From start to finish, from the appointment scheduling to the technician, they made this as simple as possible. Jalen was so polite, professional, worked quick and efficient. He did such a wonderful job and was done in what felt like 30 minutes. Impressed with the work done and would highly recommend Jalen and the Triple C team.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! They were responsive, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. We contacted them for advice on a flood and equipment rental solutions and they were fantastic. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Its a little hard to find their building, but easy access right off Academy Blvd. Wonderful!!

The technician did carpet repair to an area in our home that was damaged by our pet. He did an outstanding job on the repair. We will definitely use this company again for other services.

Chris is very professional and did a great job on the carpet. We have 3 dogs ..2 of which are still puppies. Any and all stain/smell is gone. I would recommend Chris and Triple C highly and will use them again.

Triple C was short on employees due to the need to help people in the State of Louisiana who had flood damage due to the horrible storm they experience. Triple C still had employees in a short manner of time at my home to assess what need to be done. The employees were friendly and easy to work with, and they explained everything that needed to happen and why. They also let me know the approximate time it would take to dry the carpet. The employees came back on a regular basis to check the carpet status. I always knew when they were coming and if they were going to be delayed. I will hire Triple C again when it's time to clean the carpet in my home.

Excellent, professional, fast. They keep you posted via text messages with the exact day and time. The only complain comes from my dog, all his hard work has been erased. Great job guys!

After discovering a significant amount of black mold in my basement, I was at a loss. I contacted Triple C and immediately knew I made the right call. Ryan came out and thoroughly explained the process, provided a detailed quote and gave me options on the scope of work. Everything was looking good. When the crew showed up, I was even more impressed. Dennis Jenkins was the crew lead and in my 30+ years in sales and service, I have not met a more respectful, honest and hard working man. I could go on and about Dennis. The man not only did an incredible job in providing me a mold-free basement, he also became a true friend.

Drew was absolutely incredible!! We need more like him. He was on time, efficient and went above and beyond to ensure our carpet was not stained permanently. He has great attention to detail & was even considerate enough to research more about the product that I spilt on our brand new 5k carpet. Five stars across the board.

This team is great! We had a leak in our townhome wall from rain that could have ruined our brand new carpet and walls. They contacted us quickly (on a holiday weekend) and took very good care of us. Ryan and his team were responsive, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. Tammy was very patient with us while we fought with the HOA to get them to pay for the damages that their hole in the exterior wall caused. I highly recommend Triple C.

So our dog got sick while we were at work and couldn't hold it. We got home to a house filled with dog feces and the smell was unbearable. Triple C Complete answered our call at 8pm at night was at at our door first thing the next morning ready to clean up such a disguising mess. They did this with zero complaints and were quick and professional. The carpet looks amazing and the smell is 100% gone. Combine that with a great pricing for such a quick turn around we will using them again.

Triple C Restoration was an after hours miracle when our home flooded from our farm sink overflowing. It was a holiday (Christmas) weekend when we called, but Ryan has his team of professionals onsite in less then 2 hours.

We had just moved into our brand new home, just 11 days prior, to our mini disaster, and we panicked when all of our hardwood floors were flooded. We just knew that they would have to be replaced, but Ryan assured us that he could probably save them. Much to our amazement, we experienced a "true restoration" and did not have to replace any hardwood floors whatsoever.

This flood also made its way down into our basement and soaked all of our carpets and padding as well. Ryan's team placed extraction devices and fans throughout our entire kitchen and basement. The drying process took 7 days but Ryan was back each day to ensure that their process was working.

They got involved with our insurance company right away on day one and handled each step of our claim from start to finish.

When we tell our story, everyone cannot believe that we didn't have to replace our hardwood floors! Triple C was our miracle and we would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Ryan for a job well done and kudos to our whole team.

The 2 carpet techs were very professional, courteous, and did a very good job cleaning my carpets. I have used Triple C before and was pleased with their work and that's why I called them again. I plan to use them in the future as well.

Triple C is a remarkable water restoration company. I had water damage on Easter Sunday. A crew promptly arrived at my house, assessed the damage, and had the issue resolved instantly. I was astounded with their superior service! From the owner to every staff member, it is clearly evident the company is founded on providing outstanding quality. Sadly, in this day and age, the vast majority of companies we use on a daily basis are solely focused on quantity. To work with a company that was meticulous from the moment they entered the house till the second they left, it was refreshing to know there are still companies that pride themselves in perfection. I will absolutely use Triple C again!

After moving into a new house in Monument, our septic drain in the basement backed up and partially flooded the carpet and trim. Dennis Jenkins and the crew from Triple C came out right away and handled everything fantastically! They were extremely professional and so friendly. They are everything that other companies' customer service should aspire to. These guys are phenomenal!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I am so pleased with this company. The shampooers must be trained really well. Every shampooer has done a really good job. Last time and this time I had Drew and I am so pleased with him. Would highly recommend these guys. They did a great job on the carpets and even managed to get a grease spot out! Triple C stretched and cleaned my carpet recently and it came out great. I am very pleased with this company. They are so easy to work with, very respectful and they are very knowledgeable. They had their technicians Drew and Adam out to my home and they both did an Excellent job. They both understand their trade very well. They were able to get a few pet stains out of our carpet and tack down a few spots that were coming up. Super easy to work with and they did a great job!
