Had a good experience with Mario's moving services. The way he handled and cared for the property was like it was his own and he was very professional. I'd hire him again for future services if needed.

Mario's service was fast and professional. He cut tree weeds in front yard and tall thick weeds in back yard. He was very nice, happy, professional. I recommend his services.

We are in the midst of fixing up the house and discovered mold on the wall. Team from Restoration King came in and quickly took out the impacted section. They followed up by replacing the drywall and painting. The wall looks great and I cant tell where the original issue was. Will definitely recommend their services and pray I don't have to use again but so glad to know they're around just in case.

Excellent service. Had a crawlspace flooding issue in the recent storm and they showed up within 30 minutes - incredible. Found the issue (disconnected downspout eroding soil away from foundation under porch) and resolved it within the hour. The owner showed up and explained what they could/would do, and they spent the next three days doing it exactly as promised, on time, and with respect and professionalism. Cost was entirely reasonable for the situation and fully itemized.

I can verify their remediation is working, as the humidity in the flooded crawlspace has now dropped lower than it’s ever been - even before the event (see photo).

I really wish more services and small businesses in the area would take a lesson from these guys. Their honesty, straightforwardness, and follow-through aren’t what you always see these days. Highly recommended.

After 4 long years and 6 different companies later, Jason and team at Restoration King finally helped us fix an ongoing problem. He went above and beyond to help what was causing condensation in our attic. From inspecting himself, getting us in touch with a reliable HVAV technician and roofer, to holding our hand through the entire process. The remodel was flawless and was priced appropriately with the amount work that was needed to get everything fixed. After four years, I can finally have a burden lifted and I can not thank them enough. This is a prime example what customer service should be!

I work hard every day. I came home & went downstairs to notice the majority of my carpet is soaking wet. I immediately start cutting the carpet out, getting it out of my house, & putting old blankets on the floor to start soaking up the water. I called David with Restoration King on Saturday, & Jason with Restoration King came first thing Monday morning to assess the situation. Jason explained in detail about the broken water pipe, as well as many options that I had to fix the problem. I chose the best solution, given that I have no extra money right now, (who does?) & Jason immediately started taking pictures & started the process for the basement problem to get fixed. Jason has explained daily: the process, what the plan for the day is, what I can do to help, what they did yesterday, & what the plan to get done later. All of Jason's connections, as far as it came to plumbers, & employees; went out of their way to help. Not to mention that I had been up for 4 nights working, & then trying to deal with the basement in the day time... I was so tired, I had very little patience, just wanted to get things done without a hassle, & Jason understood completely. Jason made the entire process absolutely easy for me to do, in my situation. Restoration King is above & beyond all others! You will not be disappointed!

Upon discovering a water leak under the kitchen sink; I called Restoration King to mitigate the water damage. Jason came to my home and after evaluating the issue brought in equipment to dry everything out in order to ensure I did not have to replace my cabinet, flooring, or any subfloor impacted. Jason was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If I have any problems in the future I will be sure to call Restoration King and request Jason.

We had to have mold remediation done for the sale of our home. They were fantastic! The process from beginning to end was extremely efficient. They were out to look at the mold very quickly and came back the next day to take care of it. The man who was did the remediation was very quick, only took about an hour, and he cleaned up after himself. Everyone I dealt with at Restoration King was very kind and informative. The sewer line broke in our crawl space. Jason gave us the best and most efficient way to take care of the problem. He and his crew came and made the space workable so a plumber could get down there to fix the broken pipe. When the plumbing was resolved the crew from Restoration King came back to dry out the crawl space and .the major cleanup. The staff was very friendly and hard woking. I was given updates on a regular basis. Even though they had plastic all over the basement they cleaned the carpet too!

Purchased a home that had mold in the basement. Jason came out and gave me an in-depth estimate for all of the work. Later that month a crew came out and did a great job cleaning the basement and the rest of the home.

Restoration King did a great job with water damage and remediation. Very professional and quality workmanship. One hiccup happened when my project manager was overwhelmed with work without cell service and he did not respond to my texts in a timely manner. David Wayne (Owner) immediately took over the project and got the job done. Thank you for making the bedroom look like new.
