We got a referral for Restoration King from the BBB. We needed quick assistance, as our pipes burst on New Years Eve. From initial intervention, to project completion, the entire team was professional and courteous. Some minor communication issues with the carpet company which Tracy and his team handled themselves. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.

Additionally, we use Restoration King exclusively for cleaning the carpets in our rental properties - they assess the condition prior to cleaning it to make sure we are using our money wisely. We are always pleased with the results. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I was sick for a long time from mildew in the crawlspace in our home caused by a water leak. Jason was amazing in how he handled our repairs. He was extremely careful to make sure that our home was mildew free and no longer a threat to my health. He was very professional and always prompt. We used his services twice and both times we were so pleased with him and his impressive crew.

We got back from Christmas vacation to find a burst pipe that had been running into the ceiling of our basement for 4 days. What a mess.

We called Restoration King and they were there in an hour and had things in order and drying out that afternoon.

Once the adjuster came out, they oversaw all the work... all new drywall and ceilings, texturing, paint and carpeting. The quality of the work was excellent and Tracy (our project manager) did a great job communicating and ensuring we knew what was going on.

I can't say enough about how happy we are that they did the job. I would refer them to anyone and will always use them in the future.

Jason and his crew are incredible. they have a crew that is skilled enough for what seems to be any job, and do it well and professionally at that! They are excellent at guiding you through the process and they get things dry so quickly! They are the company for you!

We had a toilet leak which impacted some hardwood flooring around the toilet. We also discovered that we had some mold under the hardwood. I called Restoration King and spoke with Jason. After hearing about the situation, he gave me some information that I could utilize until they could come out to the house. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to relate to a homeowner that is stressed out about the situation! Restoration King came to our house and got to work. They were very professional, neat, cleaned up after themselves, and did an outstanding job of remediating the mold and taking care of our problem. They left a filtering system which cleaned the air in the house for 2 days and then Jason came by to pick it up and re-inspect the area that was treated. While here, they again took another moisture reading of the floor and answered all of my questions and concerns. Overall experience with Restoration King was amazing and would recommend them to anyone!

They seem like good people, but I experienced a lot of poor business and communication skills across the board. I needed mold remediation. I went with them because it felt like they truly cared, and they used non-toxic plant-based chemicals. But there was a LOT of lack of follow through. I asked for documentation in the first phone call, but they forgot to send it until later. It took a week to get an initial estimate visit, then multiple weeks to actually get an estimate. Multiple promises were made to get it to me but I had to keep following up, getting more delays. Seems like there may have been personal issues for the estimator, and he was really busy, which I understand, but it would help to have better communication with accurate expectations set. The actual estimate was more than twice the amount quoted (ball-park) during the initial visit. Then another week before they could start the job. Those doing the work were amazing. They did a great job, working hard and fast. Going the extra mile. But there was zero follow-up from the project manager after it was done. I reached out with a question and I never heard back. Just received the bill. I guess they are so busy they don’t need to be good with business or communication? That’s what it seems like. Prices were better than some competitors, so if you don’t mind a lack of communication and longer wait times, they did great work.

The Monday before Christmas was a bit more stressful for us this past year than others. At 9:30 pm, I crawled into my crawlspace only to stare at gallons AND gallons of water that had leaked from under our flooring - I was devastated. I ended up leaving a message on Restoration King's emergency voicemail. 30 minutes later, and for weeks after that, the staff at RK, and especially Jason Garcia, were attentive, empathetic and more prompt in their responses than any other restoration company I have ever worked with. I absolutely adored this crew and there is no one else I would recommend in town other than them for any project that you would need. This is an amazing company! They came in and cleaned my carpets for me before we moved to our new apartment, and honestly they never looked better. When our apartment did their walk through before we moved out, even they were impressed with the job they did. Their staff is helpful, friendly, and highly professional. With the holidays coming up, if you want to impress your guests with super clean carpets, I would highly recommend letting them do the heavy lifting for you.

It all started with an indoor waterfall coming through the ceiling, and in a panic, we saw a Restoration King vehicle and dialed up the number from the side of the vehicle and from that moment on, all was taken care of and peace of mind was given. Had a leak in my ceiling, and initially tried my home warranty to find out what the cause was. After having a plumber and HVAC come out, I finally gave up on them and called Restoration King. They already had great reviews online, along with the BBB. So as soon as I emailed them, they got back to me immediately and quickly deduced where the leak was coming from. They fixed my ceiling promptly (which was causing me extreme stress) and re-did the flooring in my bathroom where the leak was originating from. Thank you, Jason Brandt for a job well done!

I had Jason and his crew insulate and seal my crawl space this winter. Within 8 hours the job was complete and other than the finished product, you didn't know they were there. Within the first month, I noticed a huge difference in the comfort of our home and a $40 reduction in our gas bill. I highly recommend their services. I worked closely with Jason from Restoration King and he was able to provide fast and friendly service. The initial inspection was quickly done and it was a mix of efficiency and some enlightening education. I found Jason to be extremely honest and upfront with all costs and recommendations. We eventually went with their mold remediation services as well as repairs to our exterior deck and various other minor items. Everything was completed on time (within one week) and a substantially lower cost than other companies. Very happy to work with Jason and to have found a reliable company.

Jason and his team did absolutely a wonderful job restoring the minor water damage in my house caused by a leaking toilet. The results of the repair exceeded my standard. My tenant told me that they couldn't even tell any repairs have even been made to the dry wall. He always responded to my calls in a timely manner and kept me in the loop with every step of the repair process. This was my 1st time ever using Jason's services, but the 1st impression was 5 star.
