The team over at Servpro North Central CO Springs were very professional and timely. They pulled up to the job and within minutes were cleaning and setting up equipment for our water damage. Ray guided us through the process and expectations for the next serval days and answered all our questions. It all wrapped up with James coming out to pickup equipment and to make sure our needs were meet. I couldn’t have asked for better service. If ever needed again, these guys will be my only call. Very unprofessional. I had my basement flooded and called Servpro into action. They were responsive and caring however they filed a lien against my fathers home. My father unfortunately passed away 1 week after their service and failed to contact me as the estate director. They also failed to finish the project. Water has been removed but the damaged insulation is still present. I will definitely not be using this company ever again.

John and Ray from Servpro North Central came out to take care of our basement after it flooded from ground water. They were extremely helpful and responsive and made the entire mitigation process seamless. Job well done and thanks for getting us dry! Would highly recommend.

I called Servpro after my house flooded. They were onsite within a couple of hours ready to assist. They were completely professional which made it easy to open up my home to them. With the fast response time they were able to get the water up in no time which prevented the water from affected more areas. Matt and Troy made this difficult time bareable for my family and I. Would highly recommend ServPro of North Central Colorado Springs who recently performed cleanup at our Iowa home after the derecho. The team was professional, timely, and empathetic. A special thanks to Andrew for great communication about when the team would arrive and what next steps would be, to Troy for expertise and patiently explaining to us and the adjuster the cleanup that was required, and to Austin for diligent work and cleanup after. The team was friendly, punctual, thorough, and made this difficult time easier for us to manage.

Not trustworthy! Matt the owner promised (quoted) me the job would be done by close of business Friday. I went with SERVPRO as they were the fastest so i committed to his company. Friday came and went and they ended up showing on the following Tuesday. Job was done 7 days late! I was barely able to close on the property and move on. The job was done correct the first time but to not answer your cell phone and apologize...unacceptable. I wanted to withhold payment 7 days late but that wouldn't help anyone. 3 stars only because they did the job within Mold inspection standards the first time.

We had a water issue at a large commercial facility in Colorado Springs. The water damage was extensive. Austin Green came out within 2 hours of our call with air movers and crews ready to go. Austin did a damage assessment and clearly communicated a plan of action. The follow through was excellent!

I had a water leak in my home this past June. Was referred to ServPro by my insurance. Austin Green of ServPro was very professional. Service was on-time and very responsive. By the next day they were able to come out to my home. Austin was always available over the phone for questions and I was kept in the loop of the process and schedule. Price was very competivie and the work was done thoroughly. Most importantly the problem was remediated which avoided more costly repairs. Would recommend ServPro to anyone with water leak issues. We have had several sewage floods in our leased space over 5 years When service pro arrived today and got to work, it was immediately apparent they were knowledgeable in all aspects of cleaning up after chaos. They even helped us understand how much remaining damage existed, from previous poor clean ups, from non professional services. We are confident we would reach out to them again, with any future damages and highly recommend them to all!

Tyondre and his team were punctual, courteous, and extremely attentive to my needs. My house was flooded on two levels, they were quick to get the place dried out and the wet flooring and drywall removed. The came back regularly over the course of 10 days to check the progress and make sure everything was in ready shape for the reconstruction phase. I would definitely recommend these guys!

These guys are fantastic - in any type construction things don’t always go perfect. What matters is how the company responds if something doesn’t go well. Jordan handle the issue very well. I highly recommend ServePro - Side Note, this was the first time I have ever had water damage, so I did not understand that I had to be the general contractor and figure out what needed to be done and then call multiple companies to schedule. Servpro only does water extraction, I hope this helps if you have water issues.

Upon discovering a huge/strong water burst in my master bath did not start my day out very nice. Called insurance company and they called ServPro. (I would never have known they existed) Dillon and Kenny were very professional in what they were doing and just letting me know things were under control. In the end when their job was done, these two men left things cleaned way beyond what I expected. They were wonderful and in my opinion they went above and beyond. Thank you for such great service by your wonderful employees. They took pride in their work.

I can’t say enough about Andrew and his crew. They were amazing! They were there when they said they would be. Andrew and Javier came and talked to my insurance adjuster when he was there to come up with a plan to resolve my water issue. Andrew was great at keeping me informed as to what was happening and when, Javier was mighty at destruction:) No matter where you live, this is the team you should have help you for whatever your needs are for your home. ServPro responded immediately to our early morning kitchen flood. They worked fast to mitigate damage and protect our home and were courteous, friendly and respectful of our home. They have been and are still proactive in helping us on the path to closure and have interacted well with our insurance agent. We would highly recommend this location to anyone. I was nervous after my first claim with the insurance. It's a brand new house and we had water damage on 3 levels. I found SERVPRO on Google and called Jennifer who calmed me down and got me scheduled for less than 1 hour out. I didn't know what to expect but Doug arrived exactly at noon just like he said he would (Thank you Doug!) He answered all of my questions immediately got me in touch with a plumber who also came out right away because I used his name. Doug informed me of his plan to dry out and restore my home and was available for my insurance guy. He made sure that all of my damaged furniture and clothing were also made part of the claim. I would not have known what to do without him. This company really does go the extra mile. 10/10 would recommend.
