I wanted to write a review what our experience with Old World Roofing and Aaron was a good one. Unlike a lot o reviews were all they do is give glowing comments, we actually had a hiccup with our experience. But, here is were it matters, it was resolved in an objective and fair manner. Often we hear about the bad things with a company or they are exaggerated. In this case we had some issues, but trails are where relationships and confidence is built. We will absolutely be using Aaron and Old World Roofing for any future needs.....because I know I can count on him fixing any issue no matter how small. They have earned our trust and they did a great job on our roof.

Hard to communicate with: I first called Old World Roofing on 9-10-2019. The operator transferred me to the tile specialist Chris. I left a detailed message to call me back. I never heard back so on 9-24-19 I called again. This time the operator transferred me to Chris and the phone hung up. I called back three times in succession and I was immediately transferred as no operator picked up, I was just transferred. Each time the call was disconnected. I tried one more time, was transferred and Chris picked up the phone and asked what kind of a crank call I was. I asked what he meant and he said he thought I was a Robo caller or some prank caller. Weird. Any way, I finally made an appointment with Chris to come and look at my roof at 9:00 on 09-24-2019. The time came and went and no one from Old World Roofing showed up. Finally, at 11:00AM, I called Old World Roofing, talked with the operator telling her that I had an appointment and that no one had shown up. She transferred me to Chris' phone where I left a voice mail explaining that I was waiting for our appointment. It is now a day later and I still haven't heard from Old World Roofing. Too bad. I decided to call them as I have seen their advertising on TV and figured they needed some business and was reputable. I guess I was wrong. I actually don't know how they say in business with the kind of service I received.

Initially, they wanted all the insurance check up front. Then I didn't hear anything for months. They said roof would be done in 3 months. They Finally did it 5 months. To get house painted, we waited another 5 months!!! But, the kicker was the first guy we worked had promised everything would be done within the insurance budget, and we wouldn't owe the deductible basically. He got sick, and they sent another guy out who didn't do all that the first guy promised. Such as painting all four sides of our house. By then we just wanted to be done, but they billed us and said we still owed for the thousand dollar deductible. Even though it was because the first guy said we wouldn't have to pay that, that I chose this company. One year later they finally finish, paint 3 sides of a house and stick us with 1000 bill. Just saying we got the run around and they don't seem ethical or prompt. They seemed to end up doing the bare minimum. Instead of replacing shingles, they scraped and painted them. Guess what they look like they were damaged and someone just painted and painted over them. Shotty job and bad bad customer service. I would not recommend them.

David Barajas has earned our trust. Old World fixed a totally botched job by another roofer in town. Jesus was spot-on with tile cuts on a 7k sq.ft. home, and worked very well with my wife also. Respected our property, no "collateral damage" of property, and showed up on time as promised every time. I would use them as my G.C. if needed due to the great communication. Great work on a complicated TILE roof!

They came out quickly, they were able to explain things much deeper than the roofer that came out before! They spent time with me and were able to do the job cheaper and included more than the other company! I was treated with respect and not just another homeowner. I won't ever call another roofer!!!

David was a extremely helpful. I only had to start my claim with the insurance company and he did all the rest when dealing with them. The work they performed quality work at a fair price. Would definitely work with them again if needed!

January, 2018. We were amongst the thousands of others who had massive damages from the July 2016 hailstorm. We chose a different company to replace our roof (because of bad reviews I'd seen for Old World Roofing), but had no choice when it came to gutter replacement because unfortunately, Old World is the only contractor in town who can provide the Valor Guard gutter protection system that we wanted. Notice the date of my review? They JUST addressed all the poorly installed sections of the Valor Guard and gutters THIS month!!!! Their lack of communication and concern was maddening and the lousy installation provided insight to the bad reviews. I am going to contact Valor Guard soon with details of our bad experience with Old World and suggest that they find a different roofing contractor to represent/install their product.

The owner and office staff very pleasant to work with but , the company that installed the roof on our house I wouldnt hire them ever. Metal flashing was not applied with any skill . Wood showing on edges where flashing should be . Flashing is away from the house in one spot 3/4 " . The flashing on the shed is not even cut right to match other sides . Told sales rep and showed the problem to and was told that the company was way behind and would be awhile before they would fix the problem . I believe this took place in June of 2019 . Make sure every thing the sales person tells you is in writing on the contract before signing a contract . Nails are still being found in our yard . Poor service from this roofing contractor.

Thanks to Old World Roofing and Particularly Carl who was able to locate excess inventory of some tile that is no longer made but that we needed on our house due to damage from the February 100 MPH winds. After repairs, the roof looks great again.

Not to long ago I had my carpets and tiles cleaned and now weeks later it all still looks amazing. I can't believe how great it all still looks. Besides how great everything still looks, is how amazing I was treated by Mike Davis and Dan Antoon. These two went above and beyond taking extra precautions to protect my furniture and walls. They are also possibly two of the nicest people I've met in the service industry. Great work and thanks for the job well done!!!

My wife and I contacted old world roofing last fall to get a skylight replaced. A nice individual came out took some measurements, provided us with a quote, but that was it. We contacted Old World Roofing a couple of times to schedule something, and received only empty promises.

We used Old World Roofing to clean our air ducts. They were amazing! They were very thorough, professional, friendly and did such an outstanding job. We will be using them again and will recommend them to all our family and friends!

I've had my roof done be for but this place does awesome work their people answered all my questions and their crew did a great job. They did all The foot work even with my insurance company a d that's big for me I'm a disabled veteran . The quality of the .material compared to what was on my roof is night a day in amazed I would recommend them to any one. I will use them again if I need them. I hope I don't

The professionals at Old World Roofing and Restoration did an amazing job. Their team took time to talk with me and make sure all my needs were meet. I used them for a carpet cleaning service and I would recommend it to anyone who needs carpet to shine like new again.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ricky Hernandez (contractor) post hail damage to our roof, siding and gutters. Ricky was timely, responsive, and got all the work completed. Ricky is personable, friendly, honest, and professional. We highly recommend Old world Roofing to all future customers, especially Ricky Hernandez as the contractor.

Just had my roof replaced by Jose and his crew. Had three quotes including one from Old World Roofing who came in the lowest by far. I was also on a short timeline before closing on the house and Jose came through big time for me. He was inspecting my roof at 5:30AM the next morning (weekend/Saturday) and had a qoute to me by 7AM. He had material ordered and loaded Monday and my roof done on Tuesday. Communication was great throughout the entire process. Good customer service and honesty are the most important things for me and I am extremely happy with both from these guys.

Do NOT HIRE this company. This is the most unresponsive, uncommunicative and deceptive company I’ve ever dealt with. As an older, single woman I rely on professional help for upkeep on my property.
After losing trees, fences and having my roof damaged in a wind storm I contacted Old World Roofing on Feb 18 for an estimate on the roofing part of the repairs. Steve eventually made it there on Feb 28. He said the estimate would be sent the next day.
A week later there was still no estimate and I had to contact the company again to ask him to send it. The estimate turned out to be – by their own admission later – quite inaccurate, but I had no way to know that at the time.
In good faith, I agreed to the price and asked for a date to get the work done. After that I didn’t get ANY call, email or message at all for 17 days. It was clear they were blowing me off in favor of bigger jobs.
Obviously, I couldn’t sit around with a damaged roof, hoping they might call me one day. So on April 8 I found another company that was much more helpful and provided a more timely and complete bid for the repair.
Then today, completely out of the blue, with NO warning, NO phone call, no advance notice – much less request! – Old World sent a crew to my house and started tearing the roof apart. They arrived at 10:20 (per security camera) and did not even notify me until 12:15! And then they only called to attempt to explain that they were going to jack up the price!
Now they claim we had a “contract”, in spite of no date set for the job. It seems they just waited till they had nothing more lucrative to do and then tried to weasel back into a job they clearly didn’t want and tried to gouge me on the price as well.
DO NOT fall for this company and their shoddy business practices.

The best customer Service! The roof that this wonderful company put on is excellent. The foreman that coordinated all the work was cordial and polite. He knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to information about roofs. The roof we have now is metal. We are protected from hail. The workers showed up on time and did great work. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof, excellent workers, and above all a nice man who oversees all the work!

We had a great experience using Old World Roofing after hail damage. We used them as the contractor for all our home repairs and they did a great job. David was great to work with, responsive, and prompt. I would use them again if we have issues come up in the future.

Old World Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. I ordered a high end roof and received it along with outstanding office customer service. Their restoration department cleaned my duct work and did above and beyond what I was expecting. I will be using Old World again after the Holidays to clean my carpets throughout my home.

We have an older tile roof (1996) that needed some TLC. Jeff Tonso was able to repair outside soffit damage as well as acquire replacement tiles, fit them and repair leaking areas. Jeff did a great job!
