Constraction reviews in Colorado Springs, Colorado

A vandal threw a large rock through the window of our rental property, leaving the property open, glass strewn all over the house, and terrified tenants. In this time when every contractor is booked for months, and every sheet of plywood is back ordered for weeks, this team responded immediately, showed up on time, cleaned up and secured the property. They were a bright spot in a panicked stressful day. We are very grateful.

My basement flooded out due to a toilet connection leak, I called my Insurance Co. and they recommended SERVPRO in Colorado Springs. It was a Sunday afternoon. Kavek Morrow called me
and came out within 30 minutes to check the damage. We then scheduled a cleanup time and he brought his crew James and C.J.. They immediately began the process of removing the damaged carpet and setup the dehumidifiers in place. They were in and out in a relatively short time, The job
done very professionally. They were very professional and provided the service anyone would expect.
But few probably receive. Most SERVPRO'S are franchised and you never know what you will get. Well I had a great experience and would recommend this Crew any day.. -
Never have I been disappointed nor let down when using Servpro. They are professional easy to work with and always try to get you the best deal possible while still maintaining quality workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, we had a sewage drain line separate in our crawl space. It was an awful, stinking mess. Erik and Chris responded. I really appreciated their assistance. They did a great job and both had excellent attitudes. They were very willing to do whatever was necessary to get the job accomplished and to have a satisfied customer. Thanks, gentlemen for a job well done.

We had a flooded basement and contacted ServePro. Roy was our project manager. He and the team worked very hard to mitigate our situation. They were professional, hardworking and provided excellent communication about when they would be on the job each day and answered our questions about the process and next steps and they worked seamlessly with our insurance company. I would highly recommend ServePro!

Disappointed and Very unprofessional. They started mitigation in my house on August 2023, when the reconstruction needs to take place, it took them forever to get me on their list. They sent me the contract to pay the downpayment which I did same day $745. December 2023 It's like they're not going to fix anything yet. I asked to get a refund because I am not happy with how long I needed to wait. They said 2 weeks I will be getting my money in the mail. It's January 2024 and almost February and yet we still haven't got our money back. Everytime we try to call only the front desk or whoever is answering us and no one can say or give us an update about OUR OWN MONEY that we paid them.

I just wanna say I am incredibly happy with our service! We had a pipe bust in our crawlspace and had a different company come out who quoted us $3200 and I didn’t feel in my gut that this was right and had a hunch i may have been taken advantage of because of my mental state at the time due to stress. So I called Servpro and saved myself more than 50% and the job was well done! Normally I would say cheaper is not always better, but that is absolutely not the case with my situation. My crawlspace is completely dry now and Jake took the time to educate us on each step and what it’s important for. What I valued most was his up front honesty about everything, Jake even helped me find my cat that had ran away during the chaos in my house! Overall this company values your time and pockets, while also valuing themselves. They arent afraid to get their hands dirty.

Used this company to fix a leak in my bathroom that caused damage to the wall and flooring! Josh was who I worked with and he was absolutely amazing. Professional, on time, and got the job done quickly for we weren’t displaced for to long! Definitely would recommend and will be a returning customer!

As a property manager, I had a home that was very abused by a former tenant. ServPro responded quickly, providing me with multiple estimates within a day or two. Darryl Harley, my assigned project manager, was very pleasant to work with and made sure that the property was flawless before his team left. Even when I pointed out items that I wanted a little more attention to, he quickly got his team to the property to ensure the quality of the project. He clearly took great pride in his work and I will absolutely be hiring him again - 5/5 stars.

Deven and his team were professional and communicated the process very well.

We had servepro (525 Babcock location) come out to repair damage from a water leak. We were very impressed with the demolition team they sent out who installed the containment barrier.
Our problem (and this review) pertains to the reconstruction team. To begin with, there was poor communication as to when they would arrive. They’d show up and not return for days to weeks later. No effort was made to try to contain the dust. The contractor had a containment barrier but did not use it. Multiple times I covered bedding and furniture only to have them uncovered and filled with dust, paint, and other materials. A piece of furniture was taken apart without consent to cover up damage done to it. We had so much plaster/dust throughout the whole house, furnace and ducts that we were unable to use our heat in the dead of winter. The manager, Brandon, was apologetic and agreed to cover the hefty costs for the needed duct cleaning. It’s been three months and we’ve been getting the run around about this reimbursement. Contacted corporate but that was a dead end as they do not take responsibility for its franchises.
Overall very disappointed with the quality of work, lack of integrity and poor communication. I can’t speak to other locations or franchises but would recommend you steer clear of this branch. -
Make sure you check all of your statements after working with these people. I received a fraud notice from my bank about Servpro trying to run my card multiple times when my payments had already posted. An employee called me and admitted she was running my card without my authorization because the payments hadn’t posted on her end. That’s fraud - period. At that time I emailed her a screenshot proving my payments had in fact posted. The entire thing was fishy. I went back and checked today before paying off my credit card a month later and found a duplicate payment I did NOT authorize and they apparently didn’t notice defrauding me of. Aside from that we had a lot of problems with Servpro throughout the process of restoring our home, from staff showing up randomly accusing me of scheduling the work when I didn’t, to a manager yelling at me over such, when it was really an employee’s fault. The employees themselves were hard workers and it’s a shame but I have to give this rating after all the problems with accounts receivable and management.

They are a joke, our builder Tralon homes hired this company to come out and pressure wash the front of our house and our driveway out in Falcon. They then proceeded to unwind our garden house use my stuff with out our permission and just let water run down our drive what a joke took 4 of them to do that, then they just wadded the hose up and threw it on the side of our house. If this would be the employees I’ve managed they would be looking for a new job by the end of the day. Stay clear of this company especially if your a company looking to hire them, they will just steal your money

Servpro did me a real solid when they mitigated my destroyed room from water damage. Very professional and warm people. Also the demolition went real well. Room is all put back together and I'm very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Servpro to anyone in need of their multiple services.

Ask for Jake!!!
When things go wrong - peace of mind, expertise and the speed to get things done are important! Jake and his team nailed it in all areas.
I had a water pipe let go late on a Friday night as I was out of town. Luckily my daughter called ServPro and they thankfully sent Jake and his team out to handle the situation. He explained what he saw, what needed to be done and the process they would use to get it done. They stayed until 4am the next morning and I didn't really have any worry at all knowing I had an expert taking care of it.
Thank you Jake and your team for making a potentially terrible situation a lot less stressful. -
Long story short: Stay away from this company.
Our journey with ServPro began in November of 2023 and has not been resolved as of August 2025. The flood remediation and demolition was relatively fine, and for the part of reconstruction that the gentleman named Malcolm did was great, however his productivity was often hindered by the general contractor’s disorganization. We wanted Malcolm to keep working on our home, but there came a point he decided to no longer work on our home because of Conrad’s (the general contractor) poor communication and organization. Timelines were often very drawn out, supplies were not dropped off on time for work to occur, and the majority of the time the only weeks when work was done was when my husband reached out to ask when work was going to happen. Our general contractor lacked communication not only with us but also the sub-contractors which caused significant confusion and project disruption.
There were many days when workers showed up to do work but could only do 30minutes to an hour of work because the general contractor or the workers had forgotten required tools or supplies. This caused us to continually have to adjust our schedules to accommodate additional days for one portion of the project to be completed.
Several things were done incorrectly that we had to be the ones to point out that it was done poorly, incorrectly, or not at all.
Additionally, many of the subcontractors who were sent to work on our house, the timeline of their arrival was not communicated very well which led to several times when they showed up and we were not home to let them in (at the start of this project we made it clear we would only have work being done when we were home). We also have a large amount of construction supplies that were left behind and not disposed of or removed from the site that we’ve been responsible for. Also, there were numerous times when subcontractors would show up having not been fully communicated to about what work they were expected to complete/how it was to be done, which led us having to play a much larger role in leading that.
One of the other great concerns is that the general contractor who was assigned to our project - we discovered at one point he was no longer with the company, and were not notified. We came to learn (early January 2025) that the notes that he made related to our house repair and the work that was or was not done was incomplete or missing altogether, which meant that Servpro did not have accurate records for what our final balance should be.
At that time the general contractor’s manager sent us a document to sign saying that the work was complete, but that document included a lot of work that was not done in this project (the scope of work was narrowed down as the project went on). We were told to indicate what was or was not done. We eventually made our notes and sent them to the manager to review and adjust the documents accordingly. We did not hear back from her despite several messages and voicemails sent to her.
In July of 2025 we called the main office again to figure out what was going on, at which point we were told that the general contractor’s manager was also no longer with the company and no such notes or files that would cause them to contact us regarding the situation. This was about 2 weeks ago, the main office (Debbie) said that they would look into this and call us back within 2 business days and we have not heard back. We have called twice since then and left messages, but have not been contacted.
I would highly recommend staying away from this company. -
We can’t recommend Servpro enough! From start to finish, their team was communicative, transparent, and truly had our best interest in mind. We originally hired a different company that only made our situation worse. Thankfully, Jonathon Cowley came out personally to inspect our home and had a crew on-site just two hours later.
Every team member was professional and thoughtful—they paid attention to every detail. Once the work was complete, the office staff and coordinators (I believe her name was Debbie) went above and beyond. She handled everything with our insurance company and advocated for us the entire way through.
If your home is ever in a disaster, trust me call Servpro. Choosing anyone else would be a mistake. -
My experience with ServPro was great. They took my call after hours and got me on the schedule as soon as they could. Deven and Jordan were professional and efficient. They dealt with a very nasty cleanup at my home and I am impressed with the results. They definitely saved the day and took care of something I couldn't handle. I recommend ServPro, Deven and Jordan and while I hope to never go through this again, they will be my first call if needed!

ServPro did an excellent job of working with me and restoring my home after a sewer back up damaged the lower two levels of my home. The workers were punctual, pleasant and most professional. A Shout Out to Angela, Project Manager; Debbie, Coordinator; Craig and his wonderful assistant; Evelyn and Martin, Contents; Shane, Project Manager; and Jonathan, General Manager.
If I ever have need in the future, I would most definitely contact them. -
ServPro was called out to investigate an odor issue caused by water intrusion in our homes basement causing mold to develop under our carpet. They advised used to treat the floor with an antimicrobial spray and to replace the carpet padding and not the carpet. We hired them to perform the tasks requested. They pulled the carpet up, removed the padding and supposedly sprayed the concrete slab with antimicrobial. Our interaction with the technicians was less than professional. They did not answer any asked questions, they completed the job extremely fast, leaving to question whether or not they truly cleaned or sprayed a sufficient amount of antimicrobial to treat our mold issue. The initial contact with the lead technician was positive, which was the only reason we proceeded. Unfortunately after that it was all a downhill process. Their work did nothing to resolve our problem and we later found out through other remediation companies that out concrete floors should have be thoroughly cleaned and properly treated with antimicrobial , and we should have been advised to remove a carpet padding and replaced with new uncontaminated materials. We have since then had to put out more money to get our issue corrected and will have to replace all the flooring in out basement in order to correctly mitigate the problem. We are very disappointed with the service we received, the poor work performed and the lack of professionalism in properly diagnosing and advising work to be done. All in all negative experience. Would never recommend! $2000 plus for barely 3 hrs of no solution! Not to mention thousands of dollars in expenses due to misdiagnosis!

Reached out to servpro for an inspection of some water damage in my ceiling. They took my information and scheduled me right away and next day with their estimator Jordan. They did a great job and explained where things were at whenever I called with questions. I would highly recommend this company and their staff. Stanley and Jonathon was also great everytime i called.
