I got my roof and gutters done by old world roofing after the hail storm in 2016. The company did a excellent job with my roof and gutters. The house looks beautiful and they did it in a timely matter. The customer service was also excellent. Overall, this is a great company and I had a great experience with old world roofing. I would highly recommend old world roofing.

Old World Roofing is easy to work with. They gave a written estimate and followed through until job was complete. No run around or double talk. Chris was patient to explain things and answer questions. I have used them twice plus referred them to others.

Several weeks ago Jeff Tonso did some work on my in-laws
roof. I asked if he could take a look at the gutters on my house for replacement or repair. He gave me an estimate. We hired him. Last night it rained like hell and not a smidgen of water leaked around or out of the gutters. A+ to Jeff and to Old World Roofing.

Old World Roofing provided excellent service and I'm so happy with them. They came out and did a roof inspection. They found and documented in photos a few cracked tiles on the roof that need to be repaired/replaced. They also found that the roof jacks were all worn and needed to be replaced after 23 years. As we're getting our windows replaced in a few months we decided to hold off on the tile repairs until the windows are completed, but we went forward with the roof jack repairs. Once the windows are done, they will come back and re-inspect, make sure there isn't any additional tile damage, and we'll move forward with the tile repairs. Great service from the inspector (Steve Houston) to the person that did the work on the roof. Thanks folks for a great job!!

I waited to submit this pending complaints thru BBB, Office of Attorney General, and Dept of insurance.If given the option to chose this company after over a year and a half and all the problems we've had it would be a HARD PASS! Following a substantial hail claim in 2023...this company...overbilled for upgraded repairs and items NEVER recieved, charged personal items on recipepts.(red bulls.). The receptionist sent accusatory and nasty emails following contact about all the issues and errors leading to them send a subcobtractor to our home to threaten us to stop bothering this receptionist by asking for invoices and clarification of billing mistakes...this is acknowledged in the BBB.complaint..this receptionist was told to stay out of the claim following this issue but continued, we even made numerous attempts to contact the owner to no avail! They REFUSED to answer ANY questions including billing errors and invoice discrepancies and filed bogus legal actions to intimidate us into paying even though they NEVER completed $15000 or 20% of the claim. They continue to DEMAND to be paid fr the work they DID NOT complete! We DID pay them in FULL for all actual completed repairs and provided items.We filed BBB complaints and they gave fraudulent paperwork and.provided plenty of non answers. They issued a completely different statement to the Office to Attorney General complaint. They created invoices and backdated them ADDING items, changing items and changing prices. This includes billing for a door that was an upgraded item and 2x the amount of the door they ACTUALLY installed. We provided all these concerns to them over 8 months and over 50 correspondences, even getting insurance and the mortgage company involved, that went unanswered by them. They refused all attempts for MONTHS to call, email or go in-person to talk to them about the billing errors, they told us they were too busy. We drove 50+ miles three aeparate times to speak to them and they were UNAVAILABLE!!!They would not even COMMUNICATE as obligated thru the BBB. We had to.hire another contractor at additional expense because repairs went uncompleted for so long it caused additional damage. They threatened us two separate times with legal action only to have them dismissed because THEY had forgotten to submit insurance suppliments and because they attempted to file a lien PAST the date requirements in Colorado. When we went to the office to make the final payment for work they completed, they all sat in the back of the office refusing to come out to speak to us and laughed loudly in the back. They threw everyone, including their former employees and subcontractors under the bus to avoid any responsibility. This is all documented and available thru the BBB and Attorney General office. Police your claim and stay aware of whats.being billed and completed on your claim to avoid this! This is the nightmare we all fear when dealing with contractors! FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR!

We had roof repairs done by Jeff Tonso. We thought he did an outstanding job with thorough attention to detail. The work was completed on time and within our budget. We especially appreciated the daily worksite cleanup. We highly recommend Old World Roofing - and have especially high praise for Jeff!!

I needed a small job done during the summer months. It was just minor repairs to the roof and some stucco. Other companies prioritized the big, high-income jobs over something like mine. Old World's estimator, Jeff came out a day after I called and gave me my estimate a day after that, while other companies took days to arrive and up to weeks to send me the estimate. Their stucco estimates were lazy, estimating a pricey re-build rather than a small repair. Deciding on Old World was easy.
Jeff came out and completed the repair in a couple of days without any hiccups. Lots of photos. I’m sure my roof will last at least another decade. The amount of work was less than estimated, which is the only reason I'm giving fewer than five stars. I would hire Old World again.

Great experience with Old World Roofing and specifically Jeff Tonso. Jeff did a thorough inspection of our roof (after a recent exterior painting project). We have concrete tiles that are very durable but also can crack if stepped on at the right point. Jeff provided a reasonable estimate (including numerous pictures) to make the identified repairs and even came back to address a couple items that he found while completing the repairs.

My original skylight installation leaked significantly after snowstorms. Within a short time of contacting Old World Roofing, Jeff gave me an estimate to repair the damage to the roof, replace my skylight, and also repair a few other areas of concern. Jeff was attentive to detail and completed all repairs in a timely fashion especially since he had to work around forecasts of snow. Old World Roofing will be at the top of my list for any future roofing needs.

We had 4 skylights installed in our home in Colorado Springs. Jeff did the installs and was very attentive to the details and did a daily clean up of the construction debris. We are very happy with the final results.

Old world roofing replaced my roof due to a recall on shingles. It appears that old world roofing did not do the job correctly. There are 2 layers of underlayment. Step flashing is missing and the vents were not installed properly. I have leaks into my house that has caused damage to my ceiling and floor. Incorrect vent installation has caused humidity to build up in the roof and I have black spots on my ceiling. Upon calling old world I am being told that it passed inspection so they are not responsible. I don't think inspectors climb the roof and rip shingles to check if the job has been done correctly. This is clearly poor workmanship. They will not even come out and assess the situation.

Great roofing company that really cares about their customers. They handled all the correspondence with the insurance company. They even went to bat for us when the insurance company didn't want to cover some expenses multiple times. They did a professional install and picked up all trash and nails. They came out multiple times to meet with the insurance company to make sure they saw the hail damages. Do not call the insurance company if you suspect you have hail damage as it counts as a claim even if you don't file a claim and it goes on your record... Call Old World Roofing!

This company is extremely professional and efficient / They just cleaned our 45, 000 sq. feet school (PTAA ) with extreme detail . Highly recommend/ Thanks guys
