Tim Byczek, Director of Operations, SERVPRO, is a customer service rock star. He provided above-and-beyond support during an extensive flood mitigation project. Tim was available to explain procedures, answer questions, and offer assurance during a lengthy and potentially frustrating process—all with sincere, professional, and pleasant demeanor.

Doug and Jordan were professional and great to work with. There was one disagreement regarding the invoice but Doug made things right. I'd recommend Servpro for your disaster/restoration needs.

Cleaned air vents and did a small mold remediation in our bathroom. Cost came in $200 under the estimate, work was done quickly and efficiently. Our crew were friendly and informative. Great experience!!!!

We had a busted pipe that flooded our kitchen we called Austin at servpro and he was amazing he got here within 2 hours cleaned all the water up dried everything and kept checking in us for the next few days. I would highly recommend servpro they're amazing

When you've had a fire or water loss, you need to know that you're in the best hands to get you back to where you belong. Having worked with this company on the adjuster side, they always put their customers first and do what is right.

This company does not care about anything but MONEY ! Once they found out the insurance wasn't going to cover our flooded basement they put us on the back burner and would show up at 11 and only work a few hours a day while MOLD was climing our walls! The workers took the mud and wrote on the walls, punched holes in the walls. They even played dart with a screwdriver in the wall!! We were devastated we just lost half of our home and call a professional to help and they come in and play because they don't care about anybody themselves!! we got another company to come in and we were very happy with them! Servpro fought us did not want to give any of our money back even tho they done more damage to our home!! Got lots of pictures if anyone don't belive me! Just putting it out there they can't be trusted and do horrible work!!!!

Ray and John did a phenomenal job when we had an unexpected leak in our basement. They came within the hour, got everything set up to start the dry out process. The price was extremely competitive and significantly less than I thought it was going to be. I highly recommend this team!

This is all my opinion based on my experience with this specific franchise. Our house experienced damage from an appliance failure. The Servepro representative that showed up to get the bid talked about how Servepro would work to make things help keep things from being as inconvenient as possible. Said all damaged surfaces would be treated with anti-microbials and described a professional operation. The crew that actually showed up to do the work was anything but. They failed to spray any areas under the floor that had been damaged, and left areas in the damaged area un-sprayed. The crew was clearly only interested in doing the minimal work they could get away with and leaving. They left gaps in the plastic that was supposed to protect against any mold spread, and damaged additional areas in our home. Would never use this company again, and hope everyone else thinks twice before believing the things they say when they are trying to get the bid. If your experience is like ours, there is a huge difference between what they promise and what they deliver.

SERVPRO came to our rescue! We had a problem with the manifold on our sprinkler system which flooded a bedroom in our finished basement. I called a friend who said to call SERVPRO of North Central Colorado Springs. Matt quickly returned my call and had a team out the next day, even though it was a Saturday, to do the remediation work. Quite impressive service! They explained what they were going to do and completed the cleanup quickly. They set up fans and a dehumidifier and when the team returned a few days later they had meters and checked to make sure everything was dry. Everyone I dealt with at SERVPRO were professional and courteous. Thank you SERVPRO of North Central Colorado Springs!

ServPro of North Central Colorado Springs showed up immediately after calling them the morning after Mother's Day.
While sleeping my home flooded overnight and all three floors were completely affected. It was a disaster!
I myself am a certified IICRC WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician certified through the Institution of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration) so I knew exactly what kind of predicament I was in. UGH!
But I also knew from my previous employer that all restoration companies, or even franchises within a company are not equal in quality, commitment, integrity, professionalism and simply delivering what they promise -- I knew I could not call my previous employer.
Trained in the ServPro way I knew the North Central CS franchise was the team of professionals with proven results who would walk in and take this mess (property and emotional) off my hands!
Matt Valdez ( owner) is that professional and his team follows him as he leads by example. Troy (my team lead) walked in and immediately made me know this was going to be alright. It was heartbreaking to walk into a water damaged home when I was in the profession and putting the homeowner at ease is the first goal and Troy is the master. He and his team did it all: household goods carefully packed and moved out to a storage facility expeditiously (just out my front door in the street so I had access), roll offs orderd and delivered, damaged walls, ceilings, carpets, pads, furniture - you name it - they did it all!
I was kept informed every single step of the process. They were faster than I ever expected and worked like a profession machine with every gear working together for my best interest.
I cannot say enough about the entire team I've been privileged to work with at ServPro of North Central Colorado Springs. Matt, Deb, Troy, Austin, Travis..and that's just a few of them - but ALL of them are the best in serving YOU. Don't get confused and call just any ServPro! Its simple- call Matt.

My insurance agent at State Farm recommended Servpro when my husband discovered mold underneath the linoleum on my kitchen floor. I called Travis Cooper and he was just the sweetest gentleman. 5 Stars to Travis and his team at ServePro. They are always professional and quick to respond to any fire, water or mold situation. I highly recommend them no matter the job big or small. They also do sanitizing and cleaning of offices and buildings which has been great through these crazy times!

I called Servpro about some mold I found in my business, and they arrived shortly there after. They ended up finding more mold than I anticipated, but Will and his team provided me with a detailed estimate and kept me up to date every step of the way.
