He is reliable and responsive. His team was hardworking and got our roof replaced in one day! Afterwards, they made sure to clean up their mess and pick up all the stray nails. Scott was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Our roof was damaged from high winds and he came by the next day to perform the inspection and provide a quote the same day. While performing the repair, Scott identified some issues that were present from the original roof construction and went out of his way to correct those issues so the roof is much more resilient now. Although the weather did not always cooperate with the repair timeline, Scott made it a priority to get the roof fixed and ensure that the roof will withstand any weather that comes our way. I had a few different companies inspect my roof. Scott came out and did the most thorough inspection. He was personable, honest, and good at explaining what needed to be repaired. He didn't try to sell us more work than we needed, which saved us a lot of money over the other companies. He climbed up on the roof, took pictures and determined we would not qualify to file a claim for a new roof.
