highly enough of SavATree. Geoff, the arborist, was extremely knowledgeable and informative with his evaluation of our property. He made us feel confident. He understood our particular needs.
Dan and Mica did an excellent job in
trimming our 32 year old pine as well as
some of our precious scrub oak. They were
    prompt, courteous, respectful, and brave.
It was amazing to watch Dan climb so high up in the tree. We would definitely recommend SavATree!

Max was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything and helped me understand the pruning process from start to finish. The crew that came out to do the work were professional and engaging and I could not be more pleased with Save-A-Tree. I would highly recommend them.

I have been very happy dealing with Eric with Sav-a-tree. I feel confident that my very old trees are being taken care of.

We had 2 trees removed and 3 trees trimmed. SavATree is a great company. All the workers were very professional and walked us through everything they were doing. They did a great job. There were a couple of trees that needed additional pruning after the first visit, and SaveATree had a crew out the next day to complete the work. The pricing was reasonable and I would highly recommend SavATree to anyone needing tree services.

Savatree did an excellent job in trimming and removing our bushes and trees. They shape them nicely. They even did a little extra and no additional price. We are extremely happy with their service.

Beware. They came out and performed deep root algae feeding. Which was fine. But came out the next year stating that I had signed an annual contract even though I was clear to the tech who came out initially that I wasn't interested in any annual service. They came out a year later anyway.
    Read their contract carefully.

My Arbirist came back to check on the trim job that had occurred a week or so before. He saw an area in my Ash tree that needed extra work and directed his team to return and clean up one or two spots. No extra charge! Thank you.

Great job. The Savatree crew arrived on time, was very courteous, professional, listened to what was needed, and cleaned up all debris in the work areas.

This review is just for this single service, not my longtime association with Swingle Tree Co/SavATree.
There was no call ahead, as I've asked to have for years. I couldn't read the scribble written by the person who did the service. It said, "Do not ... for 2 days." Water? Mow? Use? No clue.

SavATree recently fertilized our trees as well as treated them for insect infestation. The arborist was knowledgeable and his explanations were detailed and easy to understand. I was impressed with this professional service.

The arborist who walked our property with me listened to my requests without pushing additional work other than one item that I agreed was necessary. The crew worked very hard, did a good job pruning our trees and cleaned up very well. I would recommend this company.

Wow, Dan and his crew did an awesome job removing our dead Cottonwood tree. Their care and professionalism was outstanding. Thank you Dan, crew and SavATree.

Beware of Sav-a-Tree Contract 🚫 Cross out Evergreen Clause ❌❌❌
I hired them last year to trim our trees in the backyard and they recommended some treatments for our trees, so we agreed.

Fast forward to last week, as I was driving away from my house, I saw one of their trucks pull up to my house. We didn’t think much of it. Came home and there was. Door tag that looked weird but we thought it was advertisement.

Today I got a $293 invoice for something done in my backyard without my notice, so I called them. Dena Smith, the office manager of Centennial location, was I argumentative and snappy the entire way through, saying that I signed the contract which has a clause at the END called the “evergreen” clause that states that their treatment services will be CONTINUOUS and on-going unless I explicitly call them to cancel. There was no conversation of this when we signed the contract and they never called us to have this conversation that someone would be in our backyard without us knowing.

I hope this helps you be prepared. Cross out the clause before you sign!

Their tree service was pricey but the arborists did a good job. I do not appreciate how Dena Smith treated me today over this trespassing case without my knowledge. She refused to negotiate nor listen and insisted that I signed this contract LAST YEAR and that it’s all my fault.

I cannot report them to the BBB because this location is not listed. I don't want to report another business erroneously. Specific address to this business: 1558 E. Hinsdale Circle, Centennial, CO 80112

UPDATE: The same office manager, Dena Smith, has been harassing me for payment every week, either via phone call or email. I'm hardly 1 month late. If this is standard business practice, is everyone getting harassed? Or this is harassment targeted to an individual? She even charged me finance charges and threatening to send to collections. Good grief! How else can I report this entity
