They were quick to respond and show up on-site. Their equipment ‘told the story’ about the water damage. Very thorough and comprehensive mitigation and subsequent transition to renovation and repairs. As a homeowner, I couldn’t be more satisfied!!

The cost ended up being more than anticipated, but you get what you pay for. I once paid someone else far less and the result were also far less desirable. MD was professional, on time and the results were better than expected. I loved it.

I’ve used MD Cleaning Specialists 3 times now and have been very pleased every time. I don’t even shop around. They’ve done an excellent job every time. Why take a chance and try someone else. Thanks Allen

Great service! Showed up on time, started work right away, super reasonable prices as far as square footage goes. I would absolutely use them again and probably will need to in a couple of years.

A few spot were missed along the bottom of the bed in the master bedroom. And the family room took a while to dry. The service could've been better. Happy Wife, Happy Life!!

Allen was very friendly and thorough. I had to reschedule a couple times and they made it easy to do so. He was very helpful and did a great job. I would recommend them highly.

I’m very disappointed. I bought a Groupon for upholstery cleaning over a month ago. I have called many times, left messages, tried to schedule an appointment online ( if you click on the appointment tab it directs you to a page that says call). I have no idea how to get ahold of these people!

AJ was professional with our carpet cleaning needs, and even complemented on how well we kept ours clean. We would definitely use MD Cleaning Specialists again. Scheduling was super easy online.

I was amazed at how thorough a job Nate and the other man with him did. My sofa and loveseat look great! You can tell they take pride in their work, and they were both very friendly. I will definuitely be using MD Cleaning Specialists again!

I had bought a coupon from Radio Shopping Show for a carpet cleaning from MD. Called and called to make an appointment. They didn't answer,and didn't respond to my messages.
I finally caught them in, and explained that I needed to schedule before the coupon expired.They said not to worry, they'd honor it. They didn't honor it, because they never showed up.Three times. I moved my furniture and waited. They didn't show up,and didn't call to let me know. When I called them they made excuses, claimed they had called, and rescheduled.Three times.
Finally I said I just wanted a refund. They said I'd have to get it from Radio Shopping Show, who refused because MD had screwed around so long it was past the expiration date. So I got shafted by both of them.
I live on a fixed income, and definitely couldn't afford it.
Don't hire this dishonest unreliable company.

I purchased coupon from radio shopping station for $25.00 .for a $325.00 discount.i have 15 vents and 10 return vents. The two young men did a great through job, with suction hose. .I could hear all the dirt tumbling through hose. All vent covers were taken out side to clean &dry. Vents were then sprayed with sterilizer,and vent covers replaced. Dryer vent suctioned out. I'm sure the drying time will decrease now that all that lint was removed. I am extremely pleased with the service these men provided. They were both very kind and respectful. And I will use them in future. Unfortunately, I do not recall their names.Sorry guys.

Very upset that my floor took almost a whole day to dry. I understand my husband purchased a certificate but I paid $49.00 in cash on top of the certificate which is not what is advertised on them so read small print because they are collecting money but I paid extra to have my lower step landing area done to. I noticed dirt spots before the 2 men left and the older one went over what I pointed out in room and got up but they didn't get front room cleaned and more. I allowed everyone see before, during drying, and after before I cleaned myself which the next day my water looked like it was not ever touched but it's now all clean.

I do appreciate the friendliness in the 2 gentlemen but the cleaning could of been way better. Also, I could smell the beer on the one man but hey that's none of my business. Also, I really want to think the young one for helping with heavy air conditioning I was moving and that's why I paid him for helping because he didn't have to.

Long story short my husband was offered another cleaning or money back and I want my money back and again I paid cash.

Worst company ever. Came in, started the job and then led us to believe that we had to have a lot more than was necessary done. They tried to scam us out of 50k on money and when I had my other 2 bids done they were 25k less than his. When we asked for our bill after 3 days and then firing them, they tried to scam us out of 6500.00 dollars! For what! Putting some fans down and moving everything out of my house into a unit (which they tried to keep us from knowing about the location). They also informed us that there were no containers in Colorado springs to put into our driveway, and that was the reason for getting the storage unit, but we called 4 companies and every single company had a container available for delivery that same day. Suspicious??They also make you believe that the testing they have done through 'their' companies are about double what they actually are. We physically called and found put prices from the two companies they used for mold testing and asbestos and they gave us affordable prices. So MD restoration is charging us, the public, double to pick up the phone and have them come out...wow. They have lost there damn minds. The day that started moving our stuff out of the basement, when they returned from lunch, I noticed that several of the men that were moving our belongings smelt highly of alcohol. We have a small child in our home, not something you want to have to explain tour child. They are a horrible company and I would never reccomend them.

They were able to get my carpet cleaned on shirt notice the next day. Much appreciated! AJ arrived on time, was very courteous and did a thorough and great job.

We had boxer puppies born and needed our basement cleaned so it would be presentable for our new fur babies environment. And they're potential new families to feel comfortable meeting their new fur babies and to pick them for their forever homes. Big shout out to AJ he listened to my concerns and addressed them in a very professional manner making me feel comfortable with a company's guarantee on my pet stains and odors. The company guarantees that if they come out the first time and the job is not done to your satisfaction they will come out again and redo the job at no additional cost. AJ made sure that I understood this guarantee. I'll request AJ each and every time.

Amazing customer service. Great explanation of everything needed and done. Allowed us time to move things and let us save our bedroom for last since this was a 3.5 hr job and we wanted to group in one place. Had us check areas already done. We could see the difference immediately and it only got better as it dried! Highly recommended!

Had my carpets cleaned today. They did an awesome job! A.J and the other man (sorry I did not catch his name) were prompt, fast, and very professional. I would definitely reccomend this company. Thanks guys.
